Ozdobny element przestrzenny Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ozdobny element przestrzenny, przeznaczony do róznych wyrobów uzytku domowego, jak stojak do lampki nocnej, ozdobne elementy krzesel, stolków, pólek oraz elementy ozdobne mebli lub majacy zastosowanie w wyposazaniu wnetrz, np. jako tralki - elementy w barierkach przy schodowych oraz w budownictwie jako elementy ozdobne do róznego rodzaju wsporników, filarów. Jest to wzór przemyslowy majacy zastosowanie w dziedzinie wytwarzania sprzetu uzytku domowego oraz w budownictwie. Ozdobny element przestrzenny ma ksztalt zblizony do walka, zwezajacego sie wrzecionowato ku górze i ku dolowi, w którego srodkowej czesci wyciete sa spiralnie skrecone zwoje, w pieciu odmianach. This industrial design is applicable in the production of household appliances and in construction. The decorative three-dimensional element has a cylinder-like shape, tapering spindly upwards and downwards, with spirally twisted coils cut into its central part, available in five varieties. In variety 1, the cylinder has a single spirally twisted coil. In variety 2, the cylinder is made of two spirally twisted coils. In version 3, the cylinder has three spirally twisted coils. In version 4, the cylinder has four spirally twisted coils. In version 5, six spirally twisted coils are cut into the cylinder. If necessary, through-holes are drilled inside individual elements along the entire length of the element—for example, when the element serves as a stand for a night lamp. The decorative spatial element according to the pattern is shown in photos in Fig. 1-6—shows industrial designs with a generally cylindrical shape, tapering spindly toward the top and bottom. Fig. 1 shows an element consisting of one spirally twisted coil. Fig. 2 shows an element according to the pattern composed of two spirally twisted coils. Fig. 3 shows an element with three coils, while the element in photo Fig. 4 has four coils, while the element shown in Fig. 5 has six coils, while Fig. 6 shows an element with a through hole inside along the entire element. The decorative spatial element shown in the collective photo represents the decorative element according to the pattern in five variations, along with the element with an internal through hole shown along the entire element. The essential features of the industrial design are that these are decorative elements in five variations, in the shape of a cylinder, the center of which is cut into spirally twisted coils from one to six, having a shape similar to a cylinder that tapers spindly upwards and downwards. If necessary, when the decorative spatial element according to the pattern serves as, for example, a stand for a night lamp, it has a through hole inside necessary for running electrical wires.
