Nakladana tapicerka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nakladana tapicerka, prze- znaczona jako dodatkowe wyposazenie dla wózka zwlaszcza inwalidzkiego, podnoszaca komfort jego uzytkowania i ulatwiajaca utrzymanie wózka w czystosci. Znane wózki inwalidzkie posiadaja standardowe tapicerki stanowiace wyprofilowana i usztywniona konstrukcje, tworzaca siedzisko, oparcie tyl- ne i oparcia boczne, przy czym tapicerki te sa trwale przymocowane do konstrukcji stelaza wózka, a ich demontaz zwiazany jest z uzyciem sily i odpowiednich narzedzi. Jako dodatkowe wyposazenie znana jest z wzoru przemyslowego Rp. 14190 nakladka na górna czesc oparcia wózka inwalidzkiego lub dzie- ciecego, wykonana z miekkiego, grubego i puszystego materialu. Ma ona postac prostokatnej otwartej od dolu kieszeni, której polacie sa polaczone ze soba rozlacznie wzdluz bocznych krawedzi, przy czym tylna krawedz ma postac luku wkleslego dla latwiejszego dostepu do kieszeni umiesz- czonej w tylnej scianie oparcia wózka.2 Z wzoru przemyslowego Rp.5916 znany jest takze pokrowiec z wlókni- ny na zaglówek fotela posiadajacy ksztalt prostokata, zaopatrzonego z bo- ków w gumki sluzace do mocowania pokrowca na zaglówku. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac nakladanej tapicer ki, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Nakladana tapicerka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest wykonana ze sprezystego, grubego, a równoczesnie miekkiego i puszystego materialu i ma postac siedziska zblizonego do glebokiego fotela. Korpus nakladanej tapicerki ma ksztalt zblizony do wydluzonego, wyprofilowanego prostokata o zaokraglonych narozach, który mniej wiecej w swej srodkowej czesci z obu boków posiada dodatkowe elementy w postaci tak zwanych uch. Po- wierzchnie korpusu i uch posiadaja linie przeszycia, które dodatkowo usztywniaja i wzmacniaja nakladana tapicerke. W górnej czesci nakladanej tapicerki korpus ma przystajaca do niego krótsza sciane tylna, dzieki której utworzona jest kieszen otwarta od dolu, umozliwiajaca nakladanie tapicerki na górna czesc standardowej tapicerki wózka. Dolna jej krawedz jest wykonczona linia lukowa, dzieki czemu la- twiejszy jest dostep do kieszeni usytuowanej w tylnej czesci standardowej tapicerki wózka. W dolnej czesci nakladanej tapicerki jej korpus ma postac fartucha, swo- bodnie opadajacego w dól w kierunku podnózka i podnoszacego komfort pacjenta siedzacego na wózku. W czesci srodkowej nakladanej tapicerki - która po nalozeniu na tapicer- ke standardowa zajmuje dolna czesc oparcia i siedzisko wózka - korpus posiada rozmieszczone symetrycznie po obydwu stronach dodatkowe ele- menty w postaci uch, wykladanych na oparcia boczne i mocowanych roz- lacznie pod siedziskiem wózka za pomoca róznych znanych srodków, ta-3 kich jak rzepy, rozdzielne zamki blyskawiczne, tasmy przylepne, napy, guziki, zatrzaski. Ponadto w siedzisku nakladanej tapicerki, w jego przed- niej czesci, usytuowany jest otwór pokrywajacy sie z otworem w stalej ta picerce, przez który mocuje sie - zalecany przez lekarzy ortopedów - klin abdukcyjny rozwierajacy uda, równoczesnie stabilizujacy polozenie na- kladanej tapicerki na siedzisku wózka. Natomiast na polaczeniu tylnego oparcia i siedziska nakladanej tapicerki od spodu usytuowany jest pasek, dodatkowo stabilizujacy polozenie nakladanej tapicerki na siedzisku wóz- ka. Ucha nakladanej tapicerki maja ksztalt wydluzonych w przyblizeniu pie- ciokatów i w róznych odmianach wykonania moga posiadac dodatkowe elementy. Nakladana tapicerka w pierwszej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego, uwi- doczniona na rysunku Fig. la, fotografiach 1b i 1c oraz 5a i 5b, posiada ucha, które maja ksztalt wydluzonych pieciokatów i sa dodatkowo pola- czone z oparciem korpusu nakladanej tapicerki trójkatnymi elementami wypelniajacymi. Nadto ucha posiadaja z przodu czworokatne elementy laczace dwa odcinki tej samej przedniej krawedzi ucha w celu osloniecia pionowego odcinka stelaza bocznego oparcia wózka. W drugiej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego - jak pokazano na fotografii Fig.2 - nakladana tapicerka posiada ucha, które maja ksztalt wydluzo- nych pieciokatów i sa dodatkowo polaczone z oparciem korpusu naklada- nej tapicerki trójkatnymi elementami wypelniajacymi. W trzeciej odmianie wykonania wzoru przemyslowego, pokazanej na fotografii Fig. 3, nakladana tapicerka posiada ucha, które dodatkowo ma- ja czworokatne elementy laczace dwa odcinki tej samej przedniej krawedzi ucha w celu osloniecia pionowego odcinka stelaza bocznego oparcia wóz- ka.5 Na fotografii Fig.4 pokazano nakladana tapicerke w czwartej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego, której ucha maja ksztalt wydluzonych pieciokatów bez elementów dodatkowych wymienionych w opisie odmian 1 - 3. Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego 1. Nakladana tapicerka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest wykonana ze sztywnego, grubego, miekkiego i puszystego materialu i ma postac sie- dziska zblizonego do glebokiego fotela. Jej korpus ma ksztalt wydluzo- nego prostokata o zaokraglonych narozach, który mniej wiecej w swej srodkowej czesci z obu boków ma dodatkowe elementy w postaci tak zwanych uch, a cala jej powierzchnia ma wyrazne linie przeszycia. 2. W górnej czesci nakladanej tapicerki jej korpus ma przystajaca do nie- go krótsza sciane tylna, dzieki której utworzona jest kieszen otwarta od dolu, a w dolnej czesci nakladanej tapicerki korpus ma postac fartu- cha, swobodnie opadajacego w dól w kierunku podnózka. 3. The subject of the industrial design is attachable upholstery, intended as additional equipment for a wheelchair, especially a wheelchair, improving comfort of use and facilitating cleaning. Well-known wheelchairs have standard upholstery, which is a contoured and stiffened structure that forms the seat, backrest, and side rests. This upholstery is permanently attached to the wheelchair's frame structure, and its removal requires the use of force and appropriate tools. An additional accessory, known from industrial design Rp. 14190, is a cover for the upper backrest of a wheelchair or children's wheelchair, made of a soft, thick, and fluffy material. It takes the form of a rectangular pocket, open at the bottom, whose panels are joined together detachably along the side edges, with the rear edge in the form of a concave arch for easier access to the pocket located in the rear wall of the wheelchair backrest.2 Industrial design Rp.5916 also includes a nonwoven fabric cover for a chair headrest, rectangular in shape, with elastic bands on the sides for securing the cover to the headrest. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of applied upholstery, visible in its shape and line layout. The applied upholstery, according to the industrial design, is made of a resilient, thick, yet soft and fluffy material and has the form of a seat similar to a deep armchair. The body of the overlay upholstery is shaped like an elongated, contoured rectangle with rounded corners, which, roughly in its center, has additional elements in the form of so-called loops on both sides. The surfaces of the body and loops feature stitching lines that further stiffen and reinforce the overlay upholstery. At the top of the overlay upholstery, the body has a shorter rear wall adjacent to it, creating a pocket open at the bottom, allowing the upholstery to be applied over the top of the standard stroller upholstery. The lower edge of the back wall is finished with an arc, allowing easier access to the pocket located at the rear of the standard stroller upholstery. The lower section of the overlay upholstery has a body shaped like an apron, flowing freely down toward the footrest and enhancing the comfort of the wheelchair user. The central section of the overlay upholstery—which, when applied over the standard upholstery, occupies the lower backrest and seat of the wheelchair—features additional elements arranged symmetrically on both sides, in the form of loops that fold over the side rests and are releasably attached under the wheelchair seat using various standard fasteners, such as Velcro, separable zippers, adhesive tape, snaps, buttons, and clasps. Additionally, the seat of the over-the-top upholstery features a hole in its front, matching the hole in the fixed strap. This hole is used to attach an abduction wedge—recommended by orthopedists—that spreads the thighs while simultaneously stabilizing the over-the-top upholstery on the wheelchair seat. A strap is located underneath the junction of the rear backrest and the seat of the over-the-top upholstery, further stabilizing the over-the-top upholstery on the wheelchair seat. The over-the-top upholstery's loops are roughly elongated pentagons and may have additional elements in various versions. The applied upholstery in the first variant of the industrial design, shown in Fig. 1a, photographs 1b and 1c, and 5a and 5b, has lugs in the shape of elongated pentagons and is additionally connected to the backrest of the applied upholstery body by triangular filling elements. Furthermore, the lugs have quadrangular elements at the front that connect two sections of the same front edge of the lug to cover the vertical section of the side frame of the stroller's backrest. In the second variant of the industrial design—as shown in photograph Fig. 2—the applied upholstery has lugs in the shape of elongated pentagons and is additionally connected to the backrest of the applied upholstery body by triangular filling elements. In the third variant of the industrial design, shown in photograph Fig. 3, the applied upholstery has lugs that additionally have quadrangular elements connecting two sections of the same front edge of the lugs to cover the vertical section of the side frame of the wheelchair backrest. 5 Photograph Fig. 4 shows the applied upholstery in the fourth variant of the industrial design, whose lugs are in the shape of elongated pentagons without the additional elements mentioned in the description of variants 1-3. Essential features of the industrial design 1. The applied upholstery according to the industrial design is made of a stiff, thick, soft, and fluffy material and has the form of a seat similar to a deep armchair. Its body has the shape of an elongated rectangle with rounded corners, which has additional elements in the form of so-called lugs approximately in its central part on both sides, and its entire surface has distinct stitching lines. 2. In the upper part of the applied upholstery, its body has an adjacent shorter rear wall, thanks to which a pocket open at the bottom is created, and in the lower part of the applied upholstery, the body has the form of an apron, falling freely down towards the footrest. 3.
