UCHWYT MEBLOWY Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, przeznaczo- ny do wspomagania czynnosci zamykania i otwierania ruchomych elementów mebli. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac uchwytu prze- jawiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach plastycznych wynikajacych z efektów zdobniczo - uzytkowych, kompozycji ksztaltu, a takze polaczenia uchwytu z meblem. The industrial design is for a furniture handle designed to assist in opening and closing movable furniture elements. The essence of the industrial design is the handle's original form, manifested in characteristic artistic effects resulting from its decorative and functional aspects, shape composition, and the connection of the handle with the furniture. ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN 1. The furniture handle is characterized by a closed composition of square-section profiles, two of which are arranged centrally, the outer one with rounded corners, the inner one with corners meeting at right angles, so that two sleeves located in the axis between them constitute the base on which rests the body, which is a wide collar formed in the shape of a square funnel with a flared inlet and connected to the internal profile of the base with arc-shaped planes, with the outer edges of the body being rounded and turned outwards, so that they form semi-circular collar as shown in the attached illustration Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. 2. The furniture handle is characterized by an open, C-shaped composition of profiles with a square cross-section, two of which are arranged concentrically, the outer one with rounded corners, the inner one with corners meeting at a right angle, with two bushings located in the axis between them constituting a base on which rests a body constituting a wide collar formed in the shape of a square funnel with a strongly flared inlet and connected to the inner profile of the base by arched profiled planes, the base being closed at the sides so that in its outline it has a shape similar to a bold letter "C", and the outer edges of the body are rounded and turned outwards so that they form a semi-circular collar, as shown in the attached drawing illustrations fig. 3 and fig. 4.
