Panel kolektora slonecznego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest panel kolektora slonecznego, stanowiacy zewnetrzny element systemu pochlaniajacego i kumulujacego energie cieplna promieniowania slonecznego. Wytwór wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 jest widokiem panelu z przodu, fig. 2 jest widokiem panelu z boku, a fig. 3 obrazuje w powiekszeniu fragment górnego boku panelu wykonczonego górna listwa brzegowa. Panel ma ksztalt zblizony do prostopadloscianu o stosunkowo malej grubosci. W widoku z przodu na tle plyty sa umieszczone w ukladzie pionowym, równolegle wzgledem siebie rury przysloniete w dolnej czesci waska listwa brzegowa. Listwa ta ma sciane czolowa regularnie sfalowana w ten sposób, ze ma stosunkowo szerokie wypuklosci, których sciany boczne sa wielokrotnie zagiete, a dolna sciana jest pochyla. Pomiedzy wypuklosciami sa stosunkowo waskie wglebienia o pochylych scianach bocznych. Wypuklosci sa usytuowane w miejscach rur, a wglebienia w miejscach odstepów pomiedzy rurami. Od góry panel ma pozioma, stosunkowo duza, znacznie grubsza listwe brzegowa o czolowej scianie wielokrotnie wzdluznie zagietej. W widoku z boku sciana górnej czesci listwy ma ksztalt zblizony do trapezu, którego dolna krawedz polaczona jest z fragmentem zblizonym do wycinka luku lub elipsy. Dolna krawedz wygietej sciany lukowo polaczona jest z fragmentem sciany w postaci kilku uskoków o pochylych scianach. Kolorystyka poszczególnych elementów panelu jest przedstawiona w materiale ilustracyjnym przykladowo.Cechami istotnymi panelu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego sa ksztalty listwy brzegowej dolnej i listwy brzegowej górnej. Dolna listwa brzegowa ma sciane czolowa regularnie sfalowana w ten sposób, ze ma stosunkowo szerokie wypuklosci, których sciany boczne sa wielokrotnie zagiete, a dolna sciana jest pochyla. Pomiedzy wypuklosciami sa stosunkowo waskie wglebienia o pochylych scianach bocznych. Wypuklosci sa usytuowane w miejscach rur, a wglebienia w miejscach odstepów pomiedzy rurami. Górna listwa brzegowa ma zasadniczo pozioma sciane górna, której krawedz polaczona jest z fragmentem zblizonym do wycinka luku kola lub elipsy. The product according to the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 is a front view of the panel, Fig. 2 is a side view of the panel, and Fig. 3 is an enlarged view of a section of the upper side of the panel finished with an upper edge strip. The panel has a shape similar to a cuboid of relatively thin thickness. In the front view, the pipes are arranged vertically, parallel to each other, against the background of the panel, covered at the bottom by a narrow edge strip. This edge strip has a regularly corrugated front wall with relatively wide protrusions, the side walls of which are repeatedly bent, and the lower wall is sloping. Between the protrusions are relatively narrow recesses with sloping side walls. The protrusions are located at the pipe locations, and the recesses at the gaps between the pipes. At the top, the panel has a horizontal, relatively large, and significantly thicker edge strip with a front wall that is bent repeatedly longitudinally. In a side view, the upper part of the strip has a shape similar to a trapezoid, the lower edge of which is connected to a fragment resembling a segment of an arc or ellipse. The lower edge of the curved wall is connected to a fragment of the wall by several offsets with sloping sides. The colors of the individual panel elements are presented in the illustrations as examples. The essential features of the panel according to the industrial design are the shapes of the lower edge strip and the upper edge strip. The lower edge strip has a regularly corrugated front wall, with relatively wide protrusions whose side walls are repeatedly bent, and the lower wall is sloping. Between the protrusions are relatively narrow recesses with sloping side walls. The protrusions are located at the pipe locations, and the recesses at the gaps between the pipes. The upper edge strip has a generally horizontal upper wall, the edge of which is connected to a fragment similar to a segment of an arc of a circle or ellipse.
