Dywan Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest dywan przeznaczony do zastosowania w pomieszczeniach mieszkalnych i biurowych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest fantazyjny motyw figur geometrycznych takich jak prostokaty, kwadraty, okregi oraz linie. Dywan ma ksztalt prostokata posiadajacego obramowanie z cieniowaniami. Do wewnatrz umieszczono ramke, która jest wypelniona malymi prostokatami, posiadajacymi obramowanie. Dalej znajduje sie gruba rama i znów taka sama, cienka wypelniona prostokacikami. Na grubszej ramie po przeciwnych rogach umieszczono po jednym duzym kwadracie, a wewnatrz niego prostokat z wpisanym kwadratem. Na niego nachodzi drugi kwadrat. Obok duzego kwadratu umieszczono dwa trójkaty nachodzace na siebie. Identyczny motyw umieszczono w przeciwnym rogu. Pozostala czesc grubszej ramy wypelniona jest poprzez trójkaty oraz fantazyjne linie. Centrum dywanu wypelnione jest ciemniejszym tlem oraz pofalowanymi liniami. W samym srodku umieszczono prostokat z cieniowanym srodkiem, licznymi liniami oraz trójkatami. Dookola widac ramke, która po dwóch przeciwnych rogach tworzy cienki katownik, a po dwóch pozostalych poskladane prostokaciki.2 Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia dywan w rzucie pionowym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego. Dywan znamienny tym, ze ma obramowanie z cieniowaniami. Do wewnatrz umieszczono ramke, która jest wypelniona malymi prostokatami, posiadajacymi obramowanie. Dalej znajduje sie gruba rama i znów taka sama, cienka wypelniona prostokacikami. Na grubszej ramie po przeciwnych rogach umieszczono po jednym duzym kwadracie, a wewnatrz niego prostokat z wpisanym kwadratem. Na niego nachodzi drugi kwadrat. Obok duzego kwadratu umieszczono dwa trójkaty nachodzace na siebie. Identyczny motyw umieszczono w przeciwnym rogu. The essence of the industrial design is a fanciful motif of geometric shapes such as rectangles, squares, circles, and lines. The rug is a rectangle with a shading border. Inside, a frame is placed, filled with smaller rectangles with a border. Next comes a thick frame, and then another thin frame filled with rectangles. On the thicker frame, at opposite corners, is a large square, and inside it, a rectangle with a square inscribed within it. A second square overlaps this square. Next to the large square are two overlapping triangles. An identical motif is placed in the opposite corner. The remainder of the thicker frame is filled with triangles and fanciful lines. The center of the rug is filled with a darker background and wavy lines. In the very center is a rectangle with a shaded center, numerous lines, and triangles. Around it is a frame, which forms a thin angle on two opposite corners, and folded rectangles on the other two.2 The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a carpet in a vertical view.
