Naklad 100 egz.Cena 100 zl PLThe subject of the invention is a crane used, in particular, in the assembly of single-family and summer houses. The well-known crane, used in single-family housing, consists of multiple blocks suspended on an extension arm and a transport cable. The disadvantage of such a crane is the inability to rotate the transport cable with a suspended weight and to move this weight in a given direction. From Polish patent specification No. 46 663, there is no support crane with a foldable and sliding tower. Such a crane has a tower with a triangular cross-section, composed of segments formed by beams and columns. The posts are embedded in sleeves formed at the corners of the lower section of gusset plates, the crane post being rotatably mounted in a base fixed at one of the corners of the tower's upper section. The base is provided with a sleeve in the center, the outer surface of which is the axis of rotation of the turntable hub, and a bracket in which pulleys are mounted, enabling the ropes of the lifting mechanism and the mechanism of changing the reach of the crane through the inside of the pole and inside the sleeve, to replacement winches which may be attached to any segment of the crane tower. The crane according to the invention, comprising a block with rollers to reduce the thrust force, and a free-standing tubular scaffold, forming a square-section tower, and the base are distinguished by the fact that the base is detachably seated on The scaffolding has the form of a triangle, one side of which is the hypotenuse, and is the guide for a guide slidably mounted in a beam that is a two-armed lever. The beam is rotatably and articulated in a bearing mounted in the corner of the base against the guide. The shorter arm of the beam is a boom equipped with a block with rollers, while the longer frame of the beam is a force frame, at the end of which a roller guiding the cable to the operator is rotatably mounted. According to the invention, the crane makes it possible to obtain, by translating the multi-track block system, the difference in force, which by appropriately the selected ratio of the beam lengths causes the equilibrium of the moment acting on the base and thus the ease of transferring the load, for example of the ceiling. The use of two cranes allows you to transfer long beams to the mantage of the ceiling. Moreover, such a crane is light, suitable for use in any terrain. The subject of the invention is illustrated in an example of the embodiment in the drawing, which in Fig. 1 shows the crane in a side view, and in Fig. 2 - the crane in top view. 281 The crane comprises a scaffolding 1, on which a base 2 is mounted, consisting of three angle bars forming a triangle, the two rectangular bars of which converge in a bearing 3 embedded in one corner of the base 2. the hypotenuse of the base 2 is the guides 4 of the crosshead 5 slidably seated in the beam 6. Beam ¬ka 6 is a two-arm lever mounted in rotation and articulation in the bearing 3. the shorter arm of the beam 6 is a boom with a length of 1 m equipped with a block with rollers, and the longer frame of the beam 6 is the frame of strength P. The crane is also equipped with two strain reliefs 7 scaffolding 1 with the ground 8. Block 9 with rollers consists of three rollers mounted in rotation on a common frame, in which the hook 10 is freely mounted. It is connected by nke 11 with three rollers pivotally mounted on the shorter beam arm 6. At the end of the longer beam arm 6 a roller is rotatably mounted on a cable 11 for crane service. The crane operates as described below. After suspending the load on the hook 10, with the force P 5 times less than the lifted load, a weight of 100 kg is lifted to a given height, and then by pulling the cord 11 to the side, the beam 6 with the suspended load is moved to the desired position. The rotation of the beam 6 causes the movement of the slider 5 along the guide 4 and along the beam 6. Patent claim A crane comprising a block with rollers to reduce the thrust force and a free-standing tubular scaffold forming a square tower, preferably a so-called Warsaw scaffold and a base, characterized by that the base (2) is mounted detachably on the scaffolding (1) has the form of a triangle, one side of which is the hypotenuse, is the guides (4) of the slider (5) slidably mounted in the beam (6) which is the two-arm levers, pivotally and articulated in the bearing (3) mounted at the corner of the base (2) opposite the guide (4), the shorter beam arm (6) is a boom equipped with a block with rollers, and the longer beam arm (6) has a rotating cable roller (11) at the end.
