Zestaw lazienkowy Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia : 26 marca 1999r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest zestaw lazienkowy, skladajacy sie z pólki pod zlew, lustra i zlewu. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac zestawu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie oraz zastosowanym zdobnictwie poszczególnych jego elementów. Zestaw przedstawiony zostal na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym w widoku perspektywicznym , na którym fig.l przedstawia lustro, zas fig.2 pólke pod zlew oraz zlew. Lustro ma zarys owalu. Pólke pod zlew stanowi szklana tafla o zarysie fragmentu kola z centralnie usytuowanym otworem w którym usytuowany jest szklany zlew o ksztalcie okraglej misy. Ponizej blatu usytuowany jest uchwyt w postaci okraglego pretu o zarysie zgodnym z zarysem blatu, lecz pomniejszony. Podstawe blatu stanowi metalowa noga o zarysie zblizonym do odwróconego o 90° stozka o podstawie trójkata prostokatnego, którego boki maja zarys luku, zas na calej dlugosci nogi, usytuowane sa w plaszczyznie pionowej, okragle otwory o srednicach majejacych w kierunku wierzcholka nogi, jak pokazano na zalaczonymmateriale ilustracyjnym fig. 2. Szklana misa zlewu wykonana jest ze szkla w kolorze ciemno-niebieskim, blat pólki wykonany jest ze szkla w kolorze jasno niebieskim, zas noga oraz uchwyt wykonane sa z metalu w kolorze srebrnym. PL PL PLBathroom Set The right to register an ornamental design is valid from: March 26, 1999. The subject of the ornamental design is a bathroom set consisting of a sink shelf, a mirror, and a sink. The essence of the ornamental design is the new form of the set, manifested in the shape and ornamentation of its individual components. The set is shown in the attached illustration in a perspective view, in which Fig. 1 shows the mirror, and Fig. 2 the sink shelf and sink. The mirror is oval in shape. The sink shelf is a glass pane in the shape of a fragment of a circle with a central opening in which a glass sink in the shape of a round bowl is located. Below the countertop is a handle in the form of a round rod, its outline matching the countertop's outline, but reduced. The base of the countertop is a metal leg with an outline similar to a 90° inverted cone with a right-angled triangle base, the sides of which are arc-shaped, and along the entire length of the leg, there are circular holes in a vertical plane, with diameters increasing towards the top of the leg, as shown in the attached illustration, Fig. 2. The glass sink bowl is made of dark blue glass, the shelf top is made of light blue glass, and the leg and handle are made of silver metal. PL PL PL
