Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest mechanizm bezkontaktowego obrotu pojemnika chłodzonego kriogenicznie poprzez głowicę kriostatu (3), pracujący w warunkach wysokiej próżni przy minimalizacji liczby ruchomych elementów mających kontakt z układem chłodzącym w zastosowaniu w wytwarzaniu cienkich warstw techniką laserowej depozycji wspomaganej matrycą.The subject of the application is a mechanism for non-contact rotation of a cryogenically cooled container through a cryostat head (3), operating in high vacuum conditions while minimizing the number of moving elements in contact with the cooling system, for use in the production of thin layers using the matrix-assisted laser deposition technique.
