Opis wzoru przemys lowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemys lowego jest notatnik studencki z kartkami zadrukowanymi rastrem kratkowym, który przeznaczony jest, zw laszcza dla studentów, do wykonywania zapisów podczas wyk ladów lub cwicze n wzgl ednie wykonywania innych notatek w zale zno sci od potrzeb u zytkownika notatnika studenckiego. The essential features common to the four varieties of the industrial design, which distinguish this particular student notebook design from other notebook designs already known and constitute the basis for its identification, are characterized by the following: 1) the notebook has an unusual format, in which the ratio of the longer side of the rectangle to its shorter side is 1.3/1.0, 2) all pages of the notebook pages, attached inside the covers, are printed with alternating horizontal light blue and red lines, which are located in forty-three rows and light blue lines in thirty-eight columns in such a way that the fields located between the horizontal and vertical lines have the form of squares, as shown in Fig. 5. Furthermore, the first variety of the industrial design which distinguishes this The notebook, which constitutes the basis for its identification, is additionally characterized by the following: 1) the first page and the back cover of the notebook are made in pale ash color and decorated by printing, arranged symmetrically towards each other in eight rows and nine columns with colorful decorative figures, the position of which is repeated in the subsequent rows, wherein the first row from the top contains alternating figures of two shapes, an isosceles cross, set at an angle of 45 degrees to the horizontal, with four arms, each of which is in the form of an elongated drop, and their points are connected, and figures in the shape of a four-petaled flower with a white dot in the middle, and the second row contains alternating figures of two shapes, i.e. figures in the shape of a four-petaled white flower and an eight-pointed stars, wherein the subsequent rows are decorated with decorative figures identically to the first and second, but in each row the decorative figures are arranged in such a way that they are formed from these figures also from columns set at an angle of 45° to the horizontal, while on the first page in the middle of the bottom row there is an inscription in two lines, one above the other, memo BOOK, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 1.1 2) the decorative figures in each row of the first and back sides of the cover are arranged in such a way that each subsequent decorative figure is in a different colour, with the colours pink, light purple, turquoise, yellow, light green, pea green, orange and light yellow, and the word memo is in purple, and BOOK in black, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 1.1. 3) the other side of the front cover, the so-called endpaper and the endpaper of the last page of the notebook are made in white, as shown in Fig. 1.2, 4) the endpaper of the first page of the notebook and the endpaper of the back cover are in white and have the inscription memo BOOK located identically as on the page of the first cover, as shown in Fig. 1.3. Furthermore, the second variety of the industrial design, which distinguishes this notebook and constitutes the basis for its identification, is additionally characterized in that; 1) the first page and the back cover of the notebook are made in pale ash color and decorated with printed, symmetrically placed in nine rows and nine columns, colorful decorative figures, the position of which is repeated in the subsequent rows, whereby the first row from the top contains alternating figures of two shapes, an eight-pointed star and an isosceles bold cross, and the second row contains alternating figures of two shapes, i.e. a six-pointed star with a white dot in the middle and a white figure in the shape similar to an eight-petalled flower with a purple dot in the middle, inscribed in a purple circle, while on the first page in the middle of the bottom row there is an inscription in two lines, one above the other, memo BOOK, as shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 2.1, 2) the decorative figures in each row of the first and back cover pages are arranged in such a way that each successive decorative figure is in a different color, the colors being brick red, pink and pale purple, while the word memo is in purple and BOOK in black, as shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 2.1, 3) the other side of the front cover, the so-called endpaper and the endpaper of the last page of the notebook are made in white, as shown in Fig. 2.2, 4) the endpaper of the first page of the notebook page and the endpaper of the back cover are in white and have the inscription memo BOOK located identically as on the page of the first cover, as shown in Fig. 2.3. In addition, the third type of industrial design, which distinguishes this notebook and constitutes the basis for its identification, is additionally characterized by the following: 1) the first page and the back cover of the notebook are made in pale blue and are decorated by printing ten rows and seven columns of colored lines that form square fields, the vertical lines being in light blue and the horizontal lines being in alternating light blue and red, and between the last and last horizontal line in the second and third square fields on the left side of the first page of the cover there is an inscription in two lines, one above the other, memo BOOK,PL 17043 4, with memo in red and BOOK in light blue, while on the back cover in the same place as on the first page of the cover there is the DRUK-INTRO S.A. trademark in light blue. , as shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 3.1, 2) the other side of the front cover, the so-called endpaper and the endpaper of the last page of the notebook are made in light blue and are decorated by printing ten rows and seven columns of colored lines that form square fields, the vertical lines being white and the horizontal lines being alternating blue and white, as shown in Fig. 3.2, 3) the endpaper of the first page of the notebook and the endpaper of the back cover are made identically as in item 2, with the inscription memo BOOK located identically on the first cover, as shown in Fig. 3.3.
