Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest grzejnik centralnego ogrzewania z plynnym lub gazowym czynnikiem grzewczym, stosowany zwlaszcza jako grzejnik lazienkowy. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa, oryginalna postac grzejnika, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ksztalcie, ukladzie powierzchni i kolorystyce. Grzejnik wedlug wzoru oprócz walorów uzytkowych, zmie- rza do osiagniecia celów estetycznych.Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysun- ku, na którym fig.l - przedstawia grzejnik w widoku od przodu, nato- miast fig. 2 - przedstawia widok grzejnika z góry. Grzejnik zgodnie z wzorem zdobniczym, jak pokazano na zalaczonym ry- sunku, sklada sie z dwóch kolektorów polaczonych ze soba za pomoca szesciu segmentów poziomych rurek laczacych o róznym ksztalcie i dlu- gosci. Cecha charakterystyczna grzejnika wedlug wzoru jest oryginalny ksztalt kolektorów, które sa wygiete w dwóch punktach i tworza dwie równolegle tangensoidy, które u góry, w srodku i na dole sa polaczo- ne segmentami poziomych rurek laczacych. Dwa segmenty poziomych rurek laczacych o równej dlugosci w ksztalcie wydluzonej litery "Y", polaczone do czolowej powierzchni prawego kolektora, sa w górnej czes- ci tangensoidy skierowane sa w lewa strone, przy czym górny segment sklada sie z trzech rurek a dolny umieszczony w pewnej odleglosci sklada sie z czterech rurek. Odleglosci miedzy poziomymi rurkami w obu segmentach sa jednakowe. W dolnej czesci dwóch równoleglych tan- gensoid, znajduja sie dwa identyczne segmenty poziomych rurek lacza- cych o identycznym ksztalcie wydluzonej litery "J" i tej samej dlu- gosci, polaczone do czolowej powierzchni lewego kolektora, które sa skierowane w prawa strone. W srodkowej czesci dwóch równoleglych tan- gensoid, znajduja sie dwa segmenty poziomych rurek laczacych o ksztalcie podobnym do splaszczonej litery "C", polaczonych do plasz- czyzn czolowych obu kolektorów. Kazdy segment sklada sie z czterech rurek a odleglosci miedzy rurkami w obu segmentach sa jednakowe. Ca- losc grzejnika posiada oryginalny wyglad, przypominajacy swoim ksztal- tem litere "Z". W srodkowej czesci grzejnika wedlug wzoru, znajduja sie umocowane do prawego kolektora wieszaki, jak zostalo pokazane na na zalaczonym rysunku na fig. 1 i fig.2Grzejnik wedlug wzoru zdobniczego jest przystosowany do odtwarzania sposobem przemyslowym i moze byc wykonany w dowolnym kolorze. The essence of the design is a new, original form of the radiator, manifested in its unique shape, surface arrangement, and color scheme. The radiator, as designed, not only serves its functional purpose but also serves aesthetic purposes. The design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the radiator from the front, while Fig. 2 shows the radiator from above. The radiator, as shown in the attached drawing, consists of two collectors connected by six segments of horizontal connecting tubes of different shapes and lengths. A characteristic feature of the radiator according to the design is the unique shape of the collectors, which are bent at two points, creating two parallel tangents, which are connected at the top, middle, and bottom by segments of horizontal connecting tubes. Two segments of equal length horizontal connecting tubes in the shape of an elongated "Y," connected to the front surface of the right collector, are in the upper part of the tangent directed to the left, with the upper segment consisting of three tubes and the lower segment, placed some distance apart, consisting of four tubes. The distances between the horizontal tubes in both segments are identical. In the lower part of the two parallel tangents, there are two identical segments of horizontal connecting tubes, identically shaped like an elongated letter "J" and of the same length, connected to the front surface of the left collector, which point to the right. In the middle of the two parallel tangents, there are two segments of horizontal connecting tubes, shaped like a flattened letter "C," connected to the front surfaces of both collectors. Each segment consists of four tubes, and the distances between the tubes in both segments are identical. The entire radiator has a unique appearance, resembling the shape of the letter "Z." In the center of the radiator, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, there are hangers attached to the right manifold, as shown in the attached drawings. The radiator, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, is suitable for industrial reproduction and can be manufactured in any color. PL PL PL
