Wzór użytkowy dotyczy elementu budowlanego (1), w kształcie prostopadłościanu, mającego dwie przeciwległe ściany czołowe utworzone przez pierwszą płytę powierzchniową (2) i drugą płytę powierzchniową (3), przy czym druga płyta powierzchniowa (3) jest płytą falistą, oraz usytuowaną pomiędzy nimi warstwę izolacyjną (4). Pierwsza płyta powierzchniowa (2) oraz druga płyta powierzchniowa (3) są zamocowane do warstwy izolacyjnej (4). Element budowlany (1) ma również ściany boczne (13) zawierające schodkowe występy i zagłębienia.
