Przeprowadzone badania wykazaly, ze konstrukcja wedlug wynalazku charakteryzuje sie znacznie obnizonym tarciem pomiedzy rurociagiem i otaczajacym go gruntem. Do wystajacej z zasobnika rury przykladano sile osiowa i zwiekszano ja stopniowo do czasu wystapienia przemieszczenia rury wzgledem zasobnika. Pracownia Poligraficzna UP PRL. Until now known and used underground pipelines are usually made of steel protected against corrosion, plastic insulation or bituminous masses. These pipelines are equipped with compensators spaced along the pipeline in accordance with the relevant standards. Practice shows that in the area of the mining trough, considerable longitudinal forces arise, leading in many cases to the destruction of the pipeline structure. Such failures are caused by exceeding the compressive or tensile strength of the pipeline material in the cross-sections between expansion joints. The reason for the formation of such great longitudinal forces is the friction between the pipeline and the moving masses of soil. According to the invention, the underground pipeline is equipped with a layer of lubricating substance that covers the outer surface of the pipeline. The lubricant layer is coated with a low-friction foil. It is expedient for the coating to be a foil tape wound around the surface of the lubricant layer along the helix, particularly overlapping. It is also expedient to make the coating of flexible plastic that is impermeable to water. The tests carried out have shown that the structure according to the invention is characterized by a significantly reduced friction between the pipeline and the surrounding soil. The amount of reduction of friction for smooth pipelines is up to 70% of friction in the previous conditions. For pipelines with a rough external surface, the reduction of friction is even greater. The subject of the invention is presented in an example of a pipeline test on a model stand, which is a rectangular reservoir filled with soil. The tested pipe section, approximately 1.8 m long and 0.02 m in diameter, is the container on the sand bed. After the pipe was backfilled and the soil was compacted in the container, the measurements were started. An axial force was applied to the pipe protruding from the container and it was increased gradually until displacement of the tube relative to the container occurred. For a smooth steel pipe without insulation, the displacement force is approximately 40 kg. For a polyvinyl chloride pipe, the force is approximately 28 kg. For a steel pipe covered with a polyethylene film, the axial force is approximately 28 kg. On the other hand, in the case of using a steel pipe coated with a layer of solid lubricant or mineral oil and a coating of polyethylene film, according to the invention, this force is approximately 6 kg. It is particularly advantageous to form a film of low friction foil tape wound over the lubricant film along the helix on the tab. The coating thus formed has an easier displacement in relation to the pipe surface. The tests carried out show a significant reduction of friction between the soil and the pipeline, and thus a reduction of longitudinal forces resulting from movements of the soil mass. Patent claim Underground pipeline protected against corrosion, an insulating layer, especially a tape coating foil made of a material with a low friction coefficient wound on the pipeline along the screw line on the overlap, replaced by the fact that there is a lubricating layer between the insulating layer and the outer surface of the pipeline.
