Conventionally, a roof exterior structure has been proposed in which a sheet is provided on the roof in order to prevent the temperature of the roof from rising. For example, a roof sheet having a roof exterior structure in Patent Document 1 is a roof sheet installed on a roof in order to prevent a temperature rise, and sufficiently ventilates a space between the sheet and the roof. It can be secured.

Specifically, it includes a light shielding sheet portion composed of a plurality of sheet pieces installed in parallel, and a sheet fixing member that is fixed to the roof and fixes both ends of the sheet piece to the roof. The boundary portion of each sheet piece functions as a slit, and wind can enter and exit through the slit into the ventilation space between the light shielding sheet portion and the roof. Further, the sheet piece is a mesh sheet having a ventilation function, and the sheet piece itself allows air to pass therethrough.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an explanatory diagram showing an example of an outline of a roof exterior structure according to the present invention. 2-4 is explanatory drawing which shows the structure of the same roof exterior structure.

Contact Keru roof exterior structure of the present invention is a structure for mounting the roofing material to form a roof surface of a building, it is of the structure providing a sheet on the roof in order to prevent the temperature rise of the roof . Roof exterior structure of the present invention, the opening between the heat insulating sheet 10 having no air permeability covering the upper surface of the roofing material having irregularities waveform, the roofing and the heat insulating sheet 10 on the side of the roofing It is the structure provided with the sealing member 20 which plugs up. The roof exterior structure according to the present invention has a structure in which the air layer S is provided between the roof material and the heat shield sheet 10 by closing the opening with a sealing member .

Next, a specific structural example according to the roof exterior structure of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. A roof 1 in FIG. 1 is a roof structure in a building for a factory or business office, for example, and a folded plate 30 is used as a roof material having corrugated irregularities. The folded plate 30 is provided with a non-breathable heat shield sheet 10 that covers the upper surface of the folded plate 30, and an opening between the folded plate 30 on the side of the folded plate 30 and the heat shield sheet 10 is provided. A sealing member 20 for closing is fitted.

The heat shield sheet 10 has a surface formed of an aluminum foil, and has a heat insulating layer made of a resin sheet under the aluminum foil. Although it is not essential for the heat shield sheet 10 to have a heat insulating layer made of aluminum foil, by forming the surface of the heat shield sheet 10 with aluminum foil, radiant heat from the sun can be suppressed, and the heat shield effect. Can be further enhanced. Moreover, the thermal insulation effect can be further improved by providing the heat insulation layer which consists of resin sheets in the lower layer of the aluminum foil of the thermal insulation sheet 10. As described above, when the heat shield sheet 10 is composed only of an aluminum foil, in addition to the case where the heat shield sheet 10 is composed of an aluminum foil and a resin sheet, the bottom layer of the aluminum foil has another aluminum foil. (A resin sheet may be provided between the aluminum foil and the aluminum foil), which can reflect the radiant heat radiated from the inside of the building during the winter and keeps the building warm during the winter. become.

Next, the structure which covers and fixes the thermal insulation sheet 10 on the roof 1 so that the upper surface of the folded plate 30 may be covered is demonstrated based on FIGS. First, the roof 1 formed of the ordinary folded plate 30 is provided with base materials 50 and 52 lying on a steel frame 54, and the folded plate 30 is laminated thereon so as to form a flat roof. Specifically, a tight frame 32 formed in a narrow and mountain-like shape is provided on the base material 50 along the length direction on the base material 50 that extends long on the upper surface of the roof 1. And the hanging element 34 for holding the overlapping part of the end part of the folded plate 30 is fixed to the upper surface of the convex part of the corrugated irregularities of the tight frame 32 via bolts 36 and nuts 38.

The hanging member 34 is generally L-shaped standing up from the tight frame 32, and the standing end is formed in a shape corresponding to the type of the folded plate 30. As for the hanging element 34 of this Embodiment, the standing edge part is bent by the arrow shape in the horizontal direction. Then, the end portions of the two folded plates 30 are fitted into the suspension 34 so that the folded plates 30 are overlapped with each other so as to have a margin.

Next, the folded plate 30 of the hanging element 34 is overlapped, and a substantially C-shaped ridge bracket 40 having a flat upper surface opened at the lower side is provided. The bolt 42 and the ridge screwed from the side surface of the ridge bracket 40 are provided. The ridge metal fitting 40 is fixed by sandwiching the portion where the folded plate 30 of the hanging piece 34 is overlapped with the side surface of the metal fitting 40. A plurality of ridge brackets 40 are provided at predetermined intervals along the peaks of the folded plate 30. Note that the interval and the number of the ridge fittings 40 are appropriately determined according to the degree of holding of the heat insulating sheet 10 described later.

Next, the base cover 22 that is substantially gate-shaped and extends in the ridge direction is fixed on the flat upper surface of the ridge bracket 40 with screws 24 so as to cover the upper surface of the ridge bracket 40. Then, the entire folded plate 30 is covered with the heat shield sheet 10 from above the base cover 22, and a presser cover 26 extending in a peak shape in a substantially gate shape is fixed on the base cover 22 via screws 28. Thereby, the heat shield sheet 10 is fixed to the roof 1 by the base cover 22 and the presser cover 26.

Lastly, as described above, the sealing member 20 is fitted into the opening between the folded plate 30 on the side of the folded plate 30 and the heat shield sheet 10, so that the folded plate 30 and the heat shield sheet 10 An air layer is provided between them. In addition, in this Embodiment, although demonstrated using the folded plate 30 as the roof material of the roof 1, it does not necessarily need to be the folded plate 30, It is a roof material which has a corrugated unevenness | corrugation, and is between the heat insulation sheets 10. Any material can be used as long as an air layer is formed.

According to the roof outer layer structure having the above structure, since the air layer is provided between the folded plate 30 that is the roof material and the heat shielding sheet 10 by closing the opening with the sealing member , the heat shielding effect. Can be increased. Furthermore, by replacing the heat shield sheet 10 by fixing the heat shield sheet 10 with the base cover 22 and the presser cover 26, it is only necessary to remove and replace the presser cover 26, so that the work can be performed efficiently. It can be carried out.

In the above-described example, the entire folded plate 30 is covered with the heat shield sheet 10 from above the base cover 22, and the presser cover 26 extending in a peak shape in a ridge shape is fixed on the base cover 22 with screws 28. Thus, the heat shield sheet 10 is fixed to the roof 1 with the base cover 22 and the presser cover 26, but the configuration is not limited thereto. Specifically, there is a structure as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 which is an explanatory view showing another structure of the roof exterior structure.

Specifically, the ridge bracket 44 of FIGS. 5 and 6 has the same structure as that of the ridge bracket 40, is provided on the folded plate 30 of the hanging element 34, and is screwed from the side surface of the ridge bracket 44. The ridge bracket 44 is fixed by sandwiching a portion where the folded plate 30 of the hanging element 34 is overlapped between the bolt 42 and the side surface of the ridge bracket 44. A plurality of ridge brackets 44 are provided at predetermined intervals along the ridges of the folded plate 30. Note that the interval and the number of the ridge brackets 44 are appropriately determined according to the degree of holding the heat insulating sheet 10 described later.

Next, a base cover 46 that is substantially gate-shaped and extends in the ridge direction is fixed on the flat upper surface of the ridge bracket 44 with screws 64 so as to cover the upper surface of the ridge bracket 44. Then, the entire folded plate 30 is covered with the heat shield sheet 10 from above the base cover 46, and a presser bar 60 extending in a ridge direction in a substantially inverted gate shape is fixed on the base cover 46 via screws 62. Thereby, the heat shield sheet 10 is fixed to the roof 1 by the base cover 46 and the presser bar 60.

5 and 6 also, when the heat shield sheet 10 is replaced by fixing the heat shield sheet 10 with the base cover 46 and the presser bar 60, only the presser bar 60 is removed and replaced. The work can be done efficiently.

As described above, according to the present invention, a roof exterior structure having a high heat shielding effect can be provided.
