Odmiana wzoru podstawowego nr.1 poprzez jego kolejne odmiany zostala stworzona do i dla zastosowan w nowatorskiej technologii produkcji i uzytkowania okladzin sciennych termiczno-akustycznych oraz grzewczo-chlodzacych typu POLPANEL i ALTERPANEL oraz innych tego typu. The subject of the industrial design is a thermal-acoustic and heating-cooling wall and floor panel, and its variants of panel designs used as cladding for walls, floors, or ceilings of occupied spaces, serving as interior finishing, radiators and heating, thermal and acoustic insulation, and many other integrated products. The essence of the design and its variants is the common shape of its base and parts of the side and edge surfaces, which, in various and subsequent design variations, transition into the frontal, decorative surface of the panel. What is important for the pattern and its subsequent variations is the formation of two different narrow edges, the second edge of which is always a mirror image of the first edge, which in the entire assembly and connections of the panels each time creates a new, complex form of the pattern of this product. The subject of the pattern and its subsequent variants is shown in the drawing in which all figures in the cross-section of the panel have a common shape of the base and parts of the sides and edges in the form of a key lock, and Fig. 1 corresponds to the variant of pattern No. 1 in the state of a straight connection of the edge with the surface, Fig. 2 corresponds to the variant of pattern No. 2 in an oval connection of the edge with the surface, Fig. 3 corresponds to the variant of pattern No. 3 in a diagonal-oval connection of the edge with the surface, Fig. 4 corresponds to the variant of pattern No. 4 in a bi-oval connection of the edge with the surface, Fig. 5 corresponds to the variant of pattern No. 5 in a concave connection of the edge with the surface, Fig. 6 corresponds to the variant of pattern No. 6 in a bi-concave connection of the edge with the surface, Fig. 7 corresponds to the variant of pattern No. 7 in an oval-concave connection of the edge with the surface, Fig. 8 corresponds to the variant of pattern No. 8 in a concave-oval edge with the surface and Fig. 9 corresponds to the variation of pattern No. 9 in the diagonal connection of the edge with the panel surface. The variation of pattern No. 1 was reproduced in the detailed drawing "C" of the left side, the edge of the panel fragment and "D" of the right side, the edge of the panel fragment, in which the diagonal line marks the field for shaping subsequent pattern variations, reproduced identically and in the same way, also in details "C" and "D". The variation of basic pattern No. 1 through its subsequent variations was created for and for applications in the innovative technology of production and use of thermal-acoustic and heating-cooling wall linings of the POLPANEL and ALTERPANEL type and other such types. The essential features of the industrial design in its nine varieties are the features of form which distinguish the submitted design from other, already known designs and constitute the basis for its identification by means of the different shape of the four surfaces of the panel of the nine design varieties numbered from No. 1 to No. 9, in which the outer line contains the outer contours of each design variety from point AA through BB and subsequently BB and AA in the upper decorative part of the panel and further from AA through BB and subsequently BB to AA of its base, forming the common load-bearing part of this panel, drawn in the cross-section of the design and in a clockwise direction according to details "C" and "D" of its varieties.
