Description

Natomiast kuweta stanowi prostopadloscian o dlugosci 1-3 cm, którego scianki usytuowane prostopadle do osi przebiegu strumienia posiadaja grubosc, którajest funkcja natezenia promieniowania padajacego. Odpowiednio do zastosowanego detektora przystosowano inne1 143 408 elementy ukladu, stosujac kuwety i soczewki z kwarcu. Naklad 100 egz Cena 220 zl PLThe subject of the invention is a system for measuring the content of petroleum products in water. A comparative method is known from the prospectus of the Japanese company Horiba LTD in Kyoto, which consists in the simultaneous and simultaneous transmission of infrared radiation beams through petroleum products extracted with carbon tetrachloride and pure carbon tetrachloride, and then measuring the spectrum in the wavelength range of 1 to 16 micronutrients. This method is used in a system that provides two sources of infrared radiation, the course of which is interrupted by a diaphragm with a frequency of 10-12 Hz. The rays pass through two comparative equal cuvettes to an electrical signal detector operating on the Golay cell principle and then to the meter. The aim of the invention is to simplify the measurement and limit it to the study of only one curve in a narrowed wavelength range by selecting the appropriate layout. A further aim of the invention is to become completely independent of the investigated petroleum products. A system for measuring the content of petroleum products in water, containing a source of infrared radiation light cooperating with a common diaphragm and connected by a stream path through a cuvette with a detector, according to the invention is characterized by the fact that the detector is a selective photoresistor. in infrared with a wavelength A = 3-4 µm and a pulse frequency of 300-1500 Hz. The cuvette, on the other hand, is a cuboid with a length of 1-3 cm, the walls of which situated perpendicular to the axis of the stream course have a thickness which is a function of the incident radiation intensity. The ratio of the light passage diameter of these walls. the diameter of the cuvette is at least 1.5. In the system according to the invention, a detector other than those known and used in the art is used to measure infrared radiation. A selective photoresistor detector was used, in which a narrow band of infrared radiation A = 3-4 µm is measured, in which there are only three peaks of hydrocarbon bonds (CH3, CH2, CH) occurring and characteristic for each type of petroleum product, regardless of its chemical composition. According to the detector used, other components of the system were adapted using quartz cuvettes and lenses. In addition, it turned out that the thickness of the cuvette walls should be a function of the radiation intensity and failure to meet this condition reduces the accuracy of the measurement. The system according to the invention is shown in the drawing, in which the figure shows a schematic diagram of the system. As shown in Fig. temperature of 1500 K, it passes through the metal, circular diaphragm 2, causing its pulsations with a frequency of 530 Hz. The radiation then passes through a cuvette 3 made in the shape of a cuboid, 3 cm long and 15 cm in diameter, the smallest walls of which, perpendicular to the axis of the beam, are made of quartz glass 10 µm thick. The cuvette 3 is filled with the test sample, which is a petroleum product extracted with carbon tetrachloride in the molar ratio obtained in the range 10: 1 to 1: 1. Then the absorption spectrum is examined in the wavelength range from 3.5 to 3.9 µm selective photoresistor 4. The signal of the photoresistor 4 is measured with the meter 5 which is a selective nanovoltmeter. The frequency of the measured waveform by the nanovoltmeter is identical to the radiation pulsation, and the obtained indication in nanovolts corresponds to the content of petroleum products in the tested sample. Patent disclaimer A system for measuring the content of petroleum products in water containing a source of infrared radiation working with a common transient and interconnected transducer. streams through cuvettes with a detector, characterized by the fact that the detector is a selective infrared photoresistor (4) with a wavelength of X = 3-4 µm and a pulsation frequency of 300-1500 Hz, while the cuvette (3) is a cuboid with a length of 1 -3 cm, whose walls situated perpendicular to the axis of the stream course have a thickness which is a function of the incident radiation intensity, the ratio of the light passage diameter of these walls to the diameter of the cuvette is at least 1.5.
