Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie zarówno w stanie zlozonym, przeznaczonym do siedzenia jak i w stanie rozlozonym przeznaczonym do spania dla dwóch osób. The new and original form of the industrial design is visible in its shape both in the folded state, intended for sitting, and in the unfolded state, intended for sleeping for two people. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows a multifunctional foldable sofa in a folded state in a perspective view from the front and side, Fig. 2 - the same sofa in a perspective view from the back and front, Fig. 3 - the same sofa with the lower seat and lounger sub-assembly partially lifted up and an open bedding box, Fig. 4 - one end of the same sofa in a perspective view while being unfolded for sleeping, Fig. 5 - the same sofa in the unfolded state of the lower seat and lounger sub-assembly and the upper backrest and lounger sub-assembly and the folded entrance ladder on the upper backrest and lounger sub-assembly, and Fig. 6 - the same sofa in the unfolded state of both these sub-assemblies and the unfolded ladder. As shown in the attached illustrations, Fig. 1-6, the sofa bed consists of a frame support structure made of C-shaped and tubular sections with a rectangular cross-section, and a bedding box placed within this structure, which also serves as the upper lounger unit, covered by a sub-assembly fulfilling the functions of both the seat unit and the lower lounger unit, on which two side backrest cushions and two rear backrest cushions rest. The supporting structure of the sofa consists of two pairs of two-part abutments - fixed and adjustable, each of which is made of rectangular frames made of C-shaped and tubular sections, wherein the internal C-shaped sections of each pair of abutments, adjacent to each other when the sofa is folded, are provided with ears located at opposite ends, connected to each other by mechanisms equipped with shock absorbers for raising and lowering both adjustable abutments located opposite each other, during unfolding and folding of the sofa, wherein the rear, vertical sections of the frames of the fixed abutments are topped near their ends with two horizontally arranged tubular stiffening elements with a rectangular cross-section fulfilling the function of support for both rear backrest cushions, while the lower horizontal elements of the frames of the fixed abutments are significantly elongated so that the lower horizontal elements of the adjustable pediment frames rest on them. Furthermore, these elongated elements are each equipped with two low, transversely positioned legs at their bottom ends. The frames of all four sofa pediments are filled with upholstered elements in a contrasting color to these frames, with the exception of the vertical walls of both adjustable pediment frames, which are also in a contrasting color to the other frame elements. Both the bedding box of this sofa and the seating and lounger assembly covering it, shaped like flattened cuboids, are covered with an upholstery material similar to the backrest and lounger cushions, preferably also in a contrasting color to the other sofa elements. The bottom of the bedding box is surrounded from the inside by a frame structure made of tubular sections, whereby a foldable ladder is attached to the rear horizontal element of this frame, which in the folded state of the sofa intended for sitting is shown in the illustration material of Fig. 2, and in the unfolded state of the sofa intended for lying for two people is shown in the illustration material of Fig. 6, whereby this ladder is made of slatted elements, articulated both with each other and with the mentioned rear horizontal element of the bedding box as shown in Fig. 5. Also the seat and lounger subassembly rests on a rectangular frame made of tubular sections with a rectangular cross-section, articulated with the internal elements of the frames of both fixed abutments, so that in the folded state this subassembly functions as a lower bed, and the bedding box is turned by The 180° bed serves as the upper bed. As the sofa unfolds, both side adjustable abutments rotate around both fixed abutments, and the bedding box rotates and lifts upwards so that the lower horizontal sides of these abutments are placed and rest on the upper horizontal sides of the fixed abutments. The bedding box, rotated 180°, is placed between the upper ends of both adjustable abutments resting on the three fixed abutments. Both lifting mechanisms, along with their shock absorbers, are located in vertical recesses in the U-shaped frames of these abutments. Essential features of the industrial design A fold-out, multifunctional, upholstered sofa designed for seating and sleeping two people, consisting of footboards and a bedding box placed between them, covered with a seat and lounger sub-assembly, shown in the attached illustrative material Fig. 1 - 6, is characterized in that it consists of a frame supporting structure made of C-shaped and tubular sections with a rectangular cross-section and a bedding box placed in this structure, which also serves as the upper lounger sub-assembly, covered with a sub-assembly serving as both the seat sub-assembly and the lower lounger sub-assembly, on which two side backrest cushions and two rear backrest cushions rest; - the supporting structure of the sofa consists of two pairs of bipartite abutments - fixed and adjustable, each of which is made of rectangular frames made of C-shaped and tubular sections, wherein the internal C-shaped sections of each pair of abutments, adjacent to each other when the sofa is folded, are provided with ears located at opposite ends, connected to each other by mechanisms equipped with shock absorbers for raising and lowering both adjustable abutments located opposite each other, during the unfolding and folding of the sofa, wherein the rear, vertical sections of the frames of the fixed abutments are topped near their ends with two horizontally arranged tubular stiffening elements with a rectangular cross-section fulfilling the function of support for both rear backrest cushions, while the lower horizontal elements of the frames of the fixed abutments are significantly elongated, so that the lower horizontal elements of the frames of the adjustable abutments rest on them, and in addition, these elongated elements are equipped with two low, transversely positioned legs at their bottom ends; - the frames of all four abutments of the sofa are filled with upholstered elements in a colour contrasting with the colour of these frames, with the exception of the vertical walls of both frames of the adjustable abutments, which are also in a colour contrasting with the colour of the other elements of these frames;4 - both the bedding box of this sofa and the seating and deckchair assembly covering it, having the shape of flattened cuboid figures, are covered with an upholstery material similar to the backrest and deckchair cushions, preferably also in a colour contrasting with the colours of the other elements of the sofa; - the bottom of the bedding box is surrounded from the inside by a frame structure made of tubular sections, whereby a foldable ladder is attached to the rear horizontal element of this frame, which in the folded position of the sofa intended for sitting is shown in the illustration of Fig. 2, and in the unfolded position of the sofa intended for lying for two people is shown in the illustration of Fig. 6, whereby this ladder is made of slatted elements, articulated both with each other and with the said rear horizontal element of the bedding box as shown in Fig. 5; - the seat and deckchair subassembly rests on a rectangular frame made of tubular sections with a rectangular cross-section, articulated with the internal elements of the frames of both fixed abutments, so that when unfolded, this subassembly functions as a lower bed, and the bedding box rotated by 180° functions as an upper bed; Fig. 1 - 1 -- 2 - Fig. 2- 3 - Fig. 3- 4 - Fig. 4- 5 -- 6 - Fig. 6 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
