Przedmiotem wynalazku jest glowica, zwlaszcza obrotowa elektrostatycznego aparatu rozpy¬ lajacego ciecz.Dotychczasowe rozwiazania rozpylaczy znane np. z nastepujacych publikacji: Ochrona roslin 1981 nr 11 -Lipa J. Elektrostatyczne opryskiwanie, Marchant. J.A., Green R: An elektrostatic charging system for hydraulic spray nozzles. Journal Orgicultural engineering research 1982 Vol. 27 nr 4, Dunskiej B.F., Krisztof A.K.: Sztangowyj elektrozariajlryj opryskiwatiel. Traktory i sielehozmaszyny nr 12-1971, Law S.E., Bowen H.D.: Charging Ligniol spray by electrostatic induetion. Transactions of the ASAE 1966 nr 4, Law S.E.: Embeddeot-electrode electrostatic induction spray-charging nozzle: Theorctical and engineering design Transactions of the ASAE 1978 nr 6 oraz opis patentowy PRL nr 56 952, charakteryzujaca sie odkryta calkowicie lub czes¬ ciowo elektroda wysokiego napiecia, która styka sie z rozpylona ciecza lub miedzy elektroda a ciecza znajduje sie powietrze. Urzadzenie wedlug opisu patento¬ wego nr 56 952 elektryzuje krople metoda jonizacji. 1 pokazuje glowice w widoku z góry, a fig. 2 - w przekroju osiowym. Previous solutions of atomizers known, for example, from the following publications: Plant protection 1981 No. 11-Lipa J. Electrostatic spraying, Marchant. J.A., Green R: An elektrostatic charging system for hydraulic spray nozzles. Journal Orgicultural engineering research 1982 Vol. 27 No. 4, Dunskiej B.F., Krisztof A.K .: Sztangowyj elektrozariajlryj sprayatiel. Tractors and Machine No. 12-1971, Law S.E., Bowen H.D .: Charging Ligniol spray by electrostatic induetion. Transactions of the ASAE 1966 No. 4, Law SE: Embeddeot-electrode electrostatic induction spray-charging nozzle: Theorctical and engineering design Transactions of the ASAE 1978 No. 6 and PRL patent description No. 56 952, characterized by a fully or partially uncovered high electrode the voltage that comes into contact with the sprayed liquid, or there is air between the electrode and the liquid. Therefore, there are disturbances in the process of electrifying liquids that conduct electricity well, caused by the deposition of drops on the electrode or a short circuit in the power supply system. To prevent this, complicated methods are used to isolate the liquid supply system, the liquid itself or the electrode from the ground, for example by introducing a blow of air drying the electrode. The device according to the patent description No. 56 952 electrifies the droplets by the ionization method. During the operation of the device, the total potential difference must not be less than 25,000 V, which means the minimum voltage at the high-voltage electrode, the electric field has a high potential gradient, at least 2,000 V / cm. The drops are charged with electric charges from the ionized air in the space between the tip of the electrode and the earthed part of the hull, and have a charge mark consistent with the voltage mark on the electrode. In this device, the electrode is fixed in a dielectric, while its tip is exposed and placed outside the head made of insulating material, parallel to the surface of the liquid membrane. The aim of the invention is to eliminate the drawbacks and inconveniences of known solutions. This goal was achieved by making a head in which the electrode is completely covered with a solid dielectric. The technical advantage is that when the droplets are electrified during the spraying of the liquid, there is less mechanical energy consumption. There is also a stable course and increased electrification efficiency. The construction of the head is simple and safe. The subject of the invention is shown in the example of the embodiment in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the heads in a top view, and Fig. 2 - in an axial section. The head 1 is a rotating element, spraying the supplied liquid 2. Head 1 has an electrode 3 in the shape of a ring. The electrode 3 is completely covered with a solid dielectric 4. The electric charges on the droplets are obtained by the phenomenon of electric induction. A voltage is applied to the electrode 3, the maximum of which is 8000 V and depends on the thickness of the solid dielectric 4. As a result of the electric field around the electrode, electric charges accumulate on the surface of the spray jet 2, which remain after the droplets are sprayed. of the liquid is opposite to the sign of the voltage on the electrode. The electrode completely covered with a solid dielectric increases the electric capacity of the liquid-electrode spraying system in the zone of liquid decomposition into drops, and thus increases the degree of electrification of the liquid. characterized in that its electrode (3) is completely covered with a solid dielectric (4) .Fi9.Z Printing Workshop UPPRL.
