Etykieta Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta, przeznaczona do- naklejania na opakowaniach w postaci butelek, zawierajacych naturalna wode mineralna. Etykiete wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono w materiale ilustracyjnym, gdzie: fig. 1 - przedstawia etykiete dla naturalnej wody mineralnej gazowanej; fig. 2 - przedstawia etykiete dla naturalnej wody mineralnej niegazowanej. Wykaz odmian wzoru przemyslowego: 1 - etykieta w ksztalcie opasujacej butelke nalepki, w cieniowanym kolorze niebieskim, zawiera na przedniej, glównej czesci nalepki ozdobny ornament w postaci wizerunku jednopietrowego dworku z kolumnada, w bialym kolorze oraz brazowymi okiennicami oraz dachem, przy którym z boku znajduje sie drzewo, a przed dworkiem sa pasy zieleni, natomiastwizerunek ten znajduje sie na owalnym bialym tle, obwiedzionym cieniowanym niebieskim kolorem, a nad tym ornamentem umieszczony jest napis „JANO WIANKA " nieznacznie wyoblony, którego litery sa duze, proste i w kolorze bialym, z zaznaczonym cieniem w kolorze niebieskim, natomiast nad tym napisem umieszczony jest napis „NATURALNA WODA MINERALNA", takze nieznacznie wyoblony, wykonany prostymi, duzymi literami w kolorze bialym. Pod wizerunkiem dworku, w dolnej czesci etykiety, znajduje sie wzdluz calej nalepki, czerwona linia, która w tej czesci etykiety przechodzi w prostokat o wyoblonych dwóch rogach, na którym umieszczony jest napis „gazowana", wykonanymi malymi, prostymi literami w kolorze bialym. Kolejnym elementem etykiety sa nieznacznie wyoblone napisy, przy czym napis „NATURALNA WODA MINERALNA" wykonany duzymi, prostymi literami w kolorze bialym, a napis „JANOWIANKA", wykonany duzymi, prostymi literami w kolorze bialym, z zaznaczonym cieniem w kolorze niebieskim, a pod tymi napisami umieszczone sa informacje o regionie pochodzenia towaru, kod towaru a takze informacja o jego pojemnosci. The label according to the industrial design is presented in the illustrative material, where: Fig. 1 - shows a label for carbonated natural mineral water; Fig. 2 - shows a label for non-carbonated natural mineral water. List of industrial design varieties: 1 - a label in the shape of a label surrounding a bottle, in a shaded blue colour, containing on the front, main part of the label a decorative ornament in the form of an image of a one-story manor house with a colonnade, in white colour and brown shutters and a roof, with a tree on the side and green stripes in front of the manor house, while this image is placed on an oval white background, outlined in a shaded blue colour, and above this ornament there is a slightly rounded inscription "JANO WIANKA", the letters of which are large, simple and in white, with a marked shadow in blue, and above this inscription there is an inscription "NATURALNA WODA MINERALNA", also slightly rounded, made in simple, large letters in white. Below the image of the manor house, in the lower part of the label, there is a red line running along the entire sticker, which in this part of the label turns into a rectangle with two rounded corners, on which is the inscription "carbonated" written in small, simple white letters. The next element of the label are slightly rounded inscriptions, with the inscription "NATURALNA WODA MINERALNA" written in large, simple white letters, and the inscription "JANOWIANKA" written in large, simple white letters with a blue shadow. Below these inscriptions are information about the product's region of origin, the product code, and information about its capacity. The last element of the ornament is, repeated on a reduced scale, all the elements from the front, main part of the label in the form of the same decorative ornament and inscriptions, while under these elements there is a table of information about the product and other commercial information. 2 - the label in the shape of a label surrounding the bottle, in a shaded blue color, contains on the front, main part of the label a decorative ornament in the form of an image of a one-story manor house with a white colonnade and brown shutters and a roof, with a tree on the side and green stripes in front of the manor house, while this image is surrounded by a shaded oval in white, fading into blue, and above this ornament there is the inscription "JANOWIANKA" made in a slightly rounded form, the letters of which are large, straight and in blue, with a marked shadow in white and blue, and above this inscription there is the inscription "NATURALNA WODA MINERALNA", also in a slightly rounded form, written in capital blue letters. Below the image of the manor house, at the bottom of the label, there is a red line running along the entire length of the label, which in this part of the label turns into a rectangle with two rounded corners, on which is the inscription "non-carbonated," written in small, simple white letters.
