Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest fantazyjny motyw figur geometrycznych takich jak prostokaty, kwadraty, okregi oraz linie. Dywan ma ksztalt prostokata i grube obramowanie, nastepnie do wewnatrz dwie ciensze ramy oraz jedna grubsza. Dalej w ramie umieszczono fantazyjny wzór przypominajacy szlaczek labiryntu. Centralnie znajduje sie prostokat z cienkimi obramowaniami. W poprzek niego biegna fantazyjne linie stwarzajace wrazenie podzialu prostokata na dwie czesci. Wewnetrzna powierzchnia dywanu nie jest jednolita, zawiera delikatny wzór. Ponadto, na tle dywanu umieszczono po przeciwnych rogach trzy symetryczne linie, ze scietymi koncami. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia dywan w rzucie pionowym.2 Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego. The essence of the industrial design is a fanciful motif of geometric shapes such as rectangles, squares, circles, and lines. The carpet has a rectangular shape with a thick frame, followed by two thinner frames and one thicker frame. Further inside the frame is a fanciful pattern resembling a labyrinth. A rectangle with thin frames is centrally located. Fancy lines run across it, creating the impression of dividing the rectangle into two parts. The carpet's inner surface is not uniform, but contains a subtle pattern. Furthermore, three symmetrical lines with beveled ends are placed on the carpet's background at opposite corners. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the carpet in a vertical view. 2.
