Zegarek Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zegarek. Wzór przemyslowy oraz odmiany wzoru uwidocznione sa na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1-2, gdzie na Fig. 1 przedstawiono widok zegarka, na Fig. 2 - widok zegarka w odmianie 1. Wzór charakteryzuje sie indywidualnym ksztaltem zegarka - damskiego, posiadajacego koperte stalowa charakterystycznie zdobiona czworokatnymi elementami ozdobnymi, wskazówkowy mechanizm kwarcowy, tarcze stalowa ze wskaznikami w formie kresek (indeksy) - podwójnymi na godzinie 12, w naroznikach - elementy przypominajace nity, szklo mineralne, stalowa charakterystyczna bransolete przy zwienczeniu posiadajaca po dwa elementy przypominajace nity. Wzór wedlug odmiany 1 charakteryzuje sie postacia z koperta i bransoleta stalowa, pozlacana w kolorze zóltego zlota, tarcza w kolorze szampanskim (Fig. 2). Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: wzór zegarka - damskiego, ksztalt koperty stalowej charakterystycznie zdobionej czworokatnymi elementami ozdobnymi, tarcza stalowa ze wskaznikami w formie kresek (indeksy) - podwójnymi na godzinie 12, w naroznikach elementy przypominajace nity, stalowa charakterystyczna bransoleta przy zwienczeniu posiadajaca po dwa elementy przypominajace nity.2 Fig. 13 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PLThe industrial design is for a watch. The industrial design and its variations are shown in the attached illustrations, Fig. 1-2, where Fig. 1 shows a view of the watch, and Fig. 2 shows the watch in variation 1. The design is characterized by a unique shape – a women's watch with a steel case characteristically decorated with quadrangular decorative elements, a pointer quartz movement, a steel dial with double line indicators (indices) at the 12 o'clock position and rivet-like elements in the corners, mineral glass, and a distinctive steel bracelet at the finial with two rivet-like elements. The design in variation 1 is characterized by a steel case and bracelet, plated in yellow gold, and a champagne-colored dial (Fig. 2).
