Wyka z odmian wzoru przemyslowego: 1) lampa - fig.l, 2) lampa z abazurem o kolorowych narozach - fig.2, 3) lampa z abazurem o kolorowych brzegach - fig.3. The industrial design applied for protection is presented in illustration Fig. 1, while Figs. 2 and 3 present its subsequent forms, i.e. variants of the industrial design. List of variants of the industrial design: 1) lamp - Fig. 1, 2) lamp with a lampshade with colored corners - Fig. 2, 3) lamp with a lampshade with colored edges - Fig. 3. An essential feature of the industrial design presented in illustration Fig. 1, i.e. the lamp, is that it consists of: — a lower element, constituting its base, in the shape of an inverted bowl, the edge of which is decorated with a pattern imitating the drawing of leaves arranged side by side, with the ends of the leaves connecting to the edge of the base, and small grooves visible between them; — from this base there are three ribbed thin tubes, slightly bent in an S-shape, each of which is topped with a ball, on the sides of which two small discs are additionally placed, whereby — the central discs of all the balls are connected by a rim decorated with a decorative motif, to which a decorative element in the shape of a goblet is attached from below, to whose shape the inflections of the ribbed tubes described above are matched; — to the bottom of the goblet-shaped element, another decorative element is attached, resembling an inverted bell in shape, topped with a slightly elongated ball; — another element in the shape of an inverted flat bowl, with a visible decorative motif, is placed on the rim, which in turn is covered with another bell-shaped element with visible ribs, and then on top of it is placed an element shaped like another flat bowl with a widened rim and a similar decorative motif; — the flat bowl is connected by a sleeve to a cylindrical element, the upper rim of which is slightly flared. An important feature of the industrial design shown in Fig. 2, i.e., a lamp with a shade with colored corners, is that it consists of: — a lower element, constituting its base, in the shape of an inverted bowl, the rim of which is decorated with a pattern imitating the drawing of juxtaposed leaves, with the tips of the leaves connecting to the rim of the base, and with small grooves visible between them; — from this base there are three ribbed thin tubes, slightly bent in an S-shape, each of which is topped with a ball, on the sides of which two small discs are additionally placed, whereby — the central discs of all the balls are connected by a rim decorated with a decorative motif, to which a decorative element in the shape of a goblet is attached from below, to whose shape the inflections of the ribbed tubes described above are matched; — to the bottom of the goblet-shaped element, another decorative element is attached, resembling an inverted bell in shape, topped with a slightly elongated ball; — another element in the shape of an inverted flat bowl is placed on the rim, with a decorative motif visible on it, on which in turn another bell-shaped element with visible ribs is placed, then on it is placed an element in the shape of another flat bowl with a widened edge, with a similar decorative motif; — the flat bowl is connected by a sleeve to an element in the shape of a cylinder, the upper edge of which is slightly flared; — its lampshade is placed on the lamp, in a shape similar to a truncated pyramid with a rectangular base, whereby — the lampshade is made in two colours, in such a way that all its corners are made in one colour, while each central part of the sides of the lampshade, in the shape of quadrangles, is made in the second colour. An important feature of the industrial design shown in Fig. 3, i.e. a lamp with a lampshade with colored edges, is that it consists of: — a lower element, constituting its base, in the shape of an inverted cup, the edge of which is decorated with a pattern imitating the drawing of leaves arranged side by side, with the ends of the leaves connecting to the edge of the base, and with small grooves visible between them; — from this base extend three ribbed thin tubes, slightly bent in an S-shape, each of which ends at the top with a ball, on the sides of which two small discs are additionally placed, whereby — the central discs of all the balls are connected by a rim decorated with a decorative motif, to which a decorative element in the shape of a goblet is attached from the bottom, to the shape of which the bends of the ribbed tubes described above are matched; — another decorative element is attached to the cup-shaped element from below, resembling an inverted bell, topped with a slightly elongated ball; — another element in the shape of an inverted flat bowl is placed on the rim, with a visible decorative motif, on which in turn another bell-shaped element with visible ribs is placed, then on top of it is placed an element resembling another flat bowl with a widened rim, with a similar decorative motif; — the flat bowl is connected by a sleeve to a cylindrical element, the upper rim of which is slightly flared; — the lamp is fitted with a lampshade, in the shape of a truncated pyramid with a rectangular base, wherein — the upper and lower edges of the lampshade are decorated with a strip with a visible decorative motif.
