There are known methods of producing elastic sealing compound. The method according to Polish patent description No. 93 464 consists in mixing epoxy resin with vulcanizate of natural or synthetic rubber containing soot at a temperature of 50-90 ° C. Polish description patent No. 87404 describes a plastic material containing fillers in the amount of 65-70 parts by weight, stabilized stearin-butadiene rubber in the amount of 2-3 parts by weight, 15-30 parts by weight of polyisobutylene with a molecular weight of 10,000-34,000, 2-3 parts by weight of polyethylene wax, 6-10 parts by weight of paraffin oil, 0.1 parts by weight of phenylbetanephthylamine as a stabilizer, intended for sealing joints, gaps and defects in car body sheets. The aim of the invention was to develop a preparation with higher elastic properties, maintaining them in the temperature range from -20-100 ° C, without the use of vulcanizing agents, which is not guaranteed by the current solutions. This goal was achieved by developing a method of producing a sealing compound using linseed, butadiene rubber. - styrene, zinc white, butyl acetate, colloidal silicon dioxide, partially polymerized tung oil. The method according to the invention consists in that 15-25 parts by weight of styrene-butadiene rubber are plasticized at 50 ° C, and the linseed varnish is plasticized 5-15 parts by weight of butyl acetate, 0.5-15 parts by weight of partially polymerized tung oil, 1-3 parts by weight of colloidal silicon dioxide, 28-46 parts by weight of white are added successively in an amount of 20-40 parts by weight with continuous stirring. zinc, and the prepared mixture is put on a triple rod to be mixed with plasticized rubber. 20 parts by weight of styrene-butadiene rubber are cut into 6 mm thick slices with a guillotine, and then plasticized with a three-wire rod at a temperature of 50 ° C, with the pressure of the upper roller of the three-wire rod being turned on until a continuous tape of plasticized rubber is obtained.
