Description

Zbrojenie do sciany szczelinowej Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zbrojenie do sciany szczelinowej stosowanej w budownictwie. Stosuje sie je przy budowie podziemnych parkingów i tuneli. W waskich, glebokich wykopach umieszcza sie zbrojenie wedlug wzoru, które po zalaniu betonem stanowi sciany podziemnych budowli, bez koniecznosci dokonywania ogromnych wykopów i budowania scian metoda tradycyjna, po czym wybiera sie ziemie wewnatrz pomieszczen. Wzór stanowi nowa postac zbrojenia sciany szczelinowej nadana jemu poprzez oryginalny ksztalt oraz linie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia dwie odmiany zbrojenia sciany szczelinowej w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - zbrojenie sciany szczelinowej w pierwszej odmianie w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 3 - |Jprojenie sciany szczelinowej w pierwszej odmianie v» yjidoku z przocju, fi^- 4 - zbrojenie sciany szczelinowej w pierwszej odmianie w widoku z Jpqku, fig. 5 - zbrojenie sciany szczelinowej w pierwszej edinisnie w widoku z góry,fig. 6 - zbrojenie sciany szczelinowej w drugiej odmianie w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 7 - zbrojenie sciany szczelinowej w drugiej odmianie w widoku z przodu, fig. 8 - zbrojenie sciany szczelinowej w drugiej odmianie w widoku z góry. Zbrojenie sciany szczelinowej w pierwszej odmianie stanowi zestawienie powtarzalnych prostopadlosciennych elementów, które stanowia cztery pionowe prety 1 owiniete spiralnie drutem 2. 6-8.fig. 1.fig. 2fig. 3.fig. 4. fig. 5.fig. 6.fig. 7.fig. 8. PL PLDiaphragm Wall Reinforcement. The industrial design covers diaphragm wall reinforcement used in construction. It is used in the construction of underground parking lots and tunnels. The reinforcement is placed in narrow, deep trenches according to the pattern, which, after pouring concrete, forms the walls of the underground structures, eliminating the need for extensive excavation and traditional wall construction methods, after which the earth is excavated inside the rooms. The pattern represents a new form of diaphragm wall reinforcement, given its unique shape and lines. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the drawing, in which fig. 1 shows two variants of diaphragm wall reinforcement in a perspective view, fig. 2 - diaphragm wall reinforcement in the first variant in a perspective view, fig. 3 - design of diaphragm wall in the first variant from the front, fig. 4 - diaphragm wall reinforcement in the first variant in a front view, fig. 5 - diaphragm wall reinforcement in the first variant in a top view, fig. 6 - diaphragm wall reinforcement in the second variant in a perspective view, fig. 7 - diaphragm wall reinforcement in the second variant in a front view, fig. 8 - diaphragm wall reinforcement in the second variant in a top view. The diaphragm wall reinforcement in the first variant is a set of repeating cuboidal elements, which are four vertical bars 1 spirally wrapped with wire 2. The individual cuboidal elements are connected with each other by bars 3. The diaphragm wall reinforcement in the second variant is a set of repeating cuboidal elements, which are four vertical bars 1 with stirrups 2 located on them. The distance between stirrups 2 is similar to the distance between vertical bars 1. The individual cuboidal elements are connected with each other by bars 3. The essential features of the industrial design are that the diaphragm wall reinforcement in the first variant is a set of repeating cuboidal elements, which are four vertical bars spirally wrapped with wire 2. The individual cuboidal elements are connected with each other by bars 3, as shown in Fig. 2-5. The second variant of the diaphragm wall reinforcement is a set of repeated cuboidal elements, which are four vertical bars 1 with stirrups 2 placed on them. The distance between the stirrups 2 is similar to the distance between the vertical bars. The individual cuboidal elements are connected with each other by bars 3, as shown in Fig. 6-8. Fig. 1. Fig. 2. Fig. 3. Fig. 4. Fig. 5. Fig. 6. Fig. 7. Fig. 8. PL PL
