Description

Podejmowano równiez próby zastosowania do potrzeb pla¬ styki chirurgicznej platów powiezi wolowej jako materialu latwo dostepnego i o duzych roz¬ miarach. Powiez wolowa pobrana w rzezni z kwalifikowanych weterynaryjnie mlo¬ dych wolów przechowuje sie w zamrazarce w temperaturze okolo -30 C przez okres 48 godzin.Nastepnie powiez rozmraza sie i konserwuje przez 48 godzin w mieszaninie 95-ci° prooento- wego alkoholu etylowego i 3f6-cio procentowego glutsraldehydu w stosunku 70 czesci wago¬ wych alkoholu i 30 czesci wagowyoh aldehydu* Po prooesie konserwacji powiez plucze sie przez 48 godzin w 0,9% roztworze NaCl zmieniajac plyn pluczacy 6 razy. Pracownia Poligraficzna UP PRL. Naklad 100 egz Cena 130 zl PLThe present invention relates to a method of preparing a biostatic fascia transplant for repair surgery. Until now, the human dura mater or the patient's own tissue has been used as a biostatic material for surgical plastic surgery. The human dura mater comes from a corpse that must meet a number of conditions in order for the material obtained from it to be used in the production of transplants, and in addition, the corpses are usually small in size. Attempts have also been made to use bovine lobes as an easily accessible and large-sized material for surgical plastic surgery. This material, however, has the basic disadvantage that its formation during the procedure is difficult due to its low plasticity. Attempts have been made to digest the lids with enzymes to give them the appropriate properties, but this is an expensive method. Currently, there are used grafts made of tepals in the form of solid plaques, the preparation of which consists in preservation in a mixture of ethyl alcohol with glutaraldehyde, rinsing in NaCl solution and radiation exposure. However, such grafts are rarely used because they are difficult to form and after implantation they cause a reaction related to the mass of the introduced xenograft antigen, and the healing period is long and sometimes also complicated by a purulent reaction caused by the infection of the secretion accumulating under it. There is a method of preparing biostatic transplant of a bovine eyelid, which consists in the fact that the plaques of the eyelids of young slaughter animals are preserved in a mixture of ethyl alcohol and glutaraldehyde and rinsed in NaCl solution, they are cut in such a way that a mesh is formed, similar to enlarging skin flakes by reticulating them. The material prepared in this way reveals radiation. The grafts obtained by the method according to the invention, in addition to the increased surface area and low weight, are characterized by high mechanical strength, and their structure eliminates the formation of tissue fluid secretion and enables easier healing resulting from the multiplied contact surface of the graft with the recipient's tissues.2 140 197 Example. Beef air taken from a slaughterhouse from veterinary certified young goiters is stored in a freezer at a temperature of about -30 ° C for 48 hours. Then the air is thawed and preserved for 48 hours in a mixture of 95 ° percent ethyl alcohol and 3f6- % of glutensaldehyde in the ratio of 70 parts by weight of alcohol and 30 parts by weight of aldehyde. After the preservation procedure, the laundry is rinsed for 48 hours in 0.9% NaCl solution, changing the rinse fluid 6 times. The eyelid plates prepared in such a way are cut in such a way that, after stretching, a mesh is formed and then exposed with gamma rays, a dose of 3.3 Mrad *. Patent claim. - taraldehyde and rinsing in NaCl solution and radiation flare, characterized by the fact that the lobes of the eyelids are cut after the rinsing process in such a way that after stretching them, a mesh is created.
