Przedmiotem wynalazku jest chlodnica skrzynkowa do chlodzenia sciany pieca zwlaszcza lukowego, umieszczona pod lustrem kapieli metalowej.W rozwiazaniu znanym z polskiego opisu patentowego nr 108189 piec ma boczna sciane, która zawiera co najmniej jedna spawana z blachy stalowej chlodnice skrzynkowa do chlodzenia woda, umieszczona nad lustrem kapieli metalowej, w której pionowa sciana zwrócona do wnetrza pieca zaopatrzona jest w wystepy wykonane z ksztaltowników korytkowych,które sa wzajemnie przed- stwione w rzedach, tak, ze chwytaja one opadajace rozpryski zuzla, przy czym ochronna warstwe ogniotrwala stanowi wczesniej nalozona wykladzina ogniotrwala. Grubosc pionowej sciany zwró¬ conej do wnetrza pieca wynosi co najmniej 15 mm, a korzystnie 20-35 mm.Celem wynalazkujest zwiekszenie trwalosci chlodnicy skrzynkowej do chlodzenia sciany pieca np. lukowego, a takze"umozliwienie wymiany nie calych chlodnic, a tylko ich elementów.Istota wynalazku jest chlodnica skrzynkowa do chlodzenia sciany pieca zwlaszcza lukowego, umieszczona nad lustrem kapieli metalowej, posiadajaca korpus zestawiony ze scian i przegród.Korpus ten posiada pionowa sciane, zwrócona do wnetrza pieca, zaopatrzona w wystepy i osloniety jest ognioodporna oslona, która otworami nasadzona jest na te wystepy. Pionowa sciana wraz z wystepami wykonana jest korzystnie przez odlewania. Ognioodporna oslona, korpus i wystepy, umieszczone na pionowej scianie, pokryte sa ognioodporna ochronna warstwa o grubosci wiekszej od dlugosci wystepów.Zaleta rozwiazania wedlug wynalazku jest przede wszystkim wieksza trwalosc chlodnic w porównaniu do znanych rozwiazan. In the solution known from the Polish patent specification No. 108189, the furnace has a side wall, which includes at least one welded steel sheet cooler box for cooling water, placed above the mirror a metal bath in which the vertical wall facing the interior of the furnace is provided with projections made of trough-shaped sections which are mutually represented in the rows so that they catch the falling splashes of the aggregate, the refractory protective layer being the pre-applied refractory lining. The thickness of the vertical wall facing the interior of the furnace is at least 15 mm, and preferably 20-35 mm. The aim of the invention is to increase the durability of a box cooler for cooling a wall of a furnace, for example an arc furnace, and also "to enable replacement of not all coolers, but only their components. The essence of the invention is a box cooler for cooling the wall of a furnace, especially an arc furnace, placed above the mirror of a metal bath, having a body composed of walls and partitions. This body has a vertical wall, facing the furnace interior, provided with protrusions and is covered with a fireproof cover, which with holes is attached The vertical wall with the protrusions is preferably made by casting. The fire-resistant shell, body and protrusions, placed on the vertical wall, are covered with a fire-resistant protective layer that is greater than the length of the protrusions. The advantage of the solution according to the invention is primarily the greater durability of coolers in compared to known solutions It has a very beneficial effect on reducing the oxidation of the vertical wall, and during the renovation of the furnace there is no need to replace the entire coolers, but only to replace the fireproof covers and regenerate the projections. The implementation of projections that are connected to the vertical wall has a positive effect on heat dissipation from refractory protective layer for a water-cooled body.2 135102 The subject of the invention is presented in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a view of the cooler from the inside of the furnace wall, and Fig. 2 shows a cross-section.
