Istotna cecha wzoru przemyslowego w odniesieniu do najbardziej zblizonych rozwiazan jest jego nowa i indywidualna postac nadana mu przez charakterystyczny ksztalt i oryginalna budowe. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zlaczonych rysunkach na których fig. 1 przedstawia stojak w widoku aksonometrycznym, fig.2 przedstawia odmiane stojaka, uwidocznionego na fig. 1, wyposazonego w zwienczenie, fig.3 przedstawia odmiane stojaka, uwidocznionego na fig. 1, ze zwienczeniem oraz z dodatkowymi elementami ekspozycyjnymi w postaci ram a fig.4 przedstawia z kolei trzecia odmiane stojaka, uwidocznionego na fig.1, wyposazonego w panele boczne. Przedmiotem wzoru jest stojak, który ma postac prostokatnej ramy utworzonej przez pionowo usytuowane slupy, które z kolei polaczone z poziomo usytuowanymi belkami o przekroju zetowym tworza szereg gniazd, przy czym belki poziome sa wyposazone w elementy mocujace. Gniazda utworzone przez poziome i pionowe belki przeznaczone sa do osadzania w nich paneli z prezentowana glazura. Rama osadzona jest na podstawie o obrysie prostokata, polaczonego ze slupami pionowymi za pomoca poprzecznych i ukosnych belek tworzac kratownice, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 .- 2 - Wykaz odmian wzoru przemyslowego: 1.Odmiana wzoru jest stojak posiadajacy zwienczenie w postaci usytuowanej poziomo prostokatnej ramy utworzonej z profili ceowych i katowników, ja k przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku fig.2. 2.Odmiana wzoru jest stojak w którym osadzone sa dodatkowo elementy w postaci prostokatnych ram, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku fig.3. 3. Cecha istota wzoru jest stojak, który ma postac prostokatnej ramy utworzonej przez pionowo usytuowane slupy, które z kolei polaczone z poziomo usytuowanymi belkami o przekroju zetowym tworza szereg gniazd, przy czym belki poziome sa wyposazone w elementy mocujace, natomiast gniazda utworzone przez poziome i pionowe belki przeznaczone sa do osadzania w nich paneli z prezentowana glazura, przy czym rama stojaka osadzona jest na podstawie o obrysie prostokata, polaczonego ze slupami pionowymi za pomoca poprzecznych i ukosnych belek tworzac kratownice. 2. Cecha istotna odmiany wzoru jest stojak posiadajacy zwienczenie w postaci usytuowanej poziomo prostokatnej ramy utworzonej z profili ceowych i katowników. 3. A significant feature of the industrial design, compared to the most similar solutions, is its new and individual character, given to it by its distinctive shape and original construction. The design is illustrated in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows an axonometric view of the stand, Fig. 2 shows a variant of the stand shown in Fig. 1, equipped with a top, Fig. 3 shows a variant of the stand shown in Fig. 1, with a top and additional display elements in the form of frames, and Fig. 4 shows a third variant of the stand shown in Fig. 1, equipped with side panels. The design is a stand in the form of a rectangular frame formed by vertically arranged columns, which in turn are connected to horizontally arranged Z-section beams to form a series of sockets, with the horizontal beams equipped with fastening elements. The sockets formed by the horizontal and vertical beams are designed to accommodate panels with the presented glazed tiles. The frame is mounted on a rectangular base, connected to the vertical columns by transverse and diagonal beams, forming a truss, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1.- 2 - List of industrial design variations: 1. A design variation is a stand with a top in the form of a horizontally arranged rectangular frame made of channel profiles and angle brackets, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 2. 2. A variant of the design is a stand in which additional elements are embedded in the form of rectangular frames, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 3. 3. A variant of the design is a stand equipped with panels constituting the side covers of the stand, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 4. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. The essential feature of the design is the stand, which has the form of a rectangular frame formed by vertically arranged columns, which in turn are connected to horizontally arranged beams with a Z-section, creating a series of sockets, wherein the horizontal beams are equipped with fastening elements, while the sockets formed by the horizontal and vertical beams are intended for embedding panels with the presented glazed tiles, wherein the stand frame is mounted on a rectangular base, connected to the vertical columns by means of transverse and diagonal beams, creating a truss. 2.
