The known magnetic defectograph sensor contains two magnetic triple-ring capacitors with inductive transducers. During the examination of the rope, the sensor is placed in the known magnetic measuring head of the defectograph (Z.Kawecki, J. Stachurski "Magnetic defectoscopy of steel ropes", Slask Publishing House, Katowice 1969, p. 199 /. The disadvantage of this sensor is the inability to determine long changes The magnetic defectograph sensor, known from the Polish patent specification No. 114 516, contains a double-ring magnetic concentrator in which the rings are connected by a magnetic armature, and a hall effect sensor is located in the line of the magnetic armature. The disadvantage of this sensor is the simultaneous response to long and abrupt changes in the cross-section of the tested rope and the sensitivity to changing temperature in the place and time of detecting the damage, which makes it impossible to test the rope in which there are simultaneous fractures, abrasions and corrosion of its wires. However, the magnetic defectograph sensor enabling simultaneous selective detection of long and local changes is not known. rope cross-section The essence of the invention is a magnetic defectograph sensor containing two three-ring magnetic concentrators with inductive transducers and a double-ring magnetic concentrator in which the rings are are connected by a two-part magnetic armature, with a hall effect transducer located in the gap of the magnetic armature. The double-ring magnetic concentrator with the hall effect transducer in the gap of the magnetic armature is located between the three-ring magnetic concentrators with inductive converters. The advantage of the magnetic flaw detector sensor, according to the invention, is the insensitivity of the three-ring magnetic concentrators and their inductive converters to long changes in rope cross-section and non-deformation. temperature at the place and time of measurement, while a double-ring magnetic concentrator with a two-piece male armature and a hailotron transducer allows for an accurate determination of long changes in the rope cross-section due to the hall effect transducer ability to linearly process induction in the magnetic armature gap. In addition, the double-ring magnetic concentrator, the two-piece magnetic armature and the hall sensor are not very sensitive to abrupt changes in the rope cross-section. The magnetic defectograph sensor, according to the invention, is shown schematically in the example of the embodiment in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the sensor in a longitudinal cross-section, Fig. 2 shows a cross-section sensor. The subject of the invention comprises two three-ring magnetic concentrators 1 and 2 with inductive transducers 3 and 4, and a double-loop and a new magnetic concentrator 5, in which the rings are connected by a two-part magnetic armature 6, whereby in the gap of a two-part magnetic armature 6 is a hall effect transducer 7. A two-ring magnetic concentrator 5 with a hall effect transducer 7 in the gap of the magnetic armature 6 is located between the three-ring and magnetic concentrators 1 and 2 with inductive transducers 3 and 4. During operation According to the invention, the sensor of the magnetic defectograph is placed in the magnetic measuring head and includes the line under test. As soon as a cross-section change occurs in the shifting step line, three-ring magnetic concentrators 1 and 2 with inductive transducers 3 and 4 generate an electrical impulse and transmit it to the defectograph's compensating and recording system. On the other hand, in the case of long changes in the rope cross-section, a double-ring magnetic concentrator 5 with a two-part magnetic armature 6 and a hall effect transducer 7 produces a continuous electric signal with a value proportional to the size of the change and this signal is transmitted to the compensating and recording system of the magnetic defectograph. Patent patent Sensor of the magnetic defectograph. consisting of two three-ring magnetic concentrators with inductive transducers and a two-ring magnetic concentrator in which the rings are connected by a two-part magnetic armature, with a hall effect transducer located in the slot of the two-part magnetic armature, characterized by the fact that the double-ring magnetic concentrator (5) with Hall effect transducer (7) in the magnetic armature slot (6) is located between three-ring magnetic concentrators (1 and 2) with inductive transducers (3 and 4).
