Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest nadbagażnik rowerowy (nakładka na bagażnik rowerowy), który charakteryzuje się tym, że nie jest to konstrukcja zastępująca standardowy (powszechnie znany) bagażnik rowerowy lecz nakładana na niego. Jest on wykonany w kształcie ramy (1). Wewnątrz ramy jest wypełnienie (4) stanowiące zabezpieczenie przed wypadnięciem przewożonych ładunków i umożliwiające centralne umieszczenie nadbagażnika na bagażniku rowerowym. W środkowej części dłuższych boków zamocowane są specjalne ruchome śrubowe uchwyty mocujące (2) nadbagażnik do bagażnika rowerowego, zapewniające jego stabilność i pewność mocowania. Z każdej strony dłuższych boków są ucha (3) służące do założenia opasek (troków) (5) mocujących ładunek i zapewniających jego bezpieczny transport.
