Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a baby carrier used for holding and moving an infant, and more particularly to a dual-purpose baby carrier suitable for both face-to-face and forward facing.
[0002]
[Prior art]
One method of using the baby carrier is so-called “Dako” in which an infant is held on the thoracoabdominal side of the user's body.
[0003]
As shown in FIG. 6A, this is generally a face-to-face where the infant and the user face each other. In face-to-face huggy, with results in a psychological sense of stability both in Ae verify user and the infant one another, there is a sense of stability even if the user supplementarily support by hand. Therefore, the general baby carrier (55) employs a structure suitable for face-to-face that completely wraps the buttocks from the back of the infant as the back rest (51) of the carrier body (50).
[0004]
However, the face-to-face of the infant is obstructed by the user when face-to-face, so if you stay in the same posture for a long time, you may get bored. Therefore, recently, as shown in FIG. 6 (B), there are an increasing number of users who accommodate infants in the opposite direction in the carrier body (50) and make them face the same direction as the users. Of course, since it is better to meet face-to-face when it comes to only the psychological and physical stability, it is not used positively, but it is used differently depending on the infant's condition.
[0005]
For this reason, the baby carrier that had been used face-to-face from the past was used as it was, and the accommodation direction of the infant in the carrier body was changed to accommodate both face-to-face and forward-looking.
[0006]
6A and 6B, (52) indicates a shoulder belt, and (53) indicates a head support member.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, there were the following problems when doing positive with the conventional baby carrier (55) for face-to-face.
[0008]
The back support part (51) of the carrier body (50) is formed with a wide enough width so that the lower part (51a) covers the buttocks to support the infant from the back and obtain a stable holding state. When such a baby carrier (55) is used face-to-face, a stable holding state can be obtained by completely wrapping from the back to the buttocks of the infant. However, when the infant is accommodated in the reverse direction and used forward, both legs protrude from both side edges of the lower part (51a) of the backrest part (51) that covered the buttocks, and the wide lower part (51a) Thus, the buttocks (X) (X) are supported from the lower abdomen of the infant. Moreover, since the carrier body (50) is suspended by the shoulder belt (52) (52), the weight of the infant concentrates on the lower part (51a) of the backrest part (51), and the lower part (51a) Both edges squeeze and bite the infant's buttocks (X) (X). In addition, when facing forward, the movement of the limbs becomes more free than when facing each other, so the momentum of the infant tends to increase, and the pressure on the buttocks (X) (X) becomes stronger.
[0009]
The present invention, in view of the aforementioned technical background, and an object thereof is to provide a face-to-face-forward huggy combined baby carrier infant safely comfortably huggy be facing or forward either direction.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the face-to-face and forward-facing baby carrier according to the present invention is a face-to-face carrier carrier having a back support portion for supporting the back of an infant and a carrier body attached to the carrier body. A baby carrier comprising attachment means for attaching to the body of the body and an auxiliary back support member that is detachably mounted in the back support part of the carrier body, wherein the lower part of the back support part is the back support part. It is formed to correspond to the crotch pad width of an infant in a forward-facing support that supports the chest and abdomen, and the auxiliary back support member is formed to have a width corresponding to a hip pad width wider than the lower part of the back pad part. And
[0011]
In the face-to-face and forward-facing baby carrier, the lower part of the back support part formed in a narrow width corresponding to the crotch support width can be widened to the hip support width by mounting the auxiliary back support member. For this reason, in the face-to-face, the auxiliary backrest member can be attached to support the buttocks with a wide width. On the other hand, forward the huggy, the lower portion of the backrest by removing the auxiliary backrest member and the original width can be supported by proper crotch width.
[0012]
The lower part of the back pad part is preferably formed to have a width of 6 to 25 cm, and the forwardly facing crotch pad width can surely provide stable support.
[0013]
It is preferable that the auxiliary backrest member has flexibility. The support force is increased by appropriate rigidity, and the fit is increased and the support stability is improved by bending according to the body shape of the infant. .
[0014]
The auxiliary backrest member is preferably formed by inwardly curved to fit the infant back and buttocks rounded, increasing the stability of the support is.
[0015]
Furthermore, it is preferable that the auxiliary backrest member is formed to have a width that is 3 cm or more wider than the lower portion of the backrest portion.
[0016]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described below on the basis of illustrated examples.
[0017]
The face-to-face-facing baby carrier (1) shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 includes a carrier body (10), shoulder belts (30) and (30), and an auxiliary backrest member (40).
[0018]
The carrier body (10) has a back pad part (11) that covers from the back of the infant to the buttocks in a face-to-face manner, and a front pad part (12) that has a substantially inverted convex shape in front view covering the chest abdomen. These (11), (13), and (12) are integrally formed continuously before and after (13).

In this embodiment, the width (W 1 ) of the lower portion (11a) of the backrest portion (11) is 13 cm (see FIG. 4).
[0021]
Further, two pairs of D hooks (16) are attached to both ears (14a) and (14b) of the back pad section (11), while the front pad section (12) includes the D hooks (16). The adjustment belt (17) to be fastened through is sewn, and the space in the carrier body (10) is expanded or contracted according to the fastening position of the adjustment belt (17). Further, (45b) is a snap for mounting an auxiliary backrest member (40), (18) is suppressed band for suppressing the auxiliary backrest member mounted (40).
[0022]
With the above-described configuration, the carrier body (10) has a bag shape that completely wraps the lower body of the infant.
[0023]
The shoulder belts (30) and (30) are a pair of left and right, and are composed of a wide width part (31) containing a cushioning material made of urethane foam and a narrow string part (32) sewn to the front end side of the wide width part. is sewn on the outer surface center of the front support part in the proximal end of (31) (12), the tip of the thin cord portion (32) is attached a buckle (33a) is. The buckle (33a) is a front end of a belt (34) that is sewn in an intersecting manner from the back pad portion (11) to the outer surface of the crotch pad portion (13) and extends from the side edge of the crotch pad portion (13). The other side is attached to the other side buckle (33b).
[0024]
The shoulder belts (30) and (30) correspond to the mounting means in this invention.
[0025]
The auxiliary backrest member (40) is a substantially long hexagon having a length substantially equal to the backrest portion (11), and the lower half portion (41) is wider than the lower portion (11a) of the backrest portion (11). It is formed to be equivalent to a wide buttocks width. In the present embodiment, the lower width of the half (41) (W 2) is 12cm are formed in a large 25cm than the width of the lower portion at an intermediate portion (11a) (W 1) (see FIG. 4). Moreover, the whole is gently curved inward and is formed so as to follow the roundness of the infant's back and buttocks. As shown in FIG. 3, this curved shape is obtained by enclosing a core material (43) made of a plastic thin plate molded into a required shape between two cover cloths (42) (42). It is. The core member (43) has flexibility, and imparts support force with appropriate rigidity and fit property by bending to the auxiliary backrest member (40). Also, the infant side of the core material (43) is a cushioning material made of polyurethane foam (44) is superimposed, and mitigate per core of rigid (42).
[0026]
As shown in FIG. 4, the auxiliary backrest member (40) includes a snap (45a) (45a) attached to the upper edge portion and a counterpart snap (45b) of the backrest portion (11) of the carrier body (10). By attaching to (45b), it is mounted in the carrier body (10). Further, by reducing in-band suppressing upper edge (18), together with the positional deviation is prevented, contact with the infant rigid snap (45a) is avoided. Since the lower half portion (41) of the auxiliary backrest member (40) is formed wider than the lower portion (11a) of the backrest portion (11), the lower portion (11a) of the backrest portion (11) ) Is mounted in a state in which the lower half (41) of the auxiliary backrest member (40) is viewed from both left and right sides. Accordingly, the lower portion (11a) of the backrest portion (11) is substantially widened by mounting the auxiliary backrest member (40).
[0027]
Next, a method of using the baby carrier (1) face-to-face and face-to-face will be described.
(Face-to-face)
As shown in FIG. 4, first, the back (11) of the carrier body (10) and the snaps (20a) (20b) of the front pad (12) are removed to separate these (11) and (12), The auxiliary backrest member (40) is attached to the backrest portion (11). Expanding said by the mounting of the auxiliary backrest member (40), the width of the lower portion of the hip rest width the back support portion (11) lower half portion of the width of the auxiliary backrest member (40) of (11a) (41) Is done.
[0028]
Then, the infant is placed in the carrier body (10) in a direction in which the back is in contact with the back rest (11), and the front abutment (12) is supported by the fastening of the snaps (20a) (20b). Combined with part (11). Thus, the carrier body (10) is formed in a bag shape, and an infant is accommodated in the bag-shaped portion.
[0029]
Then, as shown in FIG. 5A, the carrier body (10) containing the infant is positioned on the chest side of the user, and the shoulder belts (30) and (30) are hung on both shoulders and crossed on the back side. Then, the buckle (33a) is fixedly connected to the counterpart buckle (33b) at the corresponding position.
[0030]
At this time, the infant's chest abdomen is supported on the front abutment (12) side, both legs protrude from the lower part (12a) of the front abutment (12) to the sides of the crotch rest (13), and the buttocks are front It is supported by a lower part (12a) of the abutting part (12) (not shown). On the other hand, the back or the buttocks are supported on the back pad (11) side. Buttocks, said is supported by expanded the hip rest width by mounting of the auxiliary backrest member (40), yet is firmly supported by a rigid core member (43). In addition, the curved shape of the auxiliary backrest member (40) fits to the roundness of the back and the buttocks, thereby providing a stable support state. Furthermore, since the core material (43) bends in accordance with the infant's body shape when the infant's weight is applied, the fit is further improved.
[0031]
In addition, if the carrier main body (10) which accommodated the infant by this method is arrange | positioned at a user's back side, it can hold | maintain with a piggyback.
(I'm positive)
The auxiliary backrest member (40) is removed from the backrest portion (11) of the carrier body (10).
[0032]
Then, the infant is placed in the carrier body (10) in a direction in which the chest and abdomen are in contact with the back pad (11), and the front pad (12) is fastened by fastening the snaps (20a) (20b). It is made to couple | bond with a contact part (11). As a result, the carrier body (10) is formed in a bag shape, and an infant is accommodated in the bag-shaped portion.
[0033]
Then, as shown in FIG. 5B, the carrier body (10) containing the infant is positioned on the chest side of the user, and the shoulder belts (30) and (30) are hung on both shoulders and crossed on the back side. Then, the buckle (33a) is fixedly connected to the counterpart buckle (33b) at the corresponding position.
[0034]
At this time, the infant's legs protrude from the lower side (11a) through the crotch rest (13) of the back pad (11), and the buttocks (X) and (X) are below the back pad (11). It is supported by the part (11a). Since the lower part (11a) of the back pad part (11) is formed to have a width suitable for an infant's crotch pad width, the back pad part (11) bites into the buttocks (X) and (X) and compresses it. There is nothing to do.
[0035]
When facing forward, the rear side of the infant is supported by the front abutting portion (12). Lower portion of the front contact part (12) (12a) is from being formed in the crotch width equivalent, resulting in an insufficient hip rest width to support the buttocks. However, since the rear side of the infant, which is firmly supported by the entire thoracoabdominal user, the stability without using an auxiliary backrest member is secured. Needless to say, the auxiliary back support member may be attached to the front contact portion to increase the buttocks support width.
[0036]
In the face-to-face and forward-facing baby carrier (1) described above, the lower portion (11a) of the backrest portion (11) is formed to have a narrow width corresponding to the crotch width, so that the heel portion (X) (X ) In the case of facing, the auxiliary backrest member (40) can be mounted to widen the lower portion (11a) of the backrest portion (11) to a width corresponding to the buttocks and support the heel portion with a wide width. Therefore, it can be safely and comfortably performed without any trouble in any direction.
[0037]
The width of the lower part (11a) of the backrest part (11) is preferably in the range of 6 to 25 cm in order to provide stable support in both directions. If it is less than 6 cm, the support may become unstable even if the auxiliary backing member (40) is attached because it is facing. On the other hand, if it exceeds 25 cm, there is a risk of pressing the buttocks with a forward-looking attitude especially for small children. A particularly preferred width of the lower part (11a) is 10 to 20 cm.
[0038]
The auxiliary backrest member (40) is preferably formed to have a width that is 3 cm or more wider than the lower portion (11a) of the backrest portion (11) in order to ensure a sufficient buttocks width. It is preferable to form the width. The auxiliary backrest member (40) has a vertical dimension that is sufficient to support the buttocks as long as it covers the lower portion (11a) of the backrest portion (11). Is preferably not provided with a step in the middle of the back support portion (11), and preferably has substantially the same size as the back support portion.
[0039]
The auxiliary back member (40) is made of various foamed resins such as urethane foam, cushioning materials such as cotton and felt, flexible materials such as plastic plates, etc. Can be illustrated. By using a flexible material as a core material as in the above embodiment, or forming an auxiliary back support member with a flexible material, the support force is increased by giving appropriate rigidity, and the weight of the infant is applied. It is possible to improve the fit to the body by bending.
[0040]
Further, by curving the auxiliary backrest member (40) inward, it is possible to improve the support stability by fitting to the roundness of the back and buttocks. Such a curved shape can be formed by using a plastic molded plate, a hard foamed resin molded body, or the like, or by using these as a core material. Moreover, even if it is soft materials, such as a soft foaming resin and cotton, a curved shape can be obtained by three-dimensional sewing.
[0041]
Further, the attachment tool to the carrier main body (10) of the auxiliary backrest member (40) is not limited to the illustrated snap (45a) (45b), but is a hook-and-loop fastener, a button fastening, a fastener connection, a string tie, and a flap. It can be selected as appropriate, such as hanging. Moreover, the attachment position and the number of attachments of a mounting tool are not limited. For example, the auxiliary back member (40) in the illustrated example is fastened by two snaps at the upper edge, but a mounting tool may be added to the lower edge. By mounting the auxiliary backrest member (40) on the top and bottom, it is possible to reliably prevent displacement.
[0042]
In the present invention, the detailed configuration of the baby carrier is not limited to the above-described embodiment.
[0043]
That is, the carrier main body may have at least a back support portion, and may be any one that can stably hold the infant face-to-face and forward by the back support portion. In the above-described embodiment, the bag-shaped type carrier body in which the crotch pad portion and the front pad portion are added to the back pad portion is illustrated, but the open type carrier composed of only the back pad portion or the back pad portion and the crotch pad portion. A main body or a bag-open type convertible carrier main body provided with a detachable front contact portion can also be used. It is also preferable to add a head support member (53) as shown in FIG. 6 (A) in order to improve the stability of the face-to-face and piggyback.
[0044]
Also, the mounting means only needs to be capable of mounting the carrier body containing the infant on the user's body in a stable state. The number of members constituting the mounting means, the mounting method, and the mounting position of the mounting means on the carrier body Is not limited. Another pair of shoulder belts hung on both the left and right shoulders shown in the above embodiments, it can be exemplified one shoulder belt to crossed manner on one shoulder. In the case of a pair of left and right shoulder belts, the attachment position may be attached to the back support portion (51) as in the baby carrier (55) of FIGS. 6 (A) and 6 (B) in addition to the front contact portion of this embodiment. it can.
[0045]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the face-to-face and forward-facing baby carrier according to the present invention is a face-to-face carrier body having a back support portion that supports the back of an infant, and the carrier body attached to the carrier body to the body of the user. A baby carrier comprising: a mounting means for mounting; and an auxiliary back support member that is detachably mounted in the back support part of the carrier body, wherein the lower part of the back support part is a chest abdomen at the back support part. Since it is formed to correspond to the infant's crotch pad width in a forward-facing support, the auxiliary back pad member is formed to have a width corresponding to the hip pad width that is wider than the lower part of the back pad part. The width of the lower part of the back support part formed in the narrow width can be widened to the equivalent of the buttocks support width by mounting the auxiliary back support member. For this reason, in the face-to-face, the auxiliary backrest member can be attached to support the buttocks with a wide width. On the other hand, if it is forward-facing, the auxiliary backing member is removed to make the lower part of the backing part the original width, and it is supported with an appropriate crotch width so as not to press the buttocks. Therefore, it is possible to hold the infant safely and comfortably in both the facing direction and the forward direction.
[0046]
When the lower part of the back support part is formed to have a width of 6 to 25 cm, it is stable and stable by attaching a supplementary back support member in a face-to-face manner and a safe and stable support that does not squeeze the hip part facing forward. It is possible to reliably support the buttocks.
[0047]
In addition, when the auxiliary backrest member is flexible, the support force can be increased by appropriate rigidity, and the fit can be increased by bending according to the infant's body shape, thereby improving the stability of the support. Can increase.
[0048]
In addition, when the auxiliary backrest member is curved inward, it can fit to the roundness of the infant's back and buttocks and improve the support stability.
[0049]
Furthermore, when the auxiliary backrest member is formed to have a width that is 3 cm or more wider than the lower portion of the backrest portion, it is possible to secure a sufficient buttocks width and ensure a stable facing.
