The toy is safe because its components are made entirely of soft upholstery materials. The industrial design submitted for protection is presented in the illustrations, in which Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a show the hood, Fig. 2 shows the hood and a sword placed next to it in a front view, and Fig. 2a shows the hood and a sword placed next to it in a perspective view.
