Pojemnik moze byc stosowany równiez jako opakowanie innych wyrobów kosmetycznych, takich jak: kremy, zele, balsamy, dezodoranty i inne. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów oraz material. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonej fotografii, na której fig.l - prezentuje pojemnik w widoku ogólnym od frontu, fig.2 - w widoku z boku, natomiast fig.3 - w widoku od spodu.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, zaprezentowanego na fotografiach, nalezy zaliczyc, ze pojemnik na wyroby kosmetyczne, szczególnie na zmywacz do paznokci, jest wyposazony w czesc pojemnikowa oraz w nagwintowana szyjke. Czesc pojemnikowa jest uksztaltowana w formie biyly scietej u góiy poziomo, przechodzacej powyzej w nagwintowana szyjke. Scianki czesci pojemnikowej, frontowa i tylna sa wyprofilowane lukowo w widoku z góry jak równiez w widoku od czola. Boczne scianki pojemnika sa wypukle na zewnatrz i zbiezne u góry ku scietej poziomo powierzchni zas u dolu ku podstawie, która ma zaiys figury zblizonej do prostokga. The subject of the industrial design is a container for cosmetic products, particularly nail polish remover, used as individual packaging. The container can also be used as packaging for other cosmetic products, such as creams, gels, balms, deodorants, and others. The essence of the design is the new and unique appearance of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, and materials. A container for cosmetic products, particularly nail polish remover, in accordance with the industrial design may be manufactured industrially or by hand from plastic or glass. The industrial design is presented in the attached photograph, where Fig. 1 shows the container in a general front view, Fig. 2 in a side view, and Fig. 3 in a bottom view. Significant Features of the Industrial Design Significant features of the industrial design presented in the photographs include that the container for cosmetic products, particularly nail polish remover, is equipped with a container section and a threaded neck. The container section is shaped in the form of a white, horizontally beveled top, transitioning above into a threaded neck. The front and rear walls of the container section are arc-shaped in both top and front views. The side walls of the container are convex outward and converge at the top toward a horizontally beveled surface, and at the bottom toward the base, which is roughly rectangular in shape.
