Description

PLIn order to eliminate various ailments and organic changes caused by flat or lowered feet, under-foot pads or insoles for shoes are used. Ready-made such pads with numbered dimensions are available on the market, or pads are individually adjusted based on measurements of the foot arch. Measurements are made, for example, in such a way that the patient has to stand a paint-covered foot on white paper or on gypsum mass, on a solid liquid. There is also a known method of measuring, which consists in making the patient stand on mass, placed in the shoes and heated above body temperature. This mass retains its shape when cooled to body temperature, so that it can be used as an insole. In both cases, an imprint of the loaded foot is obtained, which makes it possible to conclude on the degree of bone reduction as a result of the load on the foot. Finally, a plastic hardening mass was inserted between the sole and a pad of material or leather, and after the rain, the insoles were previously shaped as an insole on the hoof. made on the basis of an imprint of the foot, do not restore its normal shape, which can only be achieved by tilting the reduced bones to their natural position. This reduction, due to weakening of the tendons, can be removed by exerting pressure on the lowered parts of the weighted foot from the bottom up * * and * J '* *; t A pneumatic chamber could have caused the desired effect, but using it as an insole is inconvenient for many reasons. On the other hand, it was found that by treading on a suitable bag with the contours of the foot, filled with a plastic mass, which after some time solidifies, becoming non-compressible, it is possible to make an imprint that accurately reflects the shape of the foot and allows to determine the degree of bone deviation , reduced due to the load on the foot. The plastic mass present in the bag, undergoing compression under the influence of the body weight in the least loaded places, corresponding to the parts of the foot, lowered due to weakening of the tendons, exerts an upward pressure on the depressed parts of the foot after it solidifies. Excessive stress on the weakened stitches must not occur. The foot has a smaller and narrower footing surface in the shoe than the bare foot; consequently, it is advisable to fabricate shawls with the dimensions of the inner sole of the shoe. Such inserts are shown in the drawing; Fig. 1 shows a view of the top of the insole before inserting it into the shoe, Fig. 2 - a longitudinal section of the insole. The bag until the dense fabric is filled with filling material because of the above-mentioned properties. After squeezing the foot and solidifying the mass, you get an orthopedic insole that restores the natural shape of pathologically altered feet and removes their discomfort. PL
