UCHW YT M EBLOW Y Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, przeznaczo- ny do wspomagania czynnosci zamykania i otwierania ruchomych elementów mebli. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac uchwytu prze- jawiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach plastycznych wynikajacych z kolorystyki i charakterystycznych efektów zdobniczo - uzytkowych, kompo- zycji polaczenia ksztaltu, kolorystyki a takze polaczenia uchwytu z meblem. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym ry- sunku gdzie na fig. 1 pokazano podstawe uchwytu w widoku z góry, na fig. 2 uchwyt w widoku z boku, na fig 3 - uchwyt w widoku z dolu, na fig. 4 - po- wiekszenie elementu naroznika uchwytu w widoku z góry, na fig. 5 - przekrój poprzeczny uchwytu, oraz na zalaczonej fotografii gdzie na fig. 6 - przedstawiono uchwyt mebla w widoku ogólnym, na fig. 7- uchwyt w widoku ogólnym z uniesionym modulem dopelniajacym, przed montazem, na fig. 8- uchwyt w widoku z dolu. The essence of the industrial design is the original form of the handle, manifested in characteristic artistic effects resulting from the color scheme and characteristic decorative and functional effects, composition, combination of shape, color, and the connection of the handle with the furniture. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where fig. 1 shows the base of the handle in a top view, fig. 2 shows the handle in a side view, fig. 3 shows the handle in a bottom view, fig. 4 shows an enlargement of the corner element of the handle in a top view, fig. 5 shows a cross-section of the handle, and in the attached photograph, where fig. 6 shows the furniture handle in a general view, fig. 7 shows the handle in a general view with the complementary module lifted, before assembly, fig. 8 shows the handle in a bottom view. Essential features of the industrial design 1. A furniture handle having a base, a complementary element, is characterized in that the base has the shape of a quadrangular "tray" mounted on a rectangular foot, slightly shorter than the width of the "tray", thanks to which in a side view the handle resembles the letter "T", while the foot has two tubular mounting elements inside to facilitate mounting the base to the furniture base, the "tray" is concave, its side edges surrounding the bottom with two holes are arranged diagonally and so high that they protrude above the upper surface of the decorative complementary element connected to the base by means of two cylindrical elements, which its external shape corresponds to the internal cut-out of the tray, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 to Fig. 5 and the attached photograph Fig. 6 to Fig. 8. 2. The furniture handle according to feature 1 is characterized in that the complementary decorative element is of a different color than the base of the handle, as shown in the attached photograph Fig. 6 to Fig. 8. 3.
