Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac reflektorów, przejawiajaca sie glównie w oryginalnym ksztalcie i ornamentyce wzoru. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach, na których: fig.1 przedstawia prawy reflektor pojazdu w widoku z przodu, fig.2 przedstawia prawy reflektor pojazdu w widoku z tylu fig.3 przedstawia prawy reflektor pojazdu w widoku z boku fig.4 przedstawia lewy reflektor pojazdu w widoku z przodu, fig.5 przedstawia lewy reflektor pojazdu w widoku z tylu fig.6 przedstawia lewy reflektor pojazdu w widoku z boku Prawy reflektor pojazdu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada korpus, w którym od przodu usytuowano lekko lukowata pokrywe lampy reflektora zblizona ksztaltem do trapezu prostokatnego z dwoma zaokraglonymi rogami. Pokrywa prawego reflektora, jak uwidoczniono w figurze fig.1 zawiera w swej dolnej czesci cienki pas z przezroczystego materialu o zabarwieniu czerwonym, w którym od spodniej strony wykonano przetloczenie w ksztalcie symetrycznie ulozonych kropek. Nad czerwonym pasem wykonano w ksztalcie przypominajacym trójkat prostokatny kolejny pas z przezroczystego materialu, który od wewnetrznej strony posiada charakterystyczne równolegle przetloczenia.2 Powyzej pasów, w centralnej czesci reflektora, pod powierzchnia z czerwonego przezroczystego materialu usytuowano, dajace efekt trójwymiarowosci charakterystyczne wglebienie, w którym osadzono obiektyw reflektora w ksztalcie owalu, pod którym umiejscowiono komponent ksztaltem przypominajacy przechylona litere „L". Komponent pokryty warstwa metalizacji posiada od wewnetrznej strony charakterystyczne przetloczenia w ksztalcie kratki i w warunkach zwyklego uzytkowania odbija swiatlo maskujac obudowe reflektora. Sciana tylna korpusu prawego reflektora jest wyposazona w liczne wystepy montazowe tak, jak przedstawiono to na zalaczonych ilustracjach w fig.2 i fig.3. Lewy reflektor pojazdu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada korpus, w którym od przodu usytuowano lekko lukowata pokrywe lampy reflektora zblizona ksztaltem do trapezu prostokatnego z dwoma zaokraglonymi rogami. Pokrywa lewego reflektora, jak uwidoczniono w figurze fig.4 zawiera w swej dolnej czesci cienki pas z przezroczystego materialu o zabarwieniu czerwonym, w którym od spodniej strony wykonano przetloczenie w ksztalcie symetrycznie ulozonych kropek. Nad czerwonym pasem wykonano ksztaltem przypominajacy trójkat prostokatny kolejny pas z przezroczystego materialu, który od wewnetrznej strony posiada charakterystyczne równolegle przetloczenia. Powyzej pasów, w centralnej czesci reflektora, pod powierzchnia z czerwonego przezroczystego materialu usytuowano dajace efekt trójwymiarowosci charakterystyczne wglebienie, w którym osadzono obiektyw reflektora w ksztalcie owalu, pod którym umiejscowiono komponent ksztaltem przypominajacy przechylona litere „L". Komponent pokryty warstwa metalizacji posiada od wewnetrznej strony charakterystyczne przetloczenia w ksztalcie kratki i w warunkach zwyklego uzytkowania odbija swiatlo maskujac obudowe reflektora. Sciana tylna korpusu lewego reflektora jest wyposazona w liczne wystepy montazowe tak, jak przedstawiono to na zalaczonych ilustracjach w fig.5 i fig.6.3 Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego jest uksztaltowanie oraz ornamentyka pokrywy lampy reflektorów, posiadajacej ksztalt zblizony do trapezu prostokatnego z dwoma zaokraglonymi rogami, w górnej czesci której pod powierzchnia z czerwonego, przezroczystego materialu usytuowano charakterystyczne, dajace efekt trójwymiarowosci wglebienie, w którym osadzono obiektyw reflektora w ksztalcie owalu, pod którym z kolei umiejscowiono ksztaltem przypominajacy przechylona litere „L" komponent pokryty warstwa metalizacji i posiadajacy od wewnetrznej strony charakterystyczne przetloczenia w ksztalcie kratki. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego jest równiez to, ze zawiera on w swej dolnej czesci pas z przezroczystego materialu o zabarwieniu czerwonym, w którym od wewnetrznej strony wykonano przetloczenie w ksztalcie symetrycznie ulozonych kropek, a nad czerwonym pasem posiada wykonany z przezroczystego materialu, w ksztalcie przypominajacym trójkat prostokatny kolejny pas, który od wewnetrznej strony posiada charakterystyczne równolegle przetloczenia.4 Fig.1 Fig.45 Fig.1 Fig.26 Fig.3 Fig.47 Fig.5 Fig.6 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLVehicle Headlight Set The subject of the industrial design is a set of vehicle headlights. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of headlights, manifesting itself primarily in the original shape and ornamentation of the design. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which: Fig. 1 shows the vehicle's right headlight in a front view; Fig. 2 shows the vehicle's right headlight in a rear view; Fig. 3 shows the vehicle's right headlight in a side view; Fig. 4 shows the vehicle's left headlight in a front view; Fig. 5 shows the vehicle's left headlight in a rear view; Fig. 6 shows the vehicle's left headlight in a side view. The right vehicle headlight according to the industrial design has a body in which, at the front, a slightly arched headlight cover is located, resembling a rectangular trapezoid with two rounded corners. The right headlight cover, as shown in Figure 1, contains a thin strip of transparent red material in its lower part, with an embossing in the shape of symmetrically arranged dots on the underside. Above the red strip, another strip of transparent material is made in the shape of a right-angled triangle, with characteristic parallel embossing on the inside.2 Above the strips, in the central part of the headlight, beneath the surface of transparent red material, there is a characteristic recess, creating a three-dimensional effect, in which the oval-shaped headlight lens is mounted, and beneath which is located a component shaped like a tilted "L." The component, coated with a layer of metal, has characteristic grid-shaped embossing on the inside and, in normal use, reflects light, masking the headlight housing. The rear wall of the right headlight housing is equipped with numerous mounting protrusions, as shown in the accompanying illustrations in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3. The left headlight of the industrial-design vehicle has a housing in which, at the front, a slightly arched headlight cover is located, resembling a rectangular trapezoid with two rounded corners. The left headlight cover, as shown in Fig. 4, contains a thin strip of transparent red material in its lower section, with an embossing in the shape of symmetrically arranged dots on the underside. Above the red strip, another strip of transparent material, resembling a rectangular triangle, has characteristic parallel embossing on the inner side. Above the stripes, in the central part of the headlight, under a surface made of red transparent material, there is a characteristic recess creating a three-dimensional effect, in which the oval-shaped headlight lens is mounted, under which a component shaped like a tilted "L" is placed. The component covered with a layer of metalization has characteristic grid-shaped embossing on the inside and in normal use conditions reflects light, masking the headlight housing. The rear wall of the left headlight body is equipped with numerous mounting protrusions, as shown in the attached illustrations in Fig. 5 and Fig. 6.3. The essential features of the industrial design are the shape and ornamentation of the headlight lamp cover, which has a shape similar to a rectangular trapezoid with two rounded corners, in the upper part of which, under the surface of red, transparent material, there is a characteristic recess giving a three-dimensional effect, in which the headlight lens in the shape of an oval is mounted, under which in turn there is a component in the shape resembling a tilted "L" letter, covered with a layer of metallization and having characteristic embossing in the shape of a grid on the inner side.
