Reflektor pojazdu Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest reflektor pojazdu. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac reflektora, przejawiajaca sie glównie w oryginalnym ksztalcie i ornamentyce wzoru. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach, na których: fig. 1 przedstawia reflektor pojazdu w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 i fig. 3 przedstawia reflektor w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 4 przedstawia reflektor w widoku z boku, fig. 5 przedstawia reflektor w widoku z tylu. Reflektor pojazdu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada korpus, w którym od przodu usytuowano lekko lukowata pokrywe lampy reflektora zblizona ksztaltem do odwróconego trapezu z wyraznie zaokraglonymi bokami. Pokrywa lampy, jak uwidoczniono w figurach fig. 1 , fig. 2 i fig. 3 w srodkowej czesci posiada wykonany z przezroczystego materialu element przypominajacy ksztaltem odwrócony trapez prostokatny. W przezroczystym trapezowym elemencie uwidoczniono ornament w postaci ulozonych równolegle wzgledem siebie przetloczen. Pozostala czesc pokrywy wykonano z przezroczystego materialu o zabarwieniu czerwonym, przy czym w dolnej czesci pokrywy pod przezroczysta powierzchnia utworzono charakterystyczny ornament przypominajacy ksztaltem pochylona w prawo litere „V" a wykonany z ulozonych równolegle wzgledem siebie przetloczen.2 W warunkach zwyklego uzytkowania wzoru pod ornamentem przypominajacym pochylona w prawo litere „V" umieszczono oswietlenie LED. Sciana tylna korpusu jest wyposazona w liczne wystepy montazowe tak, jak przedstawiono to na zalaczonych ilustracjach fig. 4 i fig. 5. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego jest uksztaltowanie oraz ornamentyka pokrywy lampy reflektora, która posiada ksztalt zblizony do odwróconego trapezu z wyraznie zaokraglonymi bokami, w którego srodkowej czesci wykonano z przezroczystego materialu element przypominajacy ksztaltem odwrócony trapez prostokatny, w którym z kolei uwidoczniono ornament w postaci ulozonych równolegle wzgledem siebie przetloczen. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego jest równiez to, ze pozostala czesc pokrywy zostala wykonana z przezroczystego materialu o zabarwieniu czerwonym, przy czym w dolnej czesci pokrywy pod przezroczysta powierzchnia utworzono charakterystyczny ornament przypominajacy ksztaltem pochylona w prawo litere „V" a wykonany z ulozonych równolegle wzgledem siebie przetloczen.3 Fig. 1 Fig. 24 Fig. 3 Fig. 45 Fig. 5 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLVehicle Headlight The subject of the industrial design is a vehicle headlight. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of headlight, manifesting itself primarily in the original shape and ornamentation of the design. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which: Fig. 1 shows the vehicle headlight in a front view; Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 show the headlight in a perspective view; Fig. 4 shows the headlight in a side view; Fig. 5 shows the headlight in a rear view. The vehicle headlight according to the industrial design has a body in which, at the front, a slightly arched headlight cover is located, resembling an inverted trapezoid with distinctly rounded sides. The cover, as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3, has a central element made of a transparent material resembling an inverted rectangular trapezoid. The transparent trapezoidal element features an ornament in the form of parallel embossing. The remaining part of the cover is made of a transparent red material, with a distinctive ornament resembling a right-tilted "V" in the lower part of the cover, under the transparent surface, made of parallel embossing.2 In normal use, LED lighting is placed under the ornament resembling a right-tilted "V." The rear wall of the body is equipped with numerous mounting projections as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 4 and Fig. 5. The essential features of the industrial design are the shape and ornamentation of the reflector lamp cover, which has a shape similar to an inverted trapezoid with clearly rounded sides, in the middle of which an element made of a transparent material resembling the shape of an inverted rectangular trapezoid, which in turn features an ornament in the form of embossed lines arranged parallel to each other.
