Przedmiotem zgłoszenia przedstawionym na rysunku jest elastyczna rura z tworzywa sztucznego, będąca podstawą do budowy systemu barier elastycznych. Materiałem bazowym jest polietylen wysokiej odporności na pęknięcia PE 100 RC o dużej wytrzymałości na obciążenia udarowe oraz nadzwyczajnej odporności na powolną propagację pęknięć. Surowiec PE 100 RC zwiększa odporność na powolną propagację pęknięć oraz naciski punktowe.
