Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest przyrząd czyszczący mający cylindryczny trzpień (1) o drugim końcu (2) na którym osadzona jest głowica (3) czyszcząca. Przyrząd charakteryzuje się tym, że głowica (3) czyszcząca zawiera zestawy bijaków (4) płytkowych, przy czym zestawy bijaków (4) ułożyskowane są obrotowo jednym ze swych końców na przeciwległych względem siebie stronach głowicy (3) czyszczącej. Oś obrotu każdego z zestawu bijaków (4) stanowi pręt (6) równoległy względem osi wzdłużnej trzpienia (1) przyrządu, przy czym pręty (6) osadzone są z jednej strony w drugim końcu (2) trzpienia (1), a przeciwległe końce prętów (6) osadzone są w płytce oporowej (7).
