Istot a wzoru jest nowa, nadaj aca si e do wielokrotnego odtwarzania, forma zewn etrzna oprawy, która w odniesieniu do znanych wcze sniej opraw przejawia si e w jej oryginalnym ukszta ltowaniu. Przedmiot wzoru przemys lowego jest uwidoczniony na za laczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia p lask a opraw e o swietleniow a LED w rzucie aksonometrycznym, a fig. 2 przedstawia p la- sk a opraw e o swietleniow a LED w widoku z góry. Rama oprawy wykonana jest z metalu lub tworzywa sztucznego. P laska oprawa o swietleniowa LED jest skr ecana srubami lub klejona. Przewód zasilaj acy opraw e o swietleniow a LED jest wyprowa- dzony z bocznej scianki listwy. Przez boki oprawy mo ze wydobywa c si e po swiata. The essence of the design is the fixture's new, reproducible external form, which, in comparison to previously known fixtures, manifests itself in its original shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the flat LED lighting fixture in an axonometric view, and Fig. 2 shows the flat LED lighting fixture from above. The fixture frame is made of metal or plastic. The flat LED lighting fixture is screwed or glued. The power cord for the LED lighting fixture extends from the side wall of the strip.
