Środek do natłuszczania skór juchtowych garbowania roślinnego, syntanowo - roślinnego i chromowo - roślinnegoAgent for oiling vegetable, syntan-vegetable and chrome-vegetable tanning leather
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest środek do natłuszczania skór juchtowych grabowania roślinnego, syntanowo - roślinnego i chromowo - roślinnego nie powodujący powstawania zżywiczeń lub nalotów tłuszczowych w czasie długotrwałego składowania skór wyprawionych. The subject of the invention is an agent for greasing vegetable, syntan-vegetable and chromium-vegetable hornbeam leather, which does not cause formation of resinous deposits or fatty deposits during long-term storage of leather.
One of the basic fats used for greasing oiled hides is raw oil. After about three months, yoke hides greased only with raw oil show, under normal conditions, the formation of gum mass infiltrates on the face and flesh. Light brown to even brown gums in the form of larger or smaller round spots are very difficult to remove from the skin surface. In industrial practice, oiling of yoke leather is carried out with mixtures in which, in addition to raw oil, which constitutes about 50% of the total amount of fat, there are ingredients such as bovine tallow, chlorinated fatty acids and sometimes anionic sulphated or sulphated fats. These additives reduce to a certain extent the tendency of yuchta leather to resin during long-term storage, but do not eliminate it. During storage, gummy raids on leathers greased with mixtures are often observed. In the past, this phenomenon was attributed to changes in fish oils with a high iodine number under the influence of air oxygen. However, further studies have shown that fish oils with a lower iodine number are also subject to this type of gum formation in the skin. Until now, there is no clear and definitive explanation of the reasons for this phenomenon. It is assumed that it results from the influence of air oxygen, sunlight and inorganic salts present in tanned leather on the oils.
Zabezpieczenie przed żywiczeniem występuje nawet przy natłuszczaniu skór mie2 153 732 szanką natłuszczającą, w skład której poza produktami chlorowania transestryfikowanych glicerydów tłuszczowych wchodzą jedynie tran surowy i łój bydlęcy. Surprisingly, it was found that by using a mixture for greasing, the products of chlorination of transesterified fatty acid glycerides with glycols are used to obtain leather-like leathers that do not undergo resinous phenomena even after long-term storage. The protection against gum formation occurs even when the skins are greased with a fatliquoring agent which, apart from the chlorination products of transesterified fatty glycerides, includes only crude oil and bovine tallow. The only condition for the effectiveness of the preparation is their share in the greasing mixing, which should be no less than 30%. It is also possible to completely replace the cod liver oil in the fat blend with chlorination products of transesterified fatty acid glycerides. The subject of the invention is a greasing agent for vegetable tanning or chrome-vegetable tanning, which is a mixture containing 30-50% by weight of animal sludge and not less than 30% by weight of chlorination products of transesterified fatty acid glycerides derived from technical pig fat and 0-40% by weight of crude oil .
Produkty stanowiące składnik mieszaniny według wynalazku otrzymuje się przez chlorowanie wcześniej transestryfikowanych glicerydów kwasów tłuszczowych technicznego tłuszczu świńskiego lub też w reakcji transestryfikacji wcześniej chlorowanych glicerydów kwasów tłuszczowych technicznego tłuszczu świńskiego z alkoholami dwuwodorotlenowymi jak glikol etylenowy, glikol propylenowy i inne. The products constituting the mixture according to the invention are obtained by chlorination of pre-transesterified fatty acid glycerides of technical pig fat or by transesterification of previously chlorinated fatty acid glycerides of technical pig fat with dihydric alcohols such as ethylene glycol, propylene glycol and others.
Oiling of leather jackets with mixtures with the use of chlorination products of glycerides transesterified with glycerides of technical fatty acids of Fatus Vinnytsia is performed using the drum method without a water bath. Oiled leathers do not pose any problems in mechanical processing operations and during dry finishing processes. Leather treated with the agent according to the invention is characterized by a good softness and plumpness, a smooth and tight grain, and does not undergo gum even after long-term storage.
Example 1 333 kg of bovine tallow is hot melted with 333 kg of raw oil. After turning off the heating, 333 kg of chlorination products of transesterified glycerides of technical fatty acids - pig fat - are added to the homogeneous mixture. After mixing, 999 kg of the mixture is obtained, which is used for oiling the leather.
