Pudelko Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pudelko, przeznaczone, ja- ko opakowanie, produktów spozywczych zwlaszcza róznego rodzajów makaronów pierogów i drobnych klusek. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia pudelko w pozycji rozlozonej, fig 2 przedstawia pudel- ko w pozycji zlozonej w perspektywie, a fig. 3 przedstawia zdobienie pu- delka Istotna cecha charakterystyczna pudelka wedlug wzoru przemyslo- wego jest to, ze ma ksztalt odwróconego ostroslupa scietego, o podsta- wie kwadratowej, którego dwa naprzeciwlegle boki (1) i (V) maja ksztalt ostroslupa scietego, majace przy dluzszej podstawie przedluzenie (2) zakonczone promieniowo. Kolejne dwa naprzeciwlegle boki (3) i (4) maja ksztalt ostroslupa scietego, gdzie bok (3) ma przy dluzszej podstawa przedluzenie (5), z dwoma wypustami zamykajacymi (6), zas przeciwle- gly bok (4) w przedluzeniu (5^) przy dluzszej podstawie ma dwa poprzecz nie do osi podluznej tego boku usytuowane przelotowe wyciecia (7). Bo- ki polaczone sa ze soba wstawkami (8) o ksztalcie dwóch zestawionych bokami trójkatów równoramiennych, przy czym naprzeciwlegle wstawki maja podluzne wyciecia (9) lub trapezowe wypusty (10), jak pokazano na- 2 - fig. 1 i fig. 2. Pudelko ma zdobienie, gdzie boki (1) i (V) maja zielone tlo i na nim w bialym kolorze naniesione zdobienie roslinne, zas boki (3) i (4) maja bia- le tlo i na nim w zielonym kolorze naniesione zdobienie roslinne, oraz na czarnym prostokacie jest znak towarowy a wstawki (8) maja kolor czar- ny, jak pokazano na fig. 3. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the box in an unfolded position, Fig. 2 shows the box in a folded position in perspective, and Fig. 3 shows the box's decoration. An important characteristic feature of the box according to the industrial design is that it has the shape of an inverted truncated pyramid with a square base, whose two opposite sides (1) and (V) have the shape of a truncated pyramid, having an extension (2) at the longer base terminating radially. The next two opposite sides (3) and (4) have the shape of a truncated pyramid, where the side (3) has an extension (5) at the longer base, with two closing projections (6), while the opposite side (4) in the extension (5^) at the longer base has two through-holes (7) situated transversely to the longitudinal axis of this side. The sides are connected with each other by inserts (8) in the shape of two juxtaposed isosceles triangles, wherein the opposite inserts have longitudinal cutouts (9) or trapezoidal projections (10), as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. The box is decorated, where the sides (1) and (V) have a green background with a white floral decoration, while the sides (3) and (4) have a white background with a green floral decoration, and there is a trademark on a black rectangle, and the inserts (8) are black, as shown in Fig. 3. All elements of the box form a monolith. The assembly of the box consists in embedding the trapezoidal projections (10) in the longitudinal cutouts (9) of the inserts (8), and closing the box by embedding in through cutouts (7), projections (6).
