Description

Najdluzszy czas trwania patentu do 24 marca 1945 r.Sposób zamrazania terenu, stanowiacy przedmiot patentu Nr 11820 jesft znamien¬ ny zasadniczo iteim, ie staly dwutlenek we¬ gla wytwarza sie w samych iiuirach wiertni¬ czych, które moga byc poddane dzialaniu rozprezania, wskutek czego pochlanianie znacznych ilosci ciepla, wywolane prze¬ miana istalego dwutlenku wegla w stan ga¬ zowy, powoduje zamrazanie terenu, sasia¬ dujacego z rurami. PLThe longest term of the patent until March 24, 1945. The method of freezing the land, which is the subject of patent No. 11820, is essentially characterized by the fact that solid carbon dioxide is produced in the wells themselves, which may be subjected to expansion, as a result of which absorbing large amounts of heat, caused by the transformation of the real carbon dioxide into a gaseous state, causes the freezing of the area adjacent to the pipes. When the gas pressure in freezing pipes varies between 5.2 and 5.8 atm, carbon dioxide forms a soft, moist mass. It is understood that in freezing pipes a higher gas pressure, i.e. in excess of 5.8 atm, can be maintained. where both the dioxide is in the liquid state. On the other hand, it is known that the greater the flexibility in the freezing pipes, the higher the boiling point of the carbon dioxide. The control of the pressure to be achieved in the freezing pipes can be effected, for example, by means of a valve connected to the pipe through which the gas returns to the compressor. Usually, a spreader is not needed, it is preferable to use only in cases where it is necessary to achieve extremely low temperatures. It should be noted that by being able to regulate the temperature in the freezing pipes, the amount of evaporated CO2 can be this, it is possible to maintain a balance between the latter amount and the amount of CO21 supplied and deposited in the pipes in solid or liquid state. The pipes are filled continuously with a solid or liquid CO 2 and the penetration of cold into the terrain reaches the highest value, not known so far, thanks to the movement in the pipes. Carbon dioxide is subjected to constant changes, and from a gaseous state to a liquid or even to a solid state, and vice versa. For the process to be carried out, if conditions permit, another gas can be used, either separately or only in liquid state, also in solid state. PL
