Opis wzoru przemys lowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemys lowego jest notatnik studencki z kartkami zadrukowanymi rastrem kropkowym, który przeznaczony jest, zw laszcza dla studentów, do wykonywania zapisów podczas wy- k ladów lub cwicze n wzgl ednie wykonywania innych notatek w zale zno sci od potrzeb u zytkownika no- tatnika studenckiego. Poza tym druga odmiana wzoru przemys lowego, która wyró znia ten notatnik i stanowi podstaw e do jego identyfikacji, charakteryzuje si e dodatkowo tym, ze: 1) pierwsza strona i ostatnia strona ok ladki notatnika jest ozdobiona poprzez nadrukowanie, usytuowanymi symetrycznie wobec siebie na bladopopielatym tle w dwóch rz edach dwoma barwnymi kó lkami w kolorze ceglastym, przy czym w czesci dolnej pierwszej strony usytu- owany jest napis memo BOOK w kolorze ceglastym, a na stronie tylnej ok ladki znak towarowy DRUK-INTRO S.A. te z w kolorze ceglastym, jak pokazano na Fig. 2 i Fig. 2.1, 2) druga strona czo lowej ok ladki, tak zwana wyklejka i wyklejka ostatniej kartki notatnika wyko- nana jest w kolorze bladopopielatym i przyozdobiona jest usytuowanymi w siedmiu rz edach i sze sciu kolumnach kropkami w kolorze ceglastym, jak pokazano na Fig. 2.2, 3) wyklejka pierwszej strony kartki notatnika i wyklejka ostatniej strony ok ladki jest wykonana w kolorze jasnopopielatym i przyozdobiona jest usytuowanymi w siedmiu rz edach i sze sciu kolumnach kropkami w kolorze ceglastym oraz ma usytuowany identycznie, jak na stronie pierwszej ok ladki napis memo BOOK, jak pokazano na Fig. 2.3. Poza tym trzecia odmiana wzoru przemys lowego, która wyró znia ten notatnik i stanowi podsta- w e do jego identyfikacji, charakteryzuje si e dodatkowo tym, ze: 1) pierwsza i ostatnia strona ok ladki notatnika jest ozdobiona poprzez nadrukowanie, usytu- owanymi symetrycznie wobec siebie na ciemno- popielatym tle w o smiu rz edach i w sze sciu kolumnach jasnozielonymi kropkami, przy czym w cz esci dolnej pierwszej strony usytuowany jest napis memo BOOK w jasno zielonym kolorze, a na ostatniej stronie ok ladki znak towarowy DRUK-INTRO S.A. , te z w kolorze jasnozielonym, jak pokazano na Fig. 3 i Fig. 3.1, 2) druga strona czo lowej ok ladki, tak zwana wyklejka i wyklejka ostatniej kartki notatnika wykonana jest w kolorze jasnozielonym i przyozdobiona jest usytuowanymi w o smiu rz edach i sze sciu kolumnach kropkami w kolorze bia lym, jak pokazano na Fig. 3.2, 3) wyklejka pierwszej strony kartki notatnika i wyklejka ostatniej strony ok ladki jest wykonana w kolorze jasnozielonym i przyozdobiona jest usytuowanymi w o smiu rz edach i sze sciu kolumnach kropkami w kolorze bia lym oraz ma usytuowany identycznie, jak na stronie pierwszej ok ladki napis memo BOOK w kolorze bia lym, jak pokazano na Fig. 3.3. Fig. 5 shows a frontal view of the first and subsequent pages of writing sheets placed in covers in all four variants. The essential features common to the four varieties of the industrial design, which distinguish this particular student notebook design from other notebook designs already known and constitute the basis for its identification, are characterized by the following: 1) the notebook has an unusual format, in which the ratio of the longer side of the rectangle to its shorter side is 1.3/1.0, 2) All pages of the notebook pages, attached inside the cover, are printed with light blue dots, which are arranged in forty-four rows and thirty-three columns in such a way that the fields between these dots have the form of squares, while in the middle row and in the middle column each outermost dot PL 17042 3 is supplemented with an additional dot e and both are red, as well as of the color red is a dot situated at the intersection of the middle row and the middle column, as shown in Fig. 5. In addition, the first variant of the industrial design, which distinguishes this notebook and constitutes the basis for its identification, is additionally characterized by the following: 1) the first and last pages of the notebook cover are decorated by printing on a pale gray background, arranged symmetrically in nine rows and six columns, with colored decorative figures, the first row from the top containing alternating figures in two shapes: a six-pointed star with a white dot in the center and an isosceles cross with arrowheads at the ends of its arms, and the second row containing alternating figures in two shapes: a field in the shape of a circle with an inscribed isosceles cross and an isosceles a cross set at an angle of 45°, the arms of which are drop-shaped, wherein the subsequent rows are decorated with ornamental figures identically to the first and second, but in each row the ornamental figures are arranged in such a way that they are also formed from these figures into columns set at an angle of 45° to the horizontal, wherein on the first page in the middle of the bottom row there is an inscription in two lines, one above the other, memo BOOK, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 1.1, 2) the ornamental figures in each row of the first and last pages of the cover are arranged in such a way that each subsequent ornamental figure is in a different color, yellow, dark yellow, light blue, light purple, light green, green, pink, light pink yellow, light turquoise, light olive and orange, with the word memo in pink and BOOK in dark ash, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 1.1, 3) the other side of the front cover, the so-called endpaper and the endpaper of the last page of the notebook are made in white, as shown in Fig. 1.2, 4) the endpaper of the first page of the notebook and the endpaper of the back cover have the inscription memo BOOK situated identically as on the page of the first cover, as shown in Fig. 1.3. In addition, the second type of industrial design, which distinguishes this notebook and constitutes the basis for its identification, is additionally characterized by the following: 1) the first page and the last page of the notebook cover are decorated with two colored brick-red circles printed symmetrically against each other in two rows on a pale gray background, with the inscription memo BOOK in brick red placed in the lower part of the first page and the trademark DRUK-INTRO S.A. on the back of the cover. those in brick color, as shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 2.1, 2) the other side of the front cover, the so-called endpaper and the endpaper of the last page of the notebook are made in pale ash color and are decorated with brick-red dots arranged in seven rows and six columns, as shown in Fig. 2.2, 3) the endpaper of the first page of the notebook and the endpaper of the last page of the cover are made in light ash color and are decorated with brick-red dots arranged in seven rows and six columns, and have the inscription memo BOOK located identically as on the first page of the cover, as shown in Fig. 2.3. In addition, the third type of industrial design, which distinguishes this notebook and constitutes the basis for its identification, is additionally characterized by the following: 1) the first and last pages of the notebook cover are decorated with printed light green dots placed symmetrically against each other on a dark gray background in eight rows and six columns, with the inscription memo BOOK in light green placed in the lower part of the first page, and the DRUK-INTRO S.A. trademark on the last page of the cover. , those in light green, as shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 3.1, 2) the other side of the front cover, the so-called endpaper and the endpaper of the last page of the notebook are made in light green and are decorated with white dots arranged in eight rows and six columns, as shown in Fig. 3.2, 3) the endpaper of the first page of the notebook and the endpaper of the last page of the cover are made in light green and are decorated with white dots arranged in eight rows and six columns and have the inscription memo BOOK in white located identically as on the page of the first cover, as shown in Fig. 3.3. In addition, the fourth type of industrial design, which distinguishes this notebook and constitutes the basis for its identification, is additionally characterized by the following: PL 17042 4 1) the first and last page of the notebook cover is decorated by printing, symmetrically placed against each other on a pale grey background in eight rows and six columns, with colored dots in the colors green, orange, blue, yellow, light green, pink, dark blue and light pink, while in the lower part of the first page there is the inscription memo BOOK, with memo being in pink and BOOK in dark grey, and on the last page of the cover there is the trademark DRUK-INTRO S.A. in blue, as shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 4.1, 2) the other side of the front cover, the so-called endpaper and the endpaper of the last page of the notebook are made in light yellow and are decorated with white dots arranged in eight rows and six columns, as shown in Fig. 4.2, 3) the endpaper of the first page of the notebook and the endpaper of the last page of the cover are made in light yellow and are decorated with white dots arranged in eight rows and six columns, and have the inscription memo BOOK in white, located identically to the page of the first cover, as shown in Fig. 4.3.
