Proces prowadzi sie okolo 30 minut uzyskujac 95% stopien rozpadu.Pyl luguje sie wodnym roztworem weglanu sodu o stezeniu 30-60kg/m3. Wydzielajacy sie wodorotlenek zelazowy redukuje sie do postaci wodorotlenku zelazawego. Surowiec glinonosny miesza sie z siarczanem amonowym korzystnie w ilosci stechiometrycznej dla otrzymania siarczanu glinowego, najkorzystniej z nad¬ miarem siarczanu amonu w ilosci 10 do 15% wagowych. Natomiast wydzielanie koncentratu glinowego z roztworu prowadzi sie korzystnie przez absorbo¬ wanie w nim amoniaku, neutralizujac gazami piecowymi roztwór ekstrakcyjny do wartosci pH do 6. Redukcje wodorotlenku zelazowego korzystnie prowadzi sie redukcyjnymi zwiazkami siarki lub metalicznym glinem.Zasadnicza zaleta tej metody jest prostota operacji, niska temperatura procesu kalcynacji i male zapotrzebowanie energii cieplnej oraz calkowite zamknieciew obiegu siarczanu amonowego.W ten sposób eliminuje sie uciazliwe scieki przemyslowe. Uzysk glinu z surowca wynosi okolo 80%, przy czym otrzymany koncentrat glinowy charkte ryzuje sie zawartoscia tlenku glinu Al2O3 powyzej 60% oraz udzialem krzemionki Si02 ponizej 3% i tlenku zelaza Fe203 ponizej 0,2%.Przedmiot wynalazku jest przedstawiony w przykladach wykonania metody, stosowanej do ilów towarzyszacych pokladom wegla brunatnego i popiolów lotnych z elektrowni.Przyklad L Il turoszowski towarzyszacy pokladom wegla brunatnego w kopalni Turów poddano wstepnemu wzbogaceniu w celu oddzielenia gruboziarnistego wegla i kwarcu powyzej 0,2 mm, a nastepnie wysuszono w suszarni rozpylowej, do której wprowadzono tez stezony roztwór siarczanu amonowego z obiegu technologicznego. Otrzymany granulat poddano kalcynacji w piecu obrotowym w temperaturze 650 K. PLThe subject of the invention is a method of producing alumina concentrates from raw materials with a low aluminum content, especially from aluminum, clay, fly ash and slag. In metallurgy, a method of obtaining alumina from clay raw materials, coal slate or smoke dust is known. This is the Grzymek method published in Polish patents No. 43 443 and 43 444. This method consists in sintering raw aluminum with pure limestone, as a result of which calcium orthosilicate and calcium clay are obtained. The further processing of the sinter is based on the use of the polymorphism of calcium orthosilicate, which may occur in at least four varieties. During the cooling of the sinter fired at a temperature of about 1,550 K to a temperature below 798 K, the gamma form - 2CaOSiC2 is formed. The creation of this variety is accompanied by the breakdown of the sinter into dust with a grain diameter of about 20l * m. The process is carried out for about 30 minutes, obtaining a 95% degree of decomposition. The dust is leached with an aqueous solution of sodium carbonate with a concentration of 30-60 kg / m3. The post-extraction solution contains 20-35 kg / m3 of Al2O3 alumina and some amounts of silicates. This solution is subjected to the process of desiccation by precipitating the sediment of hydrogranates, 3 CaO-AlaOs-mSiCh (6-2m) H20 with the aid of Ca (OH2) suspension. The purified solution is subjected to the carbonization process with CO2. aluminum hydroxide, which leads to the precipitation of the Al (OH) 3 sediment. After washing, this sediment is sent for calcination, while the solution, after making up the sodium carbonate losses, is returned to leaching. Another known method is called the Bretsznajder method. It consists in decomposing clay. sulfuric acid, followed by the filtration of silica and other insoluble constituents, then the alkaline salt is separated from the solution and the prunes are separated from the solution. As a result of roasting, the basic salt decomposes into alumina AL2O3 and gases from which sulfuric acid is regenerated. The methods of producing alumina from low-percentage alumina raw materials known from the publication have not been used so far in the art industrial lining. This is due to the complexity of the technological operations used. The method according to the invention consists in mixing the clay raw material with ammonium sulphate and then calcining the resulting mixture at a temperature of 600 to 900 K for 0.52 137 703 to 4 hours. Aluminum salts are leached from the formed sinter and then the aluminum concentrate is separated from the solution by neutralizing the solution. The ferric hydroxide released is reduced to the form of ferric hydroxide. The clay raw material is mixed with ammonium sulfate preferably in a stoichiometric amount to obtain aluminum sulfate, most preferably with an excess of ammonium sulfate in an amount of 10 to 15% by weight. The leaching of the aluminum salt from the sinter is preferably carried out with water or a sulfuric acid solution of up to 5% by weight. The separation of the aluminum concentrate from the solution is preferably carried out by absorbing ammonia therein, neutralizing the extraction solution with furnace gases to a pH value of 6. The reduction of ferric hydroxide is preferably carried out with reducing sulfur compounds or metal aluminum. The main advantage of this method is the simplicity of the operation, low temperature of the calcination process and low heat energy requirement, and complete closing of the ammonium sulphate cycle, thus eliminating onerous industrial wastewater. The aluminum yield from the raw material is about 80%, while the obtained aluminum concentrate is characterized by the content of Al2O3 aluminum oxide above 60% and the content of Si02 silica below 3% and iron oxide Fe2O3 below 0.2%. The subject of the invention is presented in the examples of the method, used for the quantity of lignite and fly ash from the power plant. Example L also a concentrated solution of ammonium sulphate from the technological cycle. The obtained granulate was calcined in a rotary kiln at a temperature of 650 K. The hot calcined product was introduced into a tank with a stirrer, supplied with a circulating solution containing 2% sulfuric acid. The overflow of the tank was directed to a rotary drum filter with washing the sediment. The filtrate was directed to a scrubber with a movable filling absorbing the waste gases from the rotary kiln. The scrubber outlet with pH = 5.0 collected in the tank with the agitator was whitened with the addition of 1% ammonium sulphite and filtered on a rotary filter washed with water with the addition of 0.05% ammonium sulphite. After thorough washing, the product from the filter was dried in a rotary dryer at 400 ° C. The filtrate was neutralized with ammonia, aerated until the iron was completely oxidized, and the red sludge was filtered off with a filter press. The filtrate was directed to the spray dryer of the pre-enriched raw material. The obtained high aluminum concentrate contains: Al2O3 - 63.00% Fe2 O3 - 0.15% SiO2 - 2.80% TiO2 - 2.70% ignition loss up to 31.35%. Example II. Fly ash from the Turoszów power plant was subjected to magnetic separation in order to separate the magnetite, and then ground in a wet ball mill with an ammonium sulphate envelope solution. The sludge from the mill was directed to the spray dryer, and the obtained granulate was calcined in a rotary kiln at a temperature of 900 K for 3 hours. Further treatment was carried out in the same way as in example I. The obtained high-alumina concentrate shows the properties as shown in example I. Patent claims 1.
