Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac fotela, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których Fig. 1 przedstawia fotel w widoku z przodu, Fig.2 fotel w widoku z boku. a Fig.3 fotel w widoku perspektywicznym z tylu. Fotel ma podstawe w ksztalcie przypominajacym wytloczke dachu samochodu, któ- rej krótkie slupki narozne sa zakonczone plytkami i stanowia nogi fotela. Na podstawie umieszczona jest poducha siedziska w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu, której przednia czesc wystaje poza obrys podstawy. Za poducha siedziska znajduja sie dwa pionowe elementy w ksztalcie wydluzonych walców, które lacza podstawe z oparciem fotela. Oparcie ma podkowiasty ksztalt, a jeg o ramiona maja eliptyczne obrysy, zwiekszajace sie ku tylowi, przy czym ramiona sa odchylone na zewnatrz. Pomiedzy ramionami oparcia znajduje siepoducha oparcia w ksztalcie trapezu. PL PLArmchair The design registration right is valid from July 24, 2000. The subject of the design is an armchair. The essence of the design is a new form of the armchair, manifested in its shape and line arrangement. The design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the armchair in a front view, Fig. 2 the armchair in a side view, and Fig. 3 the armchair in a perspective rear view. The armchair has a base shaped like a car roof extrusion, whose short corner posts are topped with plates and constitute the legs of the armchair. A cuboid seat cushion is placed on the base, the front of which extends beyond the outline of the base. Behind the seat cushion are two vertical elements in the shape of elongated cylinders that connect the base to the backrest of the armchair. The backrest has a horseshoe shape, and its arms have elliptical contours that increase toward the back, with the arms angled outward. Between the arms of the backrest is a trapezoidal backrest cushion.
