W procesie praso¬ wania mieszanka przybiera ksztalt gniazda formy. Gdyby podczas prasowania nadmiar mieszanki gumowej rozplywal sie swobodnie, to miedzy forma i jej gniazdem utworzylby sie wylew, zmienilaby sie wysokosc ksztaltki i wyrób byl¬ by nieuzyteczny. 148 4982 148 498 Istota wynalazku Jest forma wielogniazdowa do formowania ksztaltek gumowych 1 spo¬ sób formowania ksztaltek wie1ogniazdowyeh. Forma posiada gniazda i kanaly odprowadza¬ jace nadmiar mieszanki gumowej na zewnatrz formy oraz kanaly odprowadzajace nadmiar mieszanki gumowej do specjalnego zbiornika znajdujacego sie miedzy gniazdami formy.Sposób formowania ksztaltek gumowych polega na tym, ze do formy wulkanizacyjnej wprowadza sie mieszanke gumowa z nadmiarem, który w czasie prasowania odprowadza sie kanalami na zewnatrz i do specjalnego zbiornika znajdujacego sie miedzy gniazdami for¬ my. Taki sposób odprowadzania nadmiaru mieszanki gumowej zapewnia jednakowa droge wy¬ plywu we wszystkich wymuszonych kierunkach. 1. Multi-cavity molds are known which have cavities in which rubber shapes are formed and which have channels to allow air to escape and excess raw material to flow out of the mold. The channels draining excess raw material from the mold cavities are small grooves that open to the outside of the mold. There are known methods of forming rubber shapes in which a hot vulcanization mold is filled with a rubber mixture, and then placed between the plates of the press and pressed. In the process of pressing, the mixture takes the shape of a mold cavity. The formation of rubber shapes is also carried out under increased pressure in the presses. This method of forming improves the quality of the rubber shapes - there is no delamination of the products and no blisters are formed in them. In the process of molding rubber shapes, some excess raw material is introduced into the mold, as determined for each rubber on the basis of trials. The excess of the rubber mixture, during pressing, goes outside the mold. The use of excess rubber mixture is necessary due to the fact that during pressing, the specific weight of the rubber increases in comparison with the specific weight of the rubber mixture, and when introducing into the mold the amount of rubber mixture corresponding to the capacity of the mold, we would get rubber shapes that are not well-pressed and of incorrect dimensions. If during pressing the excess of the rubber mixture melts freely, then a spout would form between the mold and its seat, the height of the shape would change and the product would be unusable. To avoid this, the excess raw material is limited to the necessary amount and this excess, during pressing, is discharged from the mold cavities with small grooves to the outside. This method of draining the excess rubber mixture is not effective when pressing larger-size rubber shapes, due to the excessively long path of draining the excess rubber mixture, which then affects all possible gaps. 148 4982 148 498 Summary of the Invention There is a multi-cavity mold for forming rubber shapes and a method for forming multi-cavities. The mold has slots and channels draining excess rubber mixture to the outside of the mold and channels draining the excess rubber mixture to a special tank located between the mold cavities. The method of forming rubber shapes consists in introducing the rubber mixture with the excess into the vulcanization mold. during pressing, it is discharged through channels to the outside and to a special tank located between the mold cavities. This method of draining off the excess rubber mixture provides the same outflow path in all forced directions. The multi-cavity mold for molding rubber shapes, according to the invention, is shown in Fig. 1. The multi-cavity mold 1 has slots 2 and channels 3 and 4 draining excess raw material to the outside and channels 5 draining excess raw material to the tank 6. According to the invention, a rubber mixture is introduced into the mold 1 with an excess of which, during pressing, flows through channels 3 and 4 outside the mold 1 and through channels 5 to the tank 6. Multi-cavity mold and the method of forming rubber shapes, according to the invention, round rubber seals were used in a four-cavity molding process. Patent claims 1.
