Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracji fig.1 w widoku z boku, oraz na ilustracji fig.2 - w widoku od spodu. Cech a istotna wzoru przemyslowego przedstawionego na ilustracji fig.l i fig.2, tj. wiszacej lampy-jest to, ze: — jej klosz stanowi usytuowany poziomo, lukowato wygiety w dól prostokat, wykonany z jasnego, zmatowionego materialu, przy czym — w centralnym miejscu klosza umieszczono niewielka, pionowa tulejke, z której bocznej powierzchni wyprowadzono cztery podluzne elementy tak, ze lacznie z tulejka przypominaja one stelaz parasola, na którym wydaje sie byc ulozony klosz lampy, — do wolnych konców kazdego z czterech podluznych elementów zamocowane sa cienkie linki podtrzymujace klosz, przy czym — linki te wprowadzone sa do wypuklego, okraglego elementu znajdujacego sie w górnej czesci lampy.Fig.1 Fig.2 PLThe industrial design is for a hanging lighting lamp. The industrial design submitted for protection is shown in illustration 1, a side view, and in illustration 2, a bottom view. An important feature of the industrial design shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, i.e. a hanging lamp, is that: - its lampshade is a horizontally positioned, arched downward rectangle made of a light, matt material, wherein - in the central part of the lampshade there is a small, vertical sleeve, from the side surface of which four elongated elements are led out so that together with the sleeve they resemble an umbrella frame on which the lampshade seems to be placed, - thin cords supporting the lampshade are attached to the free ends of each of the four elongated elements, wherein - these cords are led into a convex, round element located in the upper part of the lamp.
