WITRYNA EKSPOZYCYJNA Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia: 25 marca 1999 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest witryna ekspozycyjna. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac witryny ekspozycyjnej przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i kolorystyce. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach i rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia widok perspektywiczny witryny, fig. 2 - widok z przodu, fig. 3 - widok witryny z przodu z kieszeniami, fig. 4 - widok z boku, a fig. 5 - widok z tylu. Zgodnie z wzorem zdobniczym i jak pokazano na zalaczonych fotografiach i rysunku witryna ekspozycyjna charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w swojej formie zblizona jest ksztaltem do wycinka skrzydla samolotu. Front witryny stanowi plaszczyzne prostokreslna, która jest wygieta na calej powierzchni w kierunku pleców witryny ,z którymi laczy sie wzdluz górnej krawedzi (fig. 1-4). Powierzchnia frontu imituje poszycie skrzydla samolotu, które wykonanejest z blach, zwlaszcza aluminiowych anodowanych, w kolorze srebrnym i które sa laczone nitami. W czesci frontowej znajduja sie prostokatne wyciecia tworzace wneki sluzace do eksponowania towarów, zwlaszcza aparatów i sluchawek telefonicznych, oswietlonych od góry. Od strony zewnetrznej wneki osloniete sa przezroczystym tworzywem, którego plaszczyzna zgodna jest z plaszczyzna calego frontu (fig. 1-3). W dolnej prawej czesci frontu mozliwe jest dodatkowe umieszczenie kieszeni sluzacych do umieszczania w nich materialów reklamowych (fig. 3). W czesci górnej naniesione sa znaki slowno-graficzne, które sa podswietlane od srodka (fig. 1-3). Sciany boczne witryny maja ksztalt zblizony do trójkata, przy czym jeden z jego boków jest lukiem zgodnym w ksztalcie z wygieciem frontu. Ponadto w scianach bocznych znajduja sie otwory o róznych srednicach (fig. 4). W dolnej czesci witryny zamocowane sa dwie podluzne podpórki umozliwiajace utrzymanie calej konstrukcji w pionie (fig. 1-5). Na tylnej scianie witryny ekspozycyjnej o ksztalcie prostokata zamocowane sa przezroczyste drzwi, umozliwiajace dostep do wnetrza witryny. Wewnatrz witryny od strony tylnej umiejscowiona jest perforowana prostokatna plyta, która zamocowana jest w scianach bocznych. Plaszczyzna plyty konczy sie powyzej dolnej krawedzi drzwi, przez co tworzy sie wneka. Perforowana plyta umozliwia zawieszenie towarów, zwlaszcza akcesoriów telefonicznych, a tym samym ich eksponowanie, przy czym od góry jest ona podswietlana. Na tylnej scianie witryny, powyzej drzwi, osadzona jest prostokatna plyta, która w prawym górnym i dolnym rogu ma element perforowany. Otwory elementu perforowanego sa ulozone równomiernie wzdluz poziomych linii wyrównanych prawostronnie. Kolejne - liczac od góry - linie maja coraz mniej tworów tak, ze lewe krance linii otworów wyznaczaja luk. Centralnie w polu tej plyty naniesione sa znaki slowno-graficzne. Zarówno znaki, jak i element perforowany sa podswietlane od srodka (fig. 5). PL PL PLThe right of registration of the ornamental design is valid from: March 25, 1999. The subject of the ornamental design is a display case. The essence of the design is a new form of the display case, manifested in shape and color. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photographs and drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the display case, Fig. 2 - a front view, Fig. 3 - a front view of the display case with pockets, Fig. 4 - a side view, and Fig. 5 - a back view. According to the ornamental design and as shown in the attached photographs and drawing, the display case is characterized by its shape resembling a section of an airplane wing. The front of the display case is a rectangular plane, curved across its entire surface towards the back of the display case, with which it connects along the upper edge (Figs. 1-4). The front surface imitates the skin of an airplane wing, made of sheet metal, primarily anodized aluminum, in a silver color, and joined with rivets. The front features rectangular cutouts that create niches for displaying merchandise, particularly telephones and handsets, illuminated from above. The exterior of the niches is covered with a transparent material whose surface matches the entire front (fig. 1-3). Additional pockets for advertising materials can be added to the lower right part of the front (fig. 3). The upper section features text and graphics illuminated from the inside (fig. 1-3). The side walls of the display are roughly triangular, with one side being an arc that follows the curve of the front. Additionally, the side walls feature holes of varying diameters (Fig. 4). Two longitudinal supports are mounted at the bottom of the display case to maintain the entire structure vertically (Figs. 1-5). A transparent door is mounted on the rear wall of the rectangular display case, providing access to the interior. A perforated rectangular panel is located inside the rear of the display case, which is mounted in the side walls. The panel's surface ends above the lower edge of the door, creating a recess. The perforated panel allows for hanging merchandise, especially telephone accessories, and thus for their display, and is illuminated from above. A rectangular panel is mounted on the rear wall of the display case, above the door, with perforated elements in the upper and lower right corners. The perforated element's holes are evenly arranged along horizontal lines aligned to the right. Subsequent lines, counting from the top, have progressively fewer openings, so that the left ends of the hole lines define an arc. Word-graphic symbols are applied centrally in this panel. Both the symbols and the perforated element are illuminated from the center (Fig. 5).
