Description

Wedlug zas nowego sposobu zarówno czesc kadlubowa, jak i przekrój, zawiera¬ jacy czesc przykrywkowa, z otwartym po-smarowanym klejem paslkiem obwodowym wspólnie sa ^konywane jako .gotowe pu¬ delko w formie pi*z^agoVej zapomoca klocka ksztaltujacego.W ten sposób udaje sie wylaczyc liczne dotychczas uzywane poszczególne urza¬ dzenia i przebieg pracy uproscic, przyspie¬ szyc i zarobic tanszym. — 3 —Fig. 1 przedstawia przyfcrój z nalozo¬ nym otwartym paskiem obwodowym.Fig. 2 — pionowy przekrój podluzny nowego urzadzenia.Fig. 3 — widok zgary.Fig. 4 i 5 przedstawiaja szczególy, mianowicie wyobrazaja w perspektywie przedmiot wyrabiany, tkwiacy czesciowo w róznych formach.Fig. 6 przedstawia widok zgóry czesci urzadzenia, odnoszacej sie do nakladania paska zamykajacego, rozcinania tego pa¬ ska, otwierania pudelka i wyjmowania klocka ksztaltujacego.Fig. 7 przedstawia takiz widok zgóry jednej czesci parzy innem polozeniu mecha¬ nizmów. 8.Fig. 10 — 12 przedstawiaja inne wyko¬ nanie, przeznaczone do obróbki przykro ju. skladajacego sie z dwóch oddzielnych cze¬ sci.Fig. 10 przedstawia pionowy przekrój podluzny. 10.Dalszy przyklad wykonania przedsta¬ wiaja fig. 13 — 19, a mianowicie: fig. 13 — rzut pionowy, fig. 14 — rzut poziomy, fig. Fig. 24 przedstawia widok zgóry. Fig. 27 wyobraza stosowana etykiete.Fig. 28 przedstawia pionowy przekrój poprzeczny urzadzenia wedlug drugiego ro¬ dzaju wykonania.Fig. 29 — 36 przedstawiaja szczególy, nalezace do tego ostatniego wykonania.Odnosnie do fig. 1 — 9 nalezy powie¬ dziec, co nastepuje.Przykroje posiadaja ksztalt, wyobrazo¬ ny na fig. 1. Skladaja sie one z jednego1 ka¬ walka, lecz z dwóch czesci, mianowicie z czesci przykrywkowej 1 i czesci kadlubo¬ wej 2 z przynaleznemu lapkami krawedzio- wemi 3 i 4. Przykroje te znajduja sie w ka¬ nale skladowym, gdzie sa one przyciskane do przedniej scianki oporowej 6 zapomoca tloczka isprezymowego 5. Otwarte paski obwodowe 10 mieszcza sie w szybie skladowym U, umieszczonym zboku, i przyciskane sa do nieruchomej po¬ wierzchni oporowej 13 zapomoca tloka - 4 —sprezynowego 12. Popychacz 25 bierze ten, klocek z zapasu i przesuwa go az do oporka 23. W wysunietem polozeniu znajduje sie popychacz akurat przed szy¬ bem przeciagowym 26. Przy¬ tem najpierw do lapki 3' przykroju zostaje mocno docisniety pasek: obwodowy i oby¬ dwie te czesci zostaja wciagniete do szybu przeciagowego. Palce zaginajace 42 i 44 pracuja kolejno. Paski zamykajace ulozone sa w piono¬ wym zbiorniku 53. Pnzy tern zetknieciu sie zbior¬ nik, osadzony przesuwnie *w kierunku po¬ ziomym l uruchomiany korbowodeiii 57, przesuwa sie wraz z odcinkiem, skutkiem czego nastepuje calkowite zetkniecie sie odcinka 54 z dolna strona paska zamyka¬ jacego. 7. Tutaj dziala zbo- ku zaopatrzony w krazek 61 i poziomo przesuwajacy sie popychacz 62, urucho¬ miany dzwignia 63. Popychacz ten zagina jeden koniec paska obwodowego 52 okolo rogu pozostajacej jeszcze strony czolowej pudelka i przyciska go do tej strony. Zwolniony wyrabiany przedmiot zosta¬ je zabrany zaibierakiem 65, przyczem umie¬ szczony na drodze przedmiotu wyrabiane¬ go walec 69 zagina pozostaly jeszcze ko¬ niec paska zamykajacego 52. Pudelko zo¬ staje wprowadzone do kanalu szczotkowe¬ go, którego szczotki 70, zwrócone ku sobie, mocniej dociskaja pasek zamykajacy do pudelka. Zsl- bieraki 72 przesuwaja pudelka do drugiego kanalu szczotkowego, którego szczotki 73, zwrócone ku sobie, dociskaja pasek zamy¬ kajacy do dwóch innych stron czolowych pudelka. Po rozcieciu pudelka z trzech stron, lan¬ cuch 74 przenosi je w obreb toru krzywiz¬ nowego 77, który wchodzi w szczeline mie¬ dzy pokrywka a czescia kadlubowa pudel¬ ka i otwiera pokrywke, a wreszcie calkowi¬ cie ja odchyla, skutkiem czego znajdujacy sie w pudelku klocek ksztaltujacy 24 zo¬ staje odsloniety i moze byc wyjety.Wyjmowanie klocka z pudelka odbywa sie (por. fig. 8 i 9) zapomoca chwytacza. 11) sa rozdzielone, jednak stykaja sie ze soba odpowiedniemi lapkami krawedziowemi 4, a w obrebie te¬ go styku zostaje nalozony otwarty pasek obwodowy 10. Czesci 1 przykroju sa w gór¬ nym kanale zbiorczym 92, podczas gdy — 7 —czesci 2 przykroju umieszczone sa w dol¬ nym tkanale zbiorczym 93.Górne przykroje 1 przesuwane sa po- pychaczem T miedzy walcami 8* wdól az do oparcia sie dolnej krawedzi lapki 3 o oporki 94, -urzadzone na koncach sterowa¬ nych ramion odchylnych 95. PL PLThe production of boxes with lids has so far been carried out by using one device for producing the body part of the box, a second device for producing the lid, and a third device for producing a closed circumferential strip. In a further device, the closed strip is opened and inserted into the body part of the box. It has also been proposed to combine the production of the body part of the box with the insertion of the circumferential strip, as well as to form the closed circumferential strip directly on the drawing piston. The part of the box equipped with a circumferential strip had to be then connected to the hull part with a special device and glued with a circumferential strip, so that the finished product was created only after cutting the box on three sides. Although it has already been proposed to connect all these devices together, i.e. connect them in a row one after the other, the previous method of work still requires the use of a large number of devices for the production of the individual parts of the box and the circumferential insert, as well as for connecting these parts to each other. According to the new method, both the hull part and the cross-section containing the cover part, with the open circumferential strip smeared with glue, are made together as a finished box in the form of a The workpiece (containing both the body part and the cover part) is joined by means of a forming block. In this way, it is possible to eliminate numerous individual devices used so far and to simplify, speed up and make the work process cheaper. An open circumferential strip smeared with glue is placed on the blank (containing both the body part and the cover part) within the connecting flaps between both parts of the blank and the joined parts are slid into the drawing mould by means of a forming block, which presses on the joint and is shaped accordingly to the internal dimensions of the box being made. In the drawing mould, the box is shaped except for the side where the sliding part acts on the forming block, after which the box part is closed by means of folding fingers or similar devices. As the box is further advanced in the second drawing form, it is connected to a closing strip coated with glue, and then the closed box body passes through a path on which, by known means, the strip is cut on three sides of the box, the lid is lifted and the block is removed. As can be seen from the above, when making a box according to this method, the box, created from a uniform blank, without interruption until it is finished, is shaped in one pass and is not subjected to the successive operation of a larger number of devices. The blank used may consist of one piece, but it may also consist of two separate pieces, namely parts, corresponding to the hull part and the part corresponding to the cover of the future box, so that a better material can be used for one part (the cover) than for the other part (the hull), which is also already in use. When the blank consists of two parts, both parts of the blank, after being brought together by appropriate edge flaps, are placed in front of the drawing form, and an adhesive-coated circumferential strip is applied to the contact point. The device operating according to the present invention is also characterized by having a controlled gripper, designed as a suction head, which removes the shaping blocks from the open boxes and places them on a conveyor, which discharges these blocks through a sliding surface to a vertical collection shaft. The shaping blocks are removed from this shaft. ejected by a pusher or similar device and brought to the point of connection with the blank parts, whereby the workpiece is produced in a continuous process, provided with a border strip, cut open, and brought to the point where, after opening the box lid, the shaping block is removed. In this way, in one machine, in which the workpiece is moved to the individual processing points periodically, it is possible to carry out a completely closed circulation of the shaping blocks needed to shape the workpiece being made. In order to coordinate the separate parts of the machine so that the workpieces constantly reach them at the right time and in the right condition, and thus ensure the circulation of shaping blocks, devices are used that will further explained with the help of drawings. In the previous production methods, the blanks and the circumferential strips are previously made and stacked, and for the correct joining of the blanks together, devices are used that are complicated in terms of structure and a complicated working method, and for the preparation of both parts, special machines are required. In contrast to this, according to the invention, both the blanks for the box and the circumferential strips are made from strips that are constantly moving, guided at right angles to each other and prepared along the way by embossing, smearing with glue, printing, etc. In this way, the production of boxes is achieved in a single machine, in an uninterrupted workflow, taking the material from two drums, with the blanks after In this way, printed or glued labels, cutouts, slits, grooves, etc. are provided, as well as the peripheral strips can be prepared by means of a device for lubricating the knives (cutting knives, etc.) with glue, so that only a forming block needs to be moved to the joint and both parts, removed from their strips, pressed into the draft shaft. It is often sufficient to make the lower part of the box from a material of a lower quality than the material used for the lid. In this case, the method according to the present invention is used, taking material from two different strips and producing two cut parts (one cut for the lid, the other for the lower part). According to the invention, both strips are run in one direction, but so that they come together and touch each other at the point where the peripheral strip is applied and against which the shaping block rests. In order for the subsequent application of the label during the production of the box to take place without harmful effects of stresses arising after closing the box, before applying the closing strip coated with glue, the box is placed according to the invention opposite a draft shaft in which a controlled piston operates. This piston attaches the label applied to the box when the box, moved by a pusher, slides into the draft shaft, after which the product, equipped with the label, is transferred to a conveyor and is possibly transferred to the draft shaft, where the connection takes place. with an adhesive-coated closing strip. If the box is not provided with a border strip, but with a label coating whose edge tabs cover the entire front surfaces of the box, and possibly extend downwards, the procedure is as follows: two opposite side tabs of the label, intended to cover the front surfaces of the box, and possibly extending beyond these front surfaces, are bent on two opposite sides while the product, held between both pistons and provided with a label overlay, is passed through a draft shaft open on both sides. Then, the protruding ends of these side tabs are bent using pushers guided by the side walls of the draft shaft, and when the box is inserted into The two remaining opposite edge lugs are bent into the cavity of the further transport means. After being moved to another location, the box is moved by means of two perpendicular pushers into the area of two perpendicularly working folding fingers, which bend the edge lugs protruding beyond the front walls. Finally, the workpiece is moved by means of a conveyor to the devices that cut the box, open the lid, and remove the shaping block. The embodiments shown in the drawing serve to explain the invention in more detail. — 3 — Fig. 1 shows a cross-section with an open circumferential strip applied. With reference to Figs. 1-9, the following should be said. The blanks have the shape shown in Fig. 1. They consist of one piece of wood, but of two parts, namely the cover part 1 and the body part 2 with the associated edge lugs 3 and 4. These blanks are located in a storage channel, where they are pressed against the front retaining wall 6 by means of a spring piston 5. A controlled pusher 7 at the appropriate moment each time slides the front blank from this stack downwards between the guide and feed rollers 8, which move the blank, which stops at the stop 9, in front of the draft shaft, namely in such a way that The tab 3', connecting the two parts 1 and 2 of the blank, stands in front of the outlet of the draft shaft. The open circumferential strips 10 are placed in the storage shaft U, placed laterally, and are pressed against the stationary supporting surface 13 by means of the spring-loaded piston 12. The controlled pusher 14 at the appropriate moment moves the front strip sideways so that it passes between the feed rollers 15 and then into the channel 16 and between the rollers 17, 18, which lubricate with glue. The roller 17 serves as a pressure roller, while the roller 18 is engaged with the glue-supplying disc 19, which is immersed in the glue tank 20. The roller 18 thus applies the glue. to one side of the circumferential strip 10. The pair of rollers 17, 18 move the glued circumferential strip further in a standing position onto the surface of the table 21 in front of the blank, which is already positioned within the draft shaft, in such a way that the circumferential strip is located in front of the tab part 3' of the blank, as can be seen in particular in Fig. 1. The circumferential strip is then positioned with its side, lubricated with glue, towards the blank. The movement of the circumferential strip is limited by a stop 212 so that it must always be in the correct position. On the table 21 is a stop 23 for the shaping block 24. A pusher 25 takes this block from the reserve and moves it up to the stop 23. In the extended position, the pusher is located just in front of the neck. draft shaft 26. This draft shaft is open at both ends and has a fixed bottom 27 and a fixed cover 28. It is divided into two parts so that the side walls consist of guide strips 29 and 30, shaped according to curves. Opposite the block 24 placed in front of the draft shaft, there is a controlled pusher 31, which slides horizontally in guides 32 and is moved back and forth by means of a lever 33. This pusher, with its pin 34, enters the corresponding recess 35 of the block 24 and, while moving forward, pushes this block into the draft shaft 26. In this case, first a piece of material is placed in the catch 3' of the blank. The firmly pressed circumferential strip and both of these parts are pulled into the draft shaft. The front part of the draft shaft 26 is constructed as shown in Fig. 4. This front part of the shaft has projections 36 and 37, which, when entering the draft shaft, bend the blank into a U-shape, i.e., parts 1 and 2 are bent and also bend the circumferential strip into a U-shape. In addition, the projections 37, which are in contact with the circumferential strip, have grooves within which the glued parts of the circumferential strip slide. As they move further, the pusher 31 pushes the block 24 together with the blank and the strip. The outermost part of the shaft 26 enters the draft shaft 26 completely, with the guide strips 29 and 30 bending the side tabs 3 of the cut pieces 1 and 2, thus placing them on the outermost strip. Then the pusher 31 moves further and moves the finished object to the rear into the second draft shaft 38, which is located in the rotary disc 39, mounted on the axis 40 and periodically rotated similarly to the barrel (of a revolver). The draft shaft 38 is also open at both ends and has a profile appropriate to the size of the box. The rear end of the draft shaft is covered with a stationary wall 41. The pusher pushes the shaping block with the object on it to this wall, and the pusher returns to its original position. The initial movement is made, leaving the block in the shaft 38. At the shaft opening, vertically moving bending fingers 42, activated by levers 43, and horizontally moving bending fingers 44, moved by levers 45, operate. The bending fingers 42 and 44 operate successively. The length of the shaft 38 is selected according to the dimensions of the workpiece so that only the not yet bent ends of the circumferential strip 10 protrude from the shaft. The bending fingers 42 and 44 operate successively so that first the horizontally moving bending fingers 44 bend the still protruding ends of the circumferential strip, then the vertically moving bending fingers 42 bend the edge lugs. 4 and thus complete the shaping of the workpiece. After completing these operations, the turret disc 39 rotates periodically, whereby the closing plate 46, located on the entrance side of the shaft 38, is positioned in front of the shaft opening and thus prevents the edge clips 4 from deflecting. Fig. 5 shows how the ends of the circumferential strip 10 and the edge clips 4 still protrude from the shaft 38, which are then bent to the core 24 by the fingers bending the axes 42 and 44. Further turning of the turret disc 39 takes place in such a way that the shaft 38 enters the area of two pushers 47 and 48, which are arranged opposite each other. Pusher 47 enters the shaft through an opening in the closing plate 46 and presses the workpiece in the shaft against pusher 48, which slides in horizontal guides 49, while spring 50, wrapped around the pusher shaft, is compressed during this longitudinal movement (see Figs. 2 and 6). Spring 50 moves the pusher 48 forward with its front surface until it is positioned right next to vertical guide surfaces 51. A known closing strip 52 is supplied to these guide surfaces. The closing strips are arranged in a vertical container 53. The lower strip of this stack is taken by a section 54, coated with glue. This section is mounted on shaft 55 and with each rotation of the shaft it comes into contact once with the gluing roller 56 and then with the lower closing strip of the stack 53. Upon this contact, the container, mounted slidably in the horizontal direction and activated connecting rod 57, moves together with the section, as a result of which the section 54 comes into complete contact with the lower side of the closing strip. Section 54 takes this strip and, rotating further, brings it to the controlled catcher 58, which removes this strip 52 from section 54 and, on its return movement, controlled by a toothed sector, transfers it to the guide surface 51 in front of the pusher 48. Therefore, when the piston 47 advances, This moves the already formed workpiece, containing the shaping block inside, towards the pusher 48 so that the workpiece is gripped by both pushers 47 and 48. In this way, the closing strip 52, the side of which is coated with glue facing the box, sticks to one of the front surfaces of the box. As the pusher 47 advances further, the pusher 48 retracts accordingly, whereby the rollers 60, arranged at the walls 51, bend the closing strip 52 into a U-shape and press it against the two front sides of the box that are closest to it. Finally, the box reaches the position shown in Fig. 7. Here, a roller 61 provided with a roller 61 acts horizontally and a sliding pusher 62, operated by lever 63. This pusher bends one end of the circumferential strip 52 around the corner of the remaining front side of the box and presses it against this side. When the box is positioned as shown in Fig. 7, it has entered the range of action of the sliding device gb, which consists of a chain 64 or similar part on which are arranged catches 65, which take the workpiece in a direction transverse to the previous direction of advance when the pistons 47 and 48 release the workpiece. The release of the workpiece takes place in such a way that the piston 47 retracts and the piston 48 is moved still further and by means of the lever 66, which swings on a pin 67 and engages the ring nut 68 of the pusher shaft. The released workpiece is picked up by a driver 65, while a roller 69 placed in the workpiece's path bends the remaining end of the closing strip 52. The box is introduced into a brush channel, whose brushes 70, facing each other, press the closing strip more firmly against the box. At the end of this channel, the box enters a transport device, which intersects the first device at right angles and consists of a chain 71 and drivers 72. Drivers 72 move the boxes to the second channel. The brushes 73, whose brushes, facing each other, press the closing strip against the other two front sides of the box. Then the box passes onto the third transport device, namely the chain 74, which again crosses at a right angle with the shaft of the previous transport device and is provided with drivers 75. During this descent, the box is acted on by known disc knives 76, which rotate in the direction of the arrow and cut the box on three sides. After cutting the box on three sides, the chain 74 transports it along a curved track 77, which enters the gap between the lid and the body of the box and opens the lid, and finally tilts it completely, as a result of which the shaping block 24 located in the box is exposed and can be removed. The block is removed from the box (see Figs. 8 and 9) by means of a catcher. This catcher is placed on a swivel arm 78, which is mounted on a vertical pivot 79. On this arm there is a downward-facing mount 80, from which the jaws 81 of the catcher protrude downwards. These catcher jaws are actuated by a two-armed lever 82, which is pivotally mounted on a pivoting arm 78 and, by means of its control rod, which engages in the catcher holder, actuates means for spreading or pulling the catcher jaws apart. The open box lying on the conveyor 74 contains a shaping block 24. This block has a cavity 85 with a narrowing 86. The catcher holder 85 is tilted so that it is above the cavity 85. Then the catcher is lowered and its lower end enters the hollowing 85. Then the catcher jaws 81 are spread apart so that they rest on the lower edges of the narrowing 86. The holder 80 is raised, whereby the block is lifted by it. During this lifting, fingers 87 press against the edges of the box so that the box slides off the lifted block. Then the catcher holder 80 is tilted until the block is above the surface 88. Then the jaws 81 are retracted and the holder 80 is raised, while the core 24 remains on the surface 88. A ramp 89 is adjacent to this surface. The block 24 is moved onto these ramps by means of a pusher 90, and from this ramp it is transferred to a circular conveyor belt 1, which transports the block to the place where the above-described pusher 25 positions the blocks in front of the first draft shaft. As can be seen from the above, the box with the cover and the body part, as well as with the inserted rim, is made from only one blank and in only one drafting process. In the embodiment, 10-12, both parts 1 and 2 of the blank (as shown in Fig. 11) are separated, but they are in contact with each other by respective edge lugs 4, and within this contact an open circumferential strip 10 is applied. Parts 1 of the blank are in the upper collecting channel 92, while - 7 - parts 2 of the blank are placed in the lower collecting fabric 93. The upper blanks 1 are moved downwards by the pusher T between the rollers 8* until the lower edge of the lug 3 rests on the stops 94, arranged at the ends of the controlled pivoting arms 95. These arms are mounted on horizontal axes 96, which are rotated in a reciprocating motion. The lower blanks 2 are moved upwards by means of a pusher 97, activated by a lever 93, until the upper edge tab 4 of this blank comes into contact with the lower edge tab 4 of blank 1. The contact line is located exactly in the middle of the height of the draft shaft 26. A piston 99, filling the shaft, is located in this draft shaft. The horizontal rod 100 of this piston is guided in a bearing 101, with a spring 102 wrapped around this rod, which is compressed when the piston moves in the direction indicated in Figs. 10 and 12. (The circumferential strip JO is supplied in the previously described manner and positioned as in Fig. 10 in front of the contact gap of both blanks. Here too, the shaping block 24, together with the parts 1, 2 and 10, is pressed into the shaft 26 by pushers 99, but the piston 99 creates a resistance, as a result of which the three parts, connected at the point of contact, are clamped between the shaping block and the counter-piston 99 and held together. The further process takes place in the same way as in the first method of execution, only that the piston 99 is connected to the second cylinder 38 of the turret disc 39 and here it creates resistance for the box stuck in the disc 39, replacing the rear wall 41. In this position the piston 99 is stopped until the bending of the box is completed, the turret disc 39 turns and a new shaft 38 is placed in front of the pistons 99, after which the spring 102 moves this piston through the shaft 3S to the shaft 26. Before the shaping block is inserted into the shaft 26, the arms 95 are, of course, spread apart, 13-19, the pusher 104 moves the lower shaping block F 103 on the guide 105 to the right of the holder H (106 and 108), which is shown in Eg, 15 and 16 on a larger scale and in a side view. One side wall 106 of this holder, passing into a ring 107, embraces a piston 108 mounted in the machine frame G. A pin 109, serving as a guide, is fastened to the lateral extension 107' of the guide ring 107. The side wall 110 of the holder is rotatably mounted at the point 111 of the extension 1074 and at the upper In the correct position of the holder, its projections 112 meet an adjustable stop 113, so that the holder in this position opens slightly, and the shaping block can conveniently slide between the two side walls. The flap 114, rotatably mounted in the machine frame at position 115, is drawn against the stop 116 and serves as an extension of the guide 105 and as a base for the shaping block; therefore, when the piston 108 moves downwards, the holder simultaneously moves to the position shown in Fig. 16, where the stop 109* of the pin 109 strikes the arm. At the same time, the projection 112, moved away from the stop 113, is subjected to the action of the compression spring 117, so that The pivotally mounted side wall 110 elastically adheres to the block 17 and holds it when the flap 114 is deflected as a result of the wall 106 hitting it and the block F is detached from its position. The shaping block first encounters a circumferential strip Z, coated with glue on its lower side, which lies on a guide plate 118 with a cutout 119. The circumferential strips are taken from the stack 120, and each time the lower strip is pushed out by means of a pusher 121, operated by a lever 122, between a constantly rotating pair of rollers 123, 123', which pulls the circumferential strip out of the stack, guides it over a glue roller 124, placed in a glue container 125, and delivers it to a pair of rollers 123, 123', which is adjusted in the conveying direction. rollers 126, 126', which places this strip on the guide plate 118. It should be noted here that narrow circumferential strips, having different grooves, must be pulled out of the stack, otherwise they can easily bend or buckle. The fact that the pair of transport rollers 126, 126' is arranged in an adjustable manner has the advantage that circumferential strips of different lengths can be processed in the same machine. The shaping block, while passing through the cutout 119, bends the protruding ends of the circumferential strip upwards in a U-shape and settles together with the circumferential strip, has contacting blanks Su and So with their lugs, which are pulled out pushers 127 and 127' from the reservoirs 128 and 128' to the position shown in Fig. 14, where they are pressed by springs 129' to the base 1292. The two blanks Su and So, shown in perspective in Fig. 19, can also be made of one piece. For reasons of economy, these blanks are made of two parts, because the cover part of the box is made of, as is known, a better material than the lower part of the box. After the tab of the blank Su has come into contact with the glued area of the circumferential strip, the forming block F, moved by the piston 108, is further forged downwards and passes through the draft shaft 129, which is provided with bending means. The piston 130 serves as a counterhold. The piston 130 is moved downwards in response to the piston 108's advancement, and the piston plate 130' is mounted in the piston 130 in a spring-loaded manner, thereby ensuring uniform pressure on it. When passing through the draft shaft 129, both cut pieces Su and So are first bent at a right angle, and the side lugs lu and lo are bent at a right angle to the circumferential strip and pressed together; at the same time, the lugs lu come together with the strip's adhesive-coated area. After the piston 130 has retracted, the plate 130' is pressed into the position marked with lines in Fig. 13. The forming block together with the box is within the action of the bending finger 131 mounted on the sliding sleeve 132. This bending finger is moved to the right (Fig. 13) by means of the driving part 134 acting at point 133, as a result of which the protruding end of the circumferential strip is bent and pressed against the forming block. Then, the piston 135, controlled by the lever 136, extends and inserts the block together with the box into the channel 137. The still protruding end of the circumferential strip encounters the bending finger 138, which protrudes from above into the shaft, bends this end under the straight end and presses it against the forming block. The still protruding lateral tabs of the box l, l' are also bent by means of folding strips 139. In order to enable all-round strong pressing of the bent and glued parts, the lower wall of the shaft is formed of spring plates 140. From channel 137, the boxes are periodically moved by means of a pusher 141 into channel 142, which lies perpendicular to the first channel. Channel 142, which is long enough to accommodate a larger number of boxes, is heated by means of electric resistances 143 to dry the glued areas. When the boxes reach the barrier 144, which is placed at the end of shaft 142, a pusher 145 moves them down shaft 146 (see Fig. 16, which shows a prototype according to figure 18^1$ in fig. 14), under the outlet of which lies a glued edge band i?. The cylinder 17, provided with two glue-lubricating sections 148, rotates periodically by 180° in the direction of the arrow indicated in fig. 16. At the same time, each of these sections comes into contact with a glue cylinder 149 immersed in a glue container 150. The vertical, slidable container 151y containing a stack of edge bands, each time gives the lower edge band to the section 148 located above, while the spring-loaded fingers 152, arranging a vacuum at the lower end of the container for edge bands, act so that only one The pair of supports 157 is attached to the section 148, which is then rotated downwards, and the rakes 153, mounted on the axle 155 and engaging their teeth 154 in the recesses 148' of the section, are controlled by the connecting rod 156 in such a way that the rakes remove the strip of support from the section and place it on a pair of supports 157 (fig. 17). This pair of supports 157 is attached to the sleds 158, guided at 159, which deliver the strip R to two pairs of ISO pulleys 161 placed on both sides of the shaft 146. The pulley pairs are mounted on angle levers 163, pivotally mounted in 162. These angle levers are moved by control rods 164 so that, by scissor-like contact, they take the edged strip, pushed by the partners 157, and hold it while the pusher 145 extends the slat from the shaft 146 and applies the strip to the side walls of the box. The piston 165, moved back by the lever 166, in proportion to the movement of the pusher 145, serves as a counterhold. When the workpiece has moved downwards enough for the piston 165 to reach the position indicated in Fig. 18 by dashed lines and corresponding to the position shown in Fig. 13, finger J67 is then extended. controlled by lever 168, bends the protruding end of the rim strip and presses it against the box. Then the piston 16A is extended and moves the box into the recess of the four-chamber drum 170, whereby the end of the rim strip is bent to the box by a disc 171. By turning the chamber drum 17Q p by 90°, the workpiece is brought into the area of the pusher 172t connected to the piston 169, which pushes the workpiece out of the recess and into the shaft 173, the side walls of which are provided with brushes 174, which, by rubbing, press the rim strip against the edge of the box. From the shaft 173, boxes are passed, provided with drivers. 176 a conveyor chain 175, which periodically guides the boxes again through a brushed conveyor 177, at the end of which are placed disc knives 178, which cut the box on both sides. Before the workpiece passes through a pair of disc knives, the workpiece is passed past heating boxes 179, heated by electrical resistances. From the transport chain 175 the boxes pass again onto a periodically moving transport chain 180 with carriers 181, which transports the boxes to a shaft 182, at the beginning of which is placed disc knife 183, which cuts the box on one longitudinal side. Periodically moving The boxes are guided forward next to the disc-shaped supports^, while maintaining a certain distance between the boxes, in order to prevent any part of the box from being subjected to the action of the knives longer than necessary when the transport means is stationary, because, in turn, the light impact of the knives on the bolsters causes the cutting line to be unclear. After the box has passed the cam 184, placed in the glass and opening the box, it passes through the suction head 185, placed on the slider 19$ and "sliding the block out of the box" ^ 10 —A, and if the inside is made perfectly, the box goes some further way* before reaching the devices /87 and /S§, which close the box. The shaping block F removed from the box arranges The feeding head 185 is mounted on a belt conveyor 189 running diagonally upwards, equipped with drivers 190 and guided by rollers 191-193. A pusher 194 transports the forming blocks from the conveyor 189 to the ramp T9A, which feeds them into the container 103. In the embodiment shown in Figs. 20-22, the strip of cuts 185 is moved from the drum 201 mounted on the shaft 202 across the table 203 to the point of joining the strip of cuts 185 moving from the right. The strip of cuts 185 is in contact with the gluing roller 204, which applies glue to it over the area of the rectangle S. The gluing roller 204 receives glue from the roller 205, placed in label container 206. The strip then enters between two pairs of disc knives 207, which cut the strip to the exact width. Container 208, moving vertically on guide rod 209f, is controlled so that each time the glue-covered surface of the strip reaches under the stack, lowers itself, and each time leaves a lower label on the strip of cut-outs. Behind the container with the stack of labels is placed a pressure roller 210, whose task is to press the applied label against the cut-out strip. Cutting knives 211, placed on both sides of the strip and activated in various ways by eccentrics 212. cutting out rectangles on both sides, visible in Fig. 21. A pair of rollers 273, 214 serve to advance the strip and are connected to known regulating tools which enable precise regulation of the speed of the strip advancement. The strip of cut-outs then moves around scrapers 215 mounted on a piston 216 operated by an eccentric 217. A plate 218 serves as a support. Next, the strip passes between a pair of cutting knives 219, 220, which, after the cut-out strip Z0 meets between the two pistons 221 and 222 at the point of contact St with the cut-out Z0 and the circumferential strip Z0 is positioned, pressed downwards with the shaping core F, on the cut-off strips Zo and Zu, cuts the strips of the cut-off strips Zo and Zu simultaneously. It should be noted that the cut-off strip Zu moving from the right also unwinds from the drum and undergoes the same processing as the cut-off strip Zo, after which the cut-off strip Zu is cut from the strip by means of a pair of cutting knives 223, 224. Before the piston 221 with the block F starts to descend, the circumferential strip Za, unwinding from the drum 225, is inserted between this piston and the side lugs of the cut-off strips, which is provided with grooves in the device R in a known manner. The groove device consists of a groove knife holder 226, which is guided by means of a sliding rods 227 and actuated by two eccentrics 228. A plate 229 serves as a support. The displacement of the circumferential strip is effected by a gripping device 230 mounted on the rod 231, which grips the circumferential strip in front of the cutting knives and brings it into contact, as indicated by dashed lines in Fig. 21. Before the piston 221 inserts the shaping block F together with the circumferential strip and the cutting into the draft shaft 232, the actuated pair of cutting knives 233 starts to operate in a known manner and cuts the cut Za' from the strip. In the embodiment shown in Figs. 23-27, the draft shaft, designated in Fig. 2 of the first embodiment by numbers 28 and 29, is designated by the letter S. At the bending fingers, designated in Fig. 2 as ba-42, a vertical shaft 234 is provided, through which a pusher 235 moves the boxes W, manufactured in the manner described above, into the recess 236 of a rotary disc 237, located at the shaft 234. In the recess 236, spring plates 238 and 239 are provided, which, adhering to the walls of the box, hold it. When the box has been inserted, the rotary disc, mounted on the pivot 240f, turns it by 90° in the direction of the arrow, shown in Fig. 25, so that the box is positioned in front of the shaft 241. Next to this draft shaft 241, a shaft is arranged. A collecting shaft 242 in which labels 243 are arranged in a stack, the shape of which is shown in Fig. 27. A spring plate 244 presses this stack of labels against a stop 245 which covers half of the lower opening of this collecting shaft. A pivoting suction head is arranged under the collecting shaft, which each time bends the lower label in the manner shown in Fig. 25, so that the catcher 247 can now grasp the free end of the label and draws it in the direction of the arrow over a roller 250 mounted in an adhesive reservoir 249, as a result of which the underside of the label is coated with adhesive. The catcher 247 moves the label further through the lower opening of the drawing shaft. 241, as a result of which the side of the label which is smeared with glue is placed over the workpiece W (box) (fig. 2fe). The piston 248 slides the box into the draft shaft 241, whereby the four side parts a/6, c, d of the label are bent. The piston 251, controlled by the lever 252 and causing smooth adhesion and pressing of the label to the upper part of the box, is retracted in accordance with the advance of the piston 248. When the workpiece has entered the shaft so far that the four side parts of the label are pressed evenly against the sides of the box, the piston 251, with the simultaneous retraction of the piston 248, moves the workpiece Wj back into the draft shaft 241. The rotating disc then rotates further by 90°, as a result of which the workpiece stops in front of the piston 253, which moves it into the horizontal draft shaft 254, in which it is moved in the direction of the indicated arrow by means of the piston 255. In front of the outlet of the shaft 254 there is an edge strip 256, which is brought to this position in a known manner and smeared with glue so that when the workpiece is pulled out, this strip sticks to the front edge and is glued around the entire box by means of further devices. From here the workpiece passes to devices which cut it open, open the lid and remove the shaping block. In the embodiment shown in Figs. 28-36, A catcher 260 is provided at the collecting shaft 241*, which transfers the label from the container 261, in which the cut-outs 262 of the shape shown in Fig. 33 are placed, over the gluing roller 263, located in the container 264, and positions it in front of the upper opening of the draft shaft so that the dashed lines, marked in Fig. 33, lie on the edges of the shaft. A suction head 265 located in front of the container 261 serves in a known manner to bend the upper label to enable the catcher to grip it correctly. A piston 266 is located in the draft shaft 24T, which moves the manufactured object W (box) upwards in a known manner so that the already positioned label 262 is placed in the dashed lines indicated in Fig. 33 on the edges of the box, while the piston 267 smooths the label on the box lid. The piston 266, while simultaneously retracting the piston 267, inserts the workpiece between two slats 268, as a result of which parts of the label shown in Fig. 33 are pressed against the sides of the workpiece. Then the bending fingers 296 are extended, operated by levers 270, and bend the paws 12 (Fig. 33) and press them against the sides of the box (see Fig. 30), as a result of which the label covers the box, as shown in perspective in Fig. 34. The piston 266 moves further upwards, whereby the piston 267, controlled by the lever 271, retracts and pushes the box into the opening 273 of the rotary disc 272, which acts as a draft shaft, whereby the lugs g (Fig. 33) bend so that the label surrounds the box as shown in perspective in Fig. 35. In these openings are arranged spring plates 274 and 275, which hold the workpiece when the piston 266 returns to its initial position. Then the rotary disc 272, mounted on the journal 276, rotates by 90° in the direction of the arrow shown in Fig. 29, so that the workpiece with the label applied to it The upper side of the box and its four sides are positioned in front of the device shown in Figs. 31 and 32 in two cross-sections perpendicular to each other. First, the upper piston 277 extends and moves the workpiece to the position shown in Fig. 31 so that the workpiece protrudes approximately halfway out of the opening 273. The piston 278, which is moved in accordance with the movement of the piston 277, serves as a counterhold. The profiled folding fingers 279, as can be seen in Figs. 29, 31 and 32, extend and fold the parts of the label protruding beyond the lower sides of the box and press them against the bottom of the box (Fig. 31). After the folding fingers have withdrawn, they return to their original position. From the initial position, the folding fingers 280 (Fig. 32), arranged at a right angle to the previous fingers, extend and fold both parts of the label, which still protrude beyond the longer sides of the box, to the bottom of the box W, so that the label is attached in the manner shown in Fig. 36, which shows the bottom view of the box. It should be noted that the piston 278, serving as a counterholder, can only be positioned so as not to interfere with the operation of the folding fingers 279 and 280. Then the piston 278 again inserts the workpiece W into the opening 273 of the rotary disc, which then transports it to the device that performs further steps in the production of this workpiece.
