Description
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest emulgator paliwa gaznika silnika spalinowego, zwlaszcza gaznika wyposazonego w uklad dozowania paliwa z powietrznym hamowaniem wyplywu.Znane emulgatory paliwa w ukladach dozowania z powietrznym hamowaniem wyplywu skladaja sie ze studzienki emulsyjnej i umieszczonej w niej rurki emulsyjnej. Doplyw paliwa do studzienki emulsyjnej regulowany jest dysza paliwowa umieszczona w kanale laczacym studzienke z komora plywakowa gaznika, a doplyw powietrza do rurki emulsyjnej przez dysze powietrzna laczaca wnetrze rurki z przestrzenia wlotowa gaznika. Wytworzona emulsja paliwowo-powietrzna doprowadzana jest specjalnym kanalem do rozpylacza gaznika.Emulgator wedlug wynalazku ma dodatkowy kanal doprowadzajacy powietrze z przestrzeni wlotowej gaznika do dolnej czesci rurki emulsyjnej. Ilosc doprowadzonego powietrza jest ograni¬ czone dysza umieszczona w tym dodatkowym kanale.Zaleta wynalazku jest zwiekszenie stopnia zemulgowania paliwa w studzience emulsyjnej co w konsekwencji prowadzi do lepszego rozdrobnienia i zwiekszenia stopnia odparowania paliwa w gardzieli gaznika. Jak wykazaly badania, uzyskuje sie przez to zmniejszenie o ok. 5% zuzycia paliwa oraz zmniejszenie zawartosci skladników toksycznych w spalinach.Przedmiot wynalazku jest blizej wyjasniony w przykladzie wykonania na rysunku, który przedstawia schemat emulgatora. W studzience 2 emulsyjnej umieszczona jest rurka 3 emulsyjna polaczona dysza 4 z przestrzenia wlotowa do gaznika.Studzienka 2 emulsyjna polaczona jest poprzez dysze 5 z komora plywakowa gaznika oraz kanalem 1 i umieszczona w nim dysza 6 z przewodem dolotowym do gaznika.Podwójne doprowadzenie powietrza dysza 4 i kanalem 1 powoduje powstanie w studzience 2 emulsji paliwowo-powietrznej o znacznym stopniu zemulgowania. PLThe subject of the invention is a fuel emulsifier for the gasifier of an internal combustion engine, especially a gasifier equipped with a fuel metering system with air flow inhibition. Known fuel emulsifiers in metering systems with air flow inhibition consist of an emulsion well and an emulsion tube placed therein. The fuel supply to the emulsion sump is regulated by the fuel nozzle placed in the channel connecting the sump with the float chamber of the carburetor, and the air supply to the emulsion tube through the air nozzle connecting the inside of the tube with the carburetor inlet space. The generated air-fuel emulsion is led through a special channel to the carburetor atomiser. According to the invention, the emulsifier has an additional channel supplying air from the carburettor's inlet space to the lower part of the emulsion tube. The amount of air supplied is limited by a nozzle placed in this additional channel. The advantage of the invention is to increase the degree of emulsification of the fuel in the emulsion well, which consequently leads to a better fragmentation and an increase in the degree of fuel evaporation in the gas tube throat. As the research has shown, this results in a reduction of fuel consumption by about 5% and a reduction in the content of toxic components in the exhaust gas. The subject of the invention is explained in more detail in the example of embodiment in the drawing which shows the scheme of the emulsifier. In the emulsion well 2 there is a 3 emulsion tube connected with the nozzle 4 connected with the inlet space to the gas supply. The 2 emulsion well with 5 nozzles connected with the float chamber of the carburetor and with the channel 1 and the nozzle 6 placed in it with the inlet pipe to the gas supply.
