Pamiatka weselna Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pamiatka weselna, przeznaczona dla mlodej pary i gosci weselnych. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac wyrobu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i wystroju powierzchni czolowej pamiatki oraz je j zestawieniu z butelka. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 pokazuje pamiatke weselna w widoku z przodu, w pierwszej odmianie, fig.2 - pamiatke weselna w przekroju A-A zaznaczonym na fig. 1, fig.3 - pamiatke weselna w widoku z przodu, w drugiej odmianie, fig.4 - pamiatke weselna w przekroju B-B zaznaczonym na fig.3, fig.5 - pamiatke weselna w widoku z przodu, w trzeciej odmianie, fig.6 - pamiatke weselna w przekroju C-C zaznaczonym na fig.5, fig.7 - pamiatke weselna zawieszona na bulelce, a fig.8 - pamiatke weselna znajdujaca sie na korpusie butelki i stanowiaca integralna czesc butelki. Wtedy tarcza jest przymocowana do korpusu, najlepiej osadzona w gniezdzie wykonanym w butelce. Tarcza moze byc przyklejona lub mocowana w inny sposób.W przypadku pamiatki przeznaczonej do zawieszania na butelce, do górnrj czesci tarczy przymocowany jest lancuszek lub linka ozdobna, natomiast w przypadku, w którym pamiatka stanowi integralna czesc butelki, pamiatka jest pozbawiona zawiesia. Pamiatka w postaci tarczy stanowi oddzielny element zestawu i sama w sobie jest juz pamiatka z wesela, ale z uwagi na napis „WÓDKA WESELNA" jest powiazana z butelka wódki, w sposób rozlaczny lub stanowi integralna czesc butelki. Na weselu wódka jest podawana w butelkach z zawieszonymi pamiatkami w postaci tarczy, które goscie zdejmuja z butelek i zachowuja jak o pamiatki z danego wesela. W przypadku nierozlacznego polaczenia pamiatki z butelka wódki, goscie weselni jako pamiatke moga zachowac butelke z tarcza. Wzór przemyslowy zwieksza atrakcyjnosc imprezy weselnej i stanowi ciekawa forme pamiatki zwiazanej z uroczystosciami weselnymi. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego : Pamiatka weselna ma ksztalt tarczy herbowej. Tarcza herbowa jest wypukla w strone powierzchni czolowej. W pierwszej odmianie, na powierzchni czolowej tarczy widnieje napis „WÓDKA WESELNA" . The coat of arms is convex towards the front surface. In the first variety, the inscription "WÓDKA WESELNA" appears on the front surface of the shield. In the second variety, the inscription "WÓDKA WESELNA" appears on the front surface of the shield, and in the field of the shield there are photos or likenesses of the bride and groom, the names of the spouses and the date of the marriage. In the third variety, the inscription "WÓDKA WESELNA" appears on the front surface of the shield, and in the field of the shield there are names of the spouses and the date of the marriage. Regardless of the variety, the disc souvenir is suspended from the bottle, either adjacent to the side of the bottle, as shown in Fig. 7, or integral with the bottle, as shown in Fig. 8. The disc is then attached to the bottle, preferably embedded in a socket made in the bottle. The disc may be glued or secured in some other way. In the case of a souvenir intended to be hung on a bottle, a chain or decorative cord is attached to the top of the disc, whereas in the case where the souvenir is an integral part of the bottle, the souvenir does not have a sling. The disc souvenir is a separate element of the set and is already a wedding souvenir in itself, but because of the inscription "WÓDKA WESELNA" (WEDDING VODKA), it is connected to the vodka bottle, either separately or as an integral part of the bottle. At weddings, vodka is served in bottles with hanging souvenirs in the form of shields, which guests remove and keep as mementos of the wedding. If the souvenir is inseparably connected to the bottle of vodka, wedding guests can keep the bottle with the shield as a memento. The industrial design increases the attractiveness of the wedding event and provides an interesting form of souvenir associated with the wedding celebration. Significant features of the industrial design: The wedding souvenir is shaped like a heraldic shield. The heraldic shield is convex towards the front. In the first version, the inscription "WÓDKA WESELNA" appears on the front of the shield. In the second version, the inscription "WÓDKA WESELNA" appears on the front of the shield. The shield field contains photos or likenesses of the newlyweds, the names of the spouses, and the date of their marriage. In the third variant, the front of the shield contains the inscription "WÓDKA WESELNA" (Wedding Vodka), and the shield field contains the names of the spouses and the date of their marriage. Regardless of the variant, the souvenir in the form of a shield is hung on the bottle in such a position that it adheres to the side surface of the bottle body or is an integral part of the bottle body, in which case the shield is attached to the body.
